My Life as a Teenage Robot was a really neat animated cartoon show back from the early 2000's that chronicled the escapades of a super-powered robot who happens to resemble a teenage girl that tried to balance high school and teen problems while trying to save the world.
In one episode the show introduced an Exo-Suit, an add-on of sorts developed by Jenny's mother inventor to give her robot daughter a more "normal" human like appearance. This skin had it's own intelligence and thus agenda, and later gained an upgrade and from then on had the capabilities to alter Jenny's outward appearance into that of a gorgeous teenage girl. In it's final appearance, Jenny rejected the Exo-Skin, and despite a hint at the end of the episode suggesting it would reappear, (certainly as a villain), it never did.
This fully colored and plotted Manga is going to give us a different ending to the Exo-Suit's story, and provide a fun "What if...?" scenario where her good friend (and biggest fan) Sheldon Lee ends up embroiled (and bonded) with the Exo-Suit.
