stupid question here, beginning of the episode when Shawn's dad throws the homework in the trash, Shawn could have gotten up and took the homework from the trash, right? My opinion on the Shawn/Carlton relationship, Carlton does not believe Shawn is psychic and also outed his relationship that got his girlfriend transferred, that for me is a reason not to be friends with Shawn still to this day, but that's just me. I liked this episode.

Christmas Joy I thought the christmas episode was alright although why did they recast Gus's dad, going from Ernie Hudson to Keith David, I mean their both great actors but why the recast I wonder. Six Feet Under the Sea Did Shawn say 6 times out of 10 theirs a snake in the casket, what kind of funerals has he been to. Shawn and Gus always hitting on clients and potential murderers so aggressively. I know that Shawn and Lassiter don't think the murder of a sea lion is important, but hey, someone still killed a sea lion, that's messed up why would you murder a sea lion. Yes, Shawn your dad definitely wanted you to steal his boat. What, that was that plan, you yell "Oh my god, I killed him" and then you both run out of the room. With Shawn and Gus hitting on their clients so aggressively, you'd think the she would be uncomfortable, but nope, it always works, as least for Shawn. I thought this was an alright episode. Now for this episode Lassiter got a big arrest, good for him. Now Lassiter getting the slow motion entrance makes more sense than Gary Cole from the bank robbery episode. These FBI guys are rude. Really Chief Vick, you just automatically assume Lassiter shot the guy, that's not Lassiter at all, he's by the book, he might be a little extreme sometimes, but he's not going to shot an unarm...okay, so he's standing over the body right now, I'll admit that doesn't look great, but I'll stand by what I got interrupted with earlier, he's not going to shoot an unarmed prisoner. Okay, good, Chief Vick believes Lassiter, so it's just going to be the douchey FBI guys and well, Gus I guess that think it's Lassiter. Shawn, Gus, your comments about Lassiter shooting someone someday and planting evidence is not helping. I like to see how much everyone cares about and believes Lassiter, well except Gus I guess. I thought this was a pretty good episode, even if it was obvious who the killer was and that of course Lassiter was innocent.

In this episode he referenced Kojak (1973) TV series, Danger Zone a 1986 song, and I'm Alright a 1980 song. They do this a lot. Pineapple in the grocery bag Lassie is carrying in front of his house. Plus wooden pineapple on the bar in Shawn's dad's house.
