Critical One-Shots Collab. #5: Westhaven & Bellmare, Sibling Cities

He outdid himself once again, providing 8 pages of material for all your DMing needs. This booklet features the Sibling Cities of Westhaven & Bellmare.

Without further ordue I will let him explain:

Welcome to the sprawling sibling metropolises of Westhaven and Bellmare. An iconic city layout where mutualistic cities grow in tandem, relying upon each other to survive and flourish. These cities are vibrant and integral to each other. But a catastrophe may be on the horizon! 

Westhaven and Bellmare are perfect destinations to bring your characters when they require direction as it is the location of a world-renowned academy of the arcane and one of the largest library collections known to sentience. Perhaps your party needs to learn the location of an ancient artifact or about a rare, mythic creature! The encounter that is broken down in this booklet is for a party of level 4-8 and it is a newly developed system that mixes skill challenges and combat in high stakes rescue and risk management gameplay.

Implementing the cities is very easy and you don't have to follow the booklet down to a T. Make it fit into your campaign to work with your world! The booklet and the map are both left intentionally loose ended so you can work it to fit your own narrative.
