Hi shan, James Gunn here…nah I’m not…. Or am’I? Shan “I don’t like the new theme song” same Shan! Same! The woman who came out crying after the “Justice Gang” interview was “White Rabbit”an obscure Batman villain who teamed up with the mad-hatter they had a whole Alice in wonderland team-up vibe going on. About the random orgy scene, someone on set had to organise that, like you naked dude front and centre, you two grind on each other next to John and everyone else dance freely… Aaand action! Hello! I would crawl on my belly over broken glass to get that job 🤣 The only problem I have with multiverse stories is there’s no stakes because we can just go get another Peacemaker when one dies it’s something the M-she-U is suffering from now but we’ll see where this goes. I can’t believe we live in a world where Superman and orgies are in the same universe, what a time to be alive. 30 seconds to mars suck, come at me. I said what I said. Until next time bad guy out.

2025-08-25 14:03:00 +0000 UTCI don't think Gunn took the wholebig picture seriously when adding retcons. He basically just said I'll fix what's necessary so it makes sense in the new universe that's being established. He has said for awhile that it's going to be "loose canon" and they aren't putting continuity under a microscope, like with the MCU. The main thing is, it's a fun show. The intro was better in the first season but it's easy to skip it. I find the new direction so far to be good. They are keeping the spirit and tone of the first season but adding some characters and things to keep it fresh. It's only the first episode, so we'll see where it goes.
