I was just wondering if you've noticed yet while watching the opening map that WinterFell is smoking because the casle was burned down last season. They also added Riverrun since Robb and Lady Catelyn were there for her father's funeral. They also removed Pyke and across the Narrow Sea, they removed Vas Dothrak, Qarth and added Astapor which is following where Danaerys.

Tyrion, learned bookworm, explorer, diplomat, engineer, prisoner of Catelyn Tully-Stark come prisoner of Lysa Tully-Arryn, let go to die at the hands of The Vale's hill clans, instead befriending them and taking on their service, war hero in the Lannister vanguard, Hand Of The King!, once again a war hero in the strategy to save the capital from certain doom by both Stannis' fleet and army and his sister's wildfire plot, near assassination victim, defaced wretch with no purpose, now finance minister... Theon, who was kind of a Stark kid, living a life of considerable luxury and broad education. Became a war councillor, then envoy, then the presumed heir apparent to Pyke and the Iron Islands, then a conqueror, the Prince of Winterfell, and now a skinned rough play toy to the Bastard of Bolton. So what is to become of all of them, and who are they to become?
