I can imagine it now while people are panicking about Madam President's infection someone goes to the blue dress girl's home to check up on her only to find out she has also been infected and already grown a bit(we've already seen her get infected and have witnessed her binge and grow). She could even say to the person checking up on her "yeah, that bug that the President caught? I may have caught it too....seeing as you're here though think you could help me with something? See I've run out of food, but I'm still absolutely STARVING!" - proceeds to vore the person sent to checkup on her
