Miami Vice Mini-Update: Color, Style, Pizazz
Added 2023-01-23 03:38:27 +0000 UTCWhew! It's been a truly crazy end/beginning of the year. The Quintet documentary is over, and I need to hit the ground running on another video, so I'm picking up where I left off on the Miami Vice documentary.
Here's a taste of the opening credits animation I'm working on, as well as the general color scheme and graphic style for the video (lower thirds, end credits and title cards will match).
It's got a loud and (appropriately) garish neon look, which I hope will capture the unmistakable style of the show, and the many works and genres of content that were inspired by it.
A more thorough video is coming in the near future, as a sort of post-mortem of the Quintet docu, as well as my plans for the upcoming year. Stay tuned!
