Offending behaviour is viewed as a symptom of an underlying unmet need, usually developmental trauma but also neurodivergence is common. I then offer intervention around that with the idea that it will reduce offending behaviour (secondary) and improve the persons quality of life (primary outcome) although the commissioners might not see the primary and secondary outcomes that way round!

2025-08-03 19:09:38 +0000 UTCAs always very interesting reaction. You said you work with offenders and people in emergency care, right? What does offenders mean exactly? All type of crimes or something special? And how does the help you can provide looks like? I don't know the British health care system good enough especially if it has something to do with the justice system. I thought you would work with teens and young adults? But could be that I mixed something off here. And I really like how Ren is guiding us here and let's us take different perspectives
