Added 2021-11-03 09:46:26 +0000 UTCFinally, after reaching the top, Alice massive body was once again unfolding in front of him. She was gently breathing, giving Nathan a slight feeling of comfort. At least the chances for any sudden movements didn't seem to be an immediate risk.
It almost felt unreal, seeing her this calm. Whenever Alice was talking to him, his mind and body was prepared for the worst. This on the other hand felt like a state of limbo.
Nathan was almost tempted to just sit down and take a short break, but he couldn't. Time was still working against him and even a sleeping Alice, wasn't a place you'd want to hang around.
