โข Our website should be accessible worldwide (unless certain countries have our website host banned). We do have upgraded security due to an attempted attack/hack, but this only blocks VPN's it flags as dangerous (Please note - we have no control over this, or what it classifies as 'dangerous', unfortunately).
If you are having issues, please try using a different browser (we now know that problems tend to occur with those using Safari browser, so please try using a different one) or temporarily disabling vpn if you use one. We are always happy to help - so if you are unable to contact us via our website, please feel free to email us directly at platinumluxesims@gmail.com ๐

Hey love, no worries at all - we completely understand & never want anyone feel pressured to join ๐ (as we've always said). We know it works on google chrome & edge browsers, so if you could please try one of those & let us know? We'll be setting up a help channel on discord after we finish work (specifically for troubleshooting etc...) or you can contact us on the email above, as it's a little cumbersome going back and fourth on post comments

2025-03-25 13:09:58 +0000 UTCI somehow cant access the website, it always tells me "unable access there are certain restrictions.." and that I should use another browser. I have MacBook Pro, I tried Tor but even with that I cant access. Which browser do I need? I was years back a long time on your Patreon, but had to quit cause my ill cat ate my money and I lost my mod folder that I had since 2014 (worst day of my life ๐๐) but I miss older creations I had and deeply loved from you and that's a lil frustrating, cause Im against TS4 rebels and other platforms like that but I really miss stuff. ๐ฅฒ
