2024-03-03 05:13:10 +0000 UTCThanks for all the info you have shared with us all! Perhaps more plants will be discovered that affect the K-opioid receptor. I actually came across an article on sciencedirect that talks about the k-opiod agonism of noribogaine, which makes sense since it does help with opiate addiction. Cheers! https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0028390815300770

2023-12-06 21:56:01 +0000 UTCThank you Hamilton. This interview with Dr. Munro fills in the gaps; this is the question I was seeking an answer to when I hesitantly approached you in Denver. I find the extraction with chilled acetone with naphtha cleaning is easy (now planning on CO2 extraction). Been working on an oral troche with variations of crude extracts; thank you for verification with this interview (hence my unconcern for purity in Denver this summer): the entourage of other Salvia compounds facilitating Salvia A is what the literature seems to already point to.
