It is possible. You just change the save import location to "Steam" when you choose "Import" from the main menu. If you saved at the transfer interface on Steam Season 2, your saves will show up.

Oh boy... where do I start?! Damn man, you've made my old ass tear up at least twice today 🥺 After just buying season 1&2 basically as a middle finger towards mastercard, I ended up enjoing every bit of it... Then... So.. just how I feel 😅 I really into stories with sharp twists and turns, where you can't tell the next surprise but it makes sense after its uncovered! you put together the little picese and hints from before.. And I really hope this continues as it's been so far, really a pice of art! Can't thank you enough for it! And I'm at this point only slightly but still concerned... so I have to spit it out, no offense! What I disliked about acting lessons... first its the big your fate is now sealed message, when you have no choices anymore, and and just smash spacebar for hours straight to get out of the nightmare you found yourself inside.. and it was really been crafted like one, and was on its own also a piece of art... but and this is my big BUTt (if I may) I believe that that ending was perfectly find, but I was hoping for a less depressing alternate, and I was sad when I learned I've actually got one of the best ones 🥲 After all these games are about choice, and how it affects the outcome.. which also implies that there are choices 🤓 Thanks, f you've read my rumbling to the end! 🙏 It's a mouthful, I know, but I had to type it out.. anyway, back to the game, dying for the story to unfold..

If you managed to install it. You double click the .exe file to start it. Once it is started at the top right of the load screen it says import Steam/Gog saves. You must have saved at the end of episode eight in those versions in order to import. If you did you should see a list of your saves and you can choose one and click "import", it will ask for confirmation and then you are off and running. If there are none, you must replay and make sure you save at the end of ep8 when prompted.

I got it to work. create a folder(on desktop is best). put all the downloaded files into that folder. open the zip file with winrar. find that folder in the right column. click "extract to". once its complete, navigate to that folder. open and run the game from within that folder. be sure that the steam version isn't running at the same time. click import when the game is at the main menu. at the top right, click on where it says change source and it should switch to the steam imports from season 2. good luck! Something i posted a few months ago. Hopefully this will help those having issues still.

after the umptienth replay - I wanted to ask: with the new mobile phone being available by middle-button-click, I have lost the ability to hide the dialogue for a full screen view of the scene. Is there a way to hide all text? The functionality is still there, in some scenes when the phone is not available, it still works - but it appears as though the middle-mouse-button is "stolen" for popping up the phone.

Seasons 1 and 2 on Steam and Patreon are the same as Seasons 1 and 2 on Patreon, with some under the hood things that differ. Season 3 is at the moment only available on Patreon, but will come to Steam and GOG after I finish development of Episode 12.

I don't know what this new format for obtaining with multiple files. I followed the instructions and I'm the first to admit I'm not the the most computer savvy guy but its not working. Hi. Your mods crash the game. The only fix is to delete your game, persistent and save files from "game/saves" and "%appdata%/RenPy/BeingaDIKSeason3-Patreon-1535311494" Re-download the original game files from Patreon. Don't modify your game to avoid problems in the future.

I play through the game from the beginning every time each episode comes out, read all the lines and play all the minigames, because this game really deserves it and I have a lot of fun with it every time. It might not be my business (no offense), but try playing through everything from the beginning - I think you won't be disappointed.

I'm sure by now the Discord has answers to this type of issue. There is a link to join when you start the game if you have an older version anywhere, Steam, Gog, or from here. Too many questions for someone to ask to understand your personal situation as far as I can tell. Where as there you can simply search for what your particular issue is. It's been out for quite a while now. They should have had someone with the same issue by now.

Did you play ep1-8 on Steam or Gog? If so at the top of the screen to the right there should be an option to import saves from Steam or Gog. If not, you need to play ep1-8 first. Season 3 is a continuation from that not a stand alone game.

I found that WinRAR kept having errors, and I had to switch to WinZip to properly extract the files. Initially I thought it was a corrupted download, but it turned out that WinRAR just ran into problems.

im a tad frustrated - ive tried to download the patch as i have the other chapters and it would not load so i tried downloading the full season again. There are to many parts i think. Do you mean when you click Continue nothing is there? S3 requires saves be imported first from end of Season 2. Click on the IMPORT button. If your S2 saves are from Steam, click the source toggle in the upper right of the IMPORT screen. The Continue button is for saves made during your play once it is in S3 (for example, you saved end of ep9 or ep10 end screens). Assuming you didn't reinstall your OS or change HDD/SDD, your saves from S3 should show on the Continue screen if you made any.

you are trying to extract using the native windows extract.. The instructions on the download page say to use 7zip or Winrar.

Check your game folder for any 0 byte size files. You might have not downloaded all the parts needed for the extraction (there are 10 files for the full download). After you make sure you download and extract without error and are still having a problem, come into discord and we can sleuth by sharing screens, etc.

This is a know behavior if you had tried to patch or merge S3 on top of S1/S2 in the past. When you launched the merged game, it created a bad persistent file in %appdata%/RenPy/BeingaDIKSeason3-Patreon-1535311494. That folder should have been removed as part of the cleanup and before you properly installed and played S3. As long as you have a corrupted persistent file, you will crash. The only solution is to get the persistent file in the above location and also in game/saves.

You have to remove S3 persistent and save files from "game/saves" and "%appdata%/RenPy/BeingaDIKSeason3-Patreon-1535311494". If you have done that and you are getting the crash after importing a S2 save, that means you are bringing over tainted saves from S2. That means you have to remove your transfer saves (via the S2 launcher). You also have to clean everything from S1/S2 including the persistent file. The persistent file name for S1/S2 is in the same locations as above. The persistent file name is BeingADIK-xxxxNN where NN is different for Patreon, Steam, or GOG. If your S1/S2 is from Steam, be sure to disable cloudsaves when you clean up otherwise you are just going to load bad files from the cloud.

I'm guessing it has something to do with "Multi-disk zip archives not supported." There are several archives that are used for the main zip file. That may be the issue. Though, I don't know anything about SteamDeck. It's just a guess.

The game crashes every time I load a game from season 2. I get to Jacob, and the game closes. I know this is a result of the anti-cheat kicking in, and have done a clean install of seasons 1 and 2, played through them for a clean save, and it still crashed. I even tried re-downloading season 3 after the clean install. Nothing works. Someone, anyone, please help! Try clearing your cache. Make sure you download each file 1 at a time. Also make sure you have sufficient disk space. If you download the same file(s) multiple times, it may be that some files and added characters to the name like (1) or (2). These will cause issue. Make sure you delete a file before you redownload it. If you have any files with numbers like (1) in the name, be sure to delete the extra characters in the name and any space before/after. The names should appear just like on the attachment list.

I might as well add my nonsense. A transferred over my original season 3 data to an external drive. Basically ended up losing all of my game data for various games. When I tried to jump right back in with the update version of season 3 it tells me there's " an error with episode 10 images.rpa"

Finding a render will not remove other renders. If you play a long session and you some how crashed or closed the game improperly, you will lose all progress. Collectibles are in a file called persistent that is open when you launch the game and all progressed when you properly quit. To help with long sessions, there is a "save collectible" button on the Save screen (lower left of the save slots). You can press that any time to force the persistent file to be saved to disk.

Playing episode 10 and after the math mini-game I went to check the new render unlock and realized it had removed everything else I had unlocked so far that episode. Episode 9 and interlude stuff is still there but all the episode 10 unlocks I had found so far are gone.

Not a scam. The rules are clear as day. You have to be a Huge Dik or above to get all the downloads. You also get access first to any new releases. Nothing about this was hidden. Joining at the lowest tier to access the latest release will not get you the older ones. All the tiers are laid out when you join telling you what you get access to.

How can I download Season 1 and 2?

Not sure if anyone else is having the same problem, but I've played through the game from start to finish again and on a DIK path playthrough with other girls (I have a version where I spent halloween w/ Quinn, Lily/Nicole, and the dorm girls), I can get through the post-party cleanup in Episode 10, but every time I complete the English minigame, the game crashes entirely. I've tried quitting so as to not get 100%, using Cheats from Derek and just completing it normally, tried on each of the different paths mentioned above, and cannot get past it. As a note: I also played through a full Maya & Josy CHIK and Jill CHIK playthrough and did not run into this issue, and haven't tried the other branches yet. Anyone else running into a renpy rollback error that when you rollback it brings you back normally (only to hit the error again at the same place) and ignoring it kicks you to the main menu?

I am experiencing rollback mid dialogue, tends to happen near choices. the dialogue would move backwards a bit then move forward, or constantly repeat within 1-3 messages. For choices it would also go back in script go forward to choice again, and it would loop sometimes. This started after my 3rd playthrough with my Isabella save. I downloaded the whole game again in hopes to fix the problem, but this seems to still happen.

likely caused by a different renpy game. I had this before and I think it was caused by games created on a specific renpy version. there's a file you need to delete to get rid of it but I don't remember the exact details.

DPC, I just wanted to say that this is my favorite episode released so far, and that’s not just recency bias talking. The plot has progressed in significant ways, with plenty of twists I didn’t see coming. As an Others' path exclusive enjoyer, the party was absolutely amazing! I found myself thinking that this is like most Episode 3 movie where a lot of loose ends are tied up and a lot of recap type stuff but no real bangs. That said I saw varying content for each girl I've played so far and likely as we continue down the path those paths get narrower and more focused.

Honestly, I'd rather have the ability to select which minigames/fights to play and not after a first minigame completion. They are less fun when speed running through for the twentieth time, but there are times I'd like to do them.

She's one of my favorites too :) I had luck in a classroom scene and there's another (mutually exclusive to that scene) with another character you're in a relationship with depending on how you've played her path and interacted with Camilla. It's at the end of the party if you leave early and in the relationship. You might miss her if you are in committed relationships with others not her, and if you are comitted but don't flirt with Camilla. Non-relationship paths seemed to get blocked without input from the player. I was definitely sad I couldn't grind with her or watch her through the night like I wanted to. (MC said he would but zero other interactions that I've found).

Many will disagree. What you see on a playthrough is affected by you past choices. Try playing other playthroughs with other choices. Season 3 isn't like Season 1 and Season 2 where you can get content in 1 playthrough due to the nature of the branches.

This could have been on my end but if you make a backup of the save thats not working then follow Dorians post, pop the save back into the game/save folder and it should work. You can do this for each save that isnt working until youre into season 11.

Undoing the punishment was how the Alphas got Chad back as him being removed from the frat, and its presidency, was his punishment. It was a mutual deal between Sage Rusty and Dawe. Tommy and Quinn both said it was a shit deal but lived with it. MC is well aware of the terms of the agreement but doesn't mean he likes them. That said I rarely throw Chad under the bus with Professor Perv and like Sage am doing him a solid by not revealing his secret. The part about Zoey is understandable. Things happen between ex's and she doesn't trust Zoey for good reason as it turns out. Chad and her hooking up again is a non issue, of all of the Alphas he is probably the most likely to see where MC is coming from. He's Hot headed but not nearly as dumb as the rest of that group. Dawe is the one I want to keep braining in the boxing ring every chance I get.

Advice shared on discord. 1) Name all your save, 2) Name your save pages and group saves by pages, 3) There are more than 10 sage pages. Your bio bios has information you are seeking. The major decisions are noted for the MC. Actions or Events affecting other characters (men and women) can be found under their bios. So, a good idea when loading up a save, especially for a new release, is to go through the bios so see what you did. There is are also the phone stats that might provide info as well. Caveat, not all prompts are tracked. There are just too many. However, the important stuff is.

This game has shuffled my favorite girl rankings. I think Lily is now my number one. We got some intimacy and “you’re saying there’s a chance”, plus she doesnt carry a 50lb weights in her chest, a primary reason I like maya and josy. Bianca, I really like her modeling and her personality is totally one I’d date. Elena was my top but it just isn’t possible without sharing and it would suck to ruin such an amazing relationship. She reminds me of my wife but change the guy interest to the ladies. Camila is still up there but I haven’t seen anything hinting she’s possible so she’s dropping as I give up. Melanie and Sarah actually seemed a little likable this chapter. Usually they gross me out with their personalities. I like that Jill is kinda letting loose. This is more inline with girls I’ve known like her. They can really get wild depending on how much they were repressed. The extreme naivety had been too over the top for me. I hate Sage’s Jealousy. I hate it more because Guys and girls CAN be friends and it annoys the heck out of me that people like to say they can’t be. I’m still friends with MANY of my exes. That outburst would likely cause me to dump sage in the real world. Trust is important and it’s not about the other girl. It’s about the person you’re with and trusting them. Also, communication. I still like her though. Bella… I may try her out again. I dropped her in chapter 8 because she wasn’t my flavor, but that’s a lot of content I’m missing. Josy and maya… I loved the outfits and part of the scene minus being handcuffed, but back in my younger days I probably would have experimented with that once if she was into it. Nothing was too over the top. I love the throuple but I’m sad about the drama and irked that there hasn’t been communication not just between them but the fact that it’s obvious and the mc isn’t saying anything. Like, dude, do you even care? I do. So, they’re sadly dropping. The others path: This was the most fun I’ve had! I’m okay with catastrophe here! I’m sad there wasn’t a Quinn scene. I’d been growing attached but this plummeted her to the bottom (a year between games can do that when nothing new connects them). Lily is my new Quinn. Plus I love a girl with brains. Sally can F off. Sexy, but personality is just ugly. She plummeted and go can neg herself off without my mc. Sarah and Melanie are now higher than her. Real life I’d tell her to straighten her shit out and find herself some manners. The mc drives me nuts with his immature drama and ignoring things that he should really address. Also I DO NOT LIKE STOCKINGS!!! Which will of course encourage more stockings. It’s what I’d do. The fascination in the game is just weird to me. Rio… i don’t think I need to say anything. Overall though, apart from some weird drama moments and interactions that made zero sense to me (Lily sage is the biggest), this was a freaking blast of a release! I do wish the MC could take the Lily path of being a Dik AND getting good grades. I won’t do the mini games on the 15 various paths I have saved to get good grades. That’d be nuts!

Season 3 crashes. I formatted a laptop and went with a fresh install of windows 11. installed season 1 & 2 from Steam. Played through and saved my export. downloaded the full install for season 3. when I go to play the import, it makes it about 10 seconds in on the dialog and crashes. It does this on my normal gaming rig as well that has all my other saves. On the laptop I did the test with, there are no altered files or crazy stuff.

Are you sure you're extracting with winrar? The steps to do it are listed in the post already. 1. Download all the files 2. Right click the .zip file and choose extract here (winrar) 3. Wait until it's done. Play the game. If you get an error in winrar saying file is corrupt or something, you need to redownload the files. It's wise to delete any old zip and z01-09 files before you redownload.

Im just a background observer but while i was playing the game, it crashed causing my monitor to go black like the cable was connected and put back in, background music stopped, so i open it back up and now it laggy and my cache was clear for some reason. i am glad my saves are ok but to make this work again do i have to re-download the files again or am i stuck with this until next update comes. love the game but this was the worst release plan ive ever seen, and i remember loading 3.5 as well as there larger soft floppies 2 start a game.... im sure the game will excell as all dr.p work does once it works., be waiting on steam . gave up trying this multi download parts crap, i can see why for those who wont pay for mega etc. but why punish uf whom do pay for fast large downloads, seam's the lib's won. Ah. I see. That is a RenPy issue on your end. Two possible fixes for this: Solution 1. Start the game Press Shift + G This will bring up a menu with settings you can change Put these settings: Force ANGLE2 Renderer Gamepad disable Powersave disable Tearing enable Then try playing and see if it helps If not, Solution 2. Redownload the full game and try again. The crash indicates that RenPy engine can't generate random numbers, which is an engine error.

Nope, not a multiple save issue as I have a method. I suppose him taking the budget would make sense and then not a bug. I didn’t see in game commentary on that though although I had started skipping text and I notice that some text reads as read even if not read (like Dik vs Chik even though Dik is phrasing differently. If the text skipping jumped that, and/or I wasn’t paying attention to the text because I was skipping, that makes sense.

The full season 3 download (NOT the patch) has episodes interlude, 9, 10, 11 in it. You only need to import from Season 2 saves after episode 8. If you already played 9 or 10, you find your saves under "Continue". Hope that helps.

The Brawler Mini Game is crashing for me in Ep 11 whenever I try to fight Dawe. I could fight everyone else no problem but after the first hit (whether I succeed or not), I get an error log with the usual rollback/ignore/quit options. Rollback takes me to before the fight, ignore just leaves him standing there not doing anything (had to hard close). It's not 'game-breaking' as it's an optional thing but thought I should mention it. Also thanks for the episode, and the game in general. Have been enjoying both so far.

Hi, yes, as you saw, it's not a bug. *Psst* If you have extra money at the end of episode 10, you could stock up on food. Regarding the feeding not registering, the only thing I can think of is that you may have saved your game on the same screen after doing it or something. Renpy doesn't save states until you move one extra screen.

I've never been able to figure it out without the guide to be honest. The only part that made sense to me was after you unlock the second side, you saw the symbols that you need to point toward to unlock the second part, but I've never been able to figure out the first part. I didn't figure out the new part in episode 11. I suck at maths, but there are way too many possibilities to brute force your way opening it either.

*Just a disclaimer that my comment will contain a minor spoiler from ep 11* It is said that a certain character (you'll know who) takes the fish tank budget with him due to the events prior to the free roam. Now about the fish being taken care of, my best guess is just having multiple saves may cause you to get confused sometimes, at least said issue never happened to me before.

Bug report. I loaded a chapter 10 save starting in a free roam in the bedroom (DIk/Other path if that matters) and while in the room I put money into the fish budget for a total of 6-8ish in the budget (I don't remember the exact amount I put in or the final amount in there) so that I could go to Maya's house with $4 in case there was cash. In my chapter 11 free roam in the room, the entire fish budget was gone. Also of note, there have been a couple of times that I swear I took care of the fish and I check the large aquarium and they need to be feed or cleaned again and the clean number seems to vary. I'm less certain about this bug because I wasn't paying close enough attention, but the cash disappearing was definitely a thing and made me think the fluctuation of feeding/cleaning might not be just me. PC Windows 11 if that helps.

You can also move the entire folder to a more memorable location. Plus you can create a shortcut to the BeingADIK.exe application and put that on the Desktop. Don't move the .exe, just create a shortcut and put that on your Desktop.

if you remember the name of the folder, then go to the file explorer (the folder icon) then go to one of your drives ( maybe C or D) then in the top left type the name of the folder. or part of the name and have it search. it will search the entire drive and when you find it, open the folder. then at the top it should show you the file path.

I think I found what you meant. It was in the upper area with the aquarium yes? I have fixed that for next version, but it doesn't matter for your game. It's only a reminder when it's optional like that. You can fix it yourself, by clicking the fish bowl on your desk instead. But, if you took care of them, you don't have to worry.

Again, not sure if it's bug but during one of the free roams if I take care of the fish from the main (big aquarium) the game doesn't record it in "optional tasks". What I do with fish is recorded (feeding them etc.) but the task is not scratched off the list. Only if I go back to my room and click on a small aquarium only then the task is recorded as done

There was a prior bug to the quick menu. Go into preferences and look at the quick menu settings. enable, on hover, disable. After you set it, it should now persist across all playthroughs.

Only the only safe savepoints are on the End of Episode screens. ep11 is part of a work in progress Season 3, so code changes and bugfixes might extend back to the Interlude. Thus save points mid-episode can be out of sync with the new code for the release. So, loading a save could crash or even rollback to another scene.

Hi! If you have the save game issue, it is likely because of "tmp" files in your save folders. To fix this, do the following: Check the "game/saves" folder. Delete any file that has the word "tmp" in it. Then check the %appdata%/RenPy folder for BeingADIK folders. Check those folders and remove any save file with "tmp" in them. After that, you should be able to save the game again. Let me know if it doesn't work.

Your mods crash the game. The only fix is to delete your game, persistent and save files Save files are kept in two locations: 1. Inside your .app 2. In ~/Library/RenPy/game_directory

I only noticed the bug after I already patched the game to v0.11.1. Unfortunately I can't confirm if the bug was already there before it. It's only a showing bug though because the cutscene after when rio wakes up is still accurate.

In second I just want to report a tiny bug that I notice on other path. it is appearing in the phone on the tasks app. It seems that the objective "talk to riona" in the last free roam stay even if you sent the message. Are you on Windows? If so, read my post from Friday night: For those having issues with the Windows zip procedure. Download all the files in the post. Make sure they all show as .zip's in the same download folder. When everything looks good, get WinRar, find the folder with the .zip downloads. Only extract the "BeingADIK-0.11.0-pc-lin.zip" file, WinRar will use the others as archives to extract to the main folder it is extracted to. Then delete the files you downloaded and your game folder should be where you extracted it to. I cannot stress enough, Only extract the archive noted above in this post. The others are simply holders to make the game downloadable. I hope this helps. It took me some time to figure it out but it works as I described. I hope this helps people.

Absolute great episode full of different emotions. Besides the main story arcs, i enjoy as well those little parts, which even are stretched over episodes ("Mr. Danger"). It was worth the wait and i am damm sure the next episode wil be worth the wait as well. Quality needs its time.

Just finished my first playthrough. Took me roughly 8 hours. What an episode, Doc. Really great. It was a rollercoaster of emotions. It feels like all the different plots are culminating slowly. Such a great story and I really want to know, how it will continue. I am already looking forward to the next episode. But I totally understand, it will be a long road until than. It has to be with this quality and branching content. Thanks for the episode. Totally worth every week of waiting. And best is: more than 20 playthroughs are waiting to keep the time until ep. 12 as entertaining as possible. you need to decide which platform PC or Mac and then if you want the full game interlude to ep11 or if you want the patch to take your v10 to v11. Download the set of files. There is a jpg with more instructions. On PC, you need winrar or 7zip. On Mac, you need Unarchiver. There are free versions of these tools. The game worked perfectly for me; I still have all my saves from the previous version👌🏻! Stayed up all night (8 hours) playing my Bella/main playthrough... Woooo 🙌🏻!!! Slept for five hours; just woke up a while ago. Haven't done that in a while 😅! WORDS CAN'T EVEN DESCRIBE THE EXPERIENCES!!! But I can safely say, "Everything works, no crashes, no errors, only ONE dialogue/conversation bug where I THINK it was MC who said the line, but it was Josy's name," but that was it. Now for the other paths 😈. Which I am skating through on my second playthrough (playing my Dik- Other/Lily & Nicole Playthrough). Which I had to stop because I have to go to work! I want to see the "Other's" Scenes before getting back to my Main Girls 😁!

When I started the pack quest during the Christmas party while in my room with the couch I was not able to click on the Gnome in this room until I moved to another room and back into it. Did not repeat in other rooms with Gnomes to see if repeatable with others.

OK my game crashes any time it come to make a decision. You cant say it cause it modded cause i have downloaded the fill game and not the patch and even when i go back to episode 9 to start over with a fresh save it does the same thing. Please help

For those having issues with the Windows zip procedure. Download all the files in the post. Make sure they all show as .zip's in the same download folder. When everything looks good, get WinRar, find the folder with the .zip downloads. Only extract the "BeingADIK-0.11.0-pc-lin.zip" file, WinRar will use the others as archives to extract to the main folder it is extracted to. Then delete the files you downloaded and your game folder should be where you extracted it to. I cannot stress enough, Only extract the archive noted above in this post. The others are simply holders to make the game downloadable. I hope this helps. It took me some time to figure it out but it works as I described. I hope this helps people.

Does anyone know of a way to install all seasons to an external hard drive for use with MacOS for dummies? Reason I ask is that we all know MacBooks don't have much hard drive space so I'd like to connect an external drive to run it. I assume that instructions given is to install directly to the storage on the Mac's local storage. Even with the instructions given by DPC I have a hard time undestanding the process. I'm very new to the macOS so understanding all the commands to install it is confusing. I love the game BTW.

You can't save the files? It sounds like you have a "tmp" file issue. To fix it, check in your game/saves folder for any save file with the word "tmp" in it. Also check in your %Appdata%/RenPy folder in the Being a dik folders, for any files with "tmp" in them. Delete those files and then you should be able to save again.

Someday I'll run out of different playthroughs to try. I'm always amazed at the little details and nuances I pick up on based on different decisions. Masterful job. I don't normally like lists of Top 10 favorite games (all genres) because it often times depends on my current mood on any given day, but I can comfortably state this game will always be a Top favorite. Are you trying to patch PC? Extract the zip file and you will find a folder named "patch". Copy all contents of that folder and paste it in the "game" folder of your v0.10.0 or v0.10.1 game. Overwrite files when prompted. Play.

Make sure the game is closed when you delete things. I don't know if errors come from Season 2 or not, I didn't make the mod. But if that's the case, then the transfer file might be ruined too.

That's a fresh install. With steam import saves...

You need a small tool (winrar or 7-zip) to unpack the files. You have to download and install one of those two on your machine. After that you simply double click on the file with the zip-ending and you get the "normal" folder with the files as usual. DPC had to split the files because the update is huge and unfortunately Windows standard tools are a bit stupid sometimes. I prefer 7-zip: https://www.7-zip.org/

As it says on the download page you want (PC full, patch, Mac full, or patch), download all the files and review the .jpg file for instructions.
