Quick update. Progress is going smoothly for Cyberpunk Part 4, but it's still months out from completion. I have a slick render of the opening animation synced with the music I licensed for it, and I hope to show you more progress soon.
However, an opportunity dropped into my lap, which I can't ignore considering I've been unemployed and looking for work for 4+ months now. I've scripted, voiced, and am currently editing a short (~23 mins) sponsored video promoting GOG's Preservation Program.
If you've followed my channel for a while, you'll know that I've never once taken a sponsor in my nearly 9 years on YouTube. So this was not a decision I made lightly.
However, proactively patching games to make them playable on modem systems is a fine cause, I feel, and I've already witnessed them fixing at least two games I tried to play on my Windows 11 rig.
Jagged Alliance 2 was one of my favorites growing up, as it scratched the same combat itch that Fallout did, but with a lot more tactical depth. This video is shaping up to be part review, part player's guide, part love-letter.
The video is due by the end of the month, so I'm working hard to meet that deadline, then I'm back on Cyberpunk for the foreseeable future.
Thanks again for all your support!
P.S. If you missed it, I officially announced my indie game, Gearspark. We're in an early prototyping stage at the moment, but wishlists are open if you want to follow our journey.
