You are never annoying or boring to me :) Wow it's crazy how your career went Stu! I am really impressed tbh. I don't know how the career system works in GB. Did you have to do some sort of apprenticeship as a police men before you were able to do 911 calls? Or what is the difference with police, military police and military nurse? Did you have to do a regular nurse apprenticeship and then did something specialisations afterwards? I am really curious because it seems like a long learning process and you definitely have my full respect for your journey! Another question I have with ptsd that came up with this video: does the symptom of reliving that Ou mentioned for the diagnostic of ptsd or cptsd have to be one specific situation? And does it need to be imaginary or just some sort of old feeling coming up that is not suited to the actual situation irl? I am asking because it is difficult for me to differentiate ptsd/cptsd from bpd symptoms sometimes. I've learned in dbt for example that dysregulations and 'overreacting' or 'overfeeling' in hyperarousal have to be revisited by myself to check if it was a reaction that is common or suited to the situation and that often in times of hyperarousal it's old stuff coming up but subconsciously. Maybe you an bring some clarity to me haha. Nevertheless very intresting video and I am curious how the journey will continue!
