Bottled Pleasure - Up to date

My thoughts are that this post will just be the most up to date version, and if we think of more add-ons, I'll just update this post rather than doing more. Feel free to add ideas in the comments below! I'd like to branch into different kinks and such with this too!

I can think of two effects that could be interesting the 1st being a kind of RNG effect where with self stimulation the user would have a random chance of getting either a ruined, dry, full, or denied any orgasim with a possible bonus of being unable to get another attempt at release until after a set period of time. The other one is an effect where the user would receive reduced or no pleasure at for X number of attempts at self pleasure and then receive all of that stored up pleasure all at once either when a random or set number of attempts has been reached, after receiving a command word, or being stimulated by someone else.
