This mod doesn't touch companions/origin characters!
REQUIREMENTS
You need Tav's Hair Salon for Isobel, Danis and Apikusis, Gortash hairs
You need hijimare hairs for some Shar followers NPC and Bex
You can download Demon Eyes for new eye colors for some Tieflings (its optional)
INSTALLATION
Use BG3 Mod manager or Vortex Manager (but BG3 is better)
- Download the Main File (or use this link https://drive.google.com/file/d/1xs7b7kDu42pkwPPrrRg5Eqz1DpxLSrnG/view?usp=sharing)
- and Download the Update File (or use this link https://drive.google.com/file/d/1lo-A4RGe2L-c8Y2nT_FY40V6lTrvtqAC/view?usp=sharing)
Yes, you need both files.
Now you can choose what you wanna add:
1) If you wanna change NPC appearance:
Download any optional file of the NPC that you want.
You can combine or remove these NPC files, so be safe to remove/add NPC optional files anytime.
For example, NPC_VO_All_In_One contains Mizora without wings
but you can download Mizora with wings and put it after
There're now 2 folders that contains all NPCs optional files, download any folder, extract and choose any file.
NPC (groups of NPCs) — contains different groups of NPC:
- NPC_VO_All_In_One = contains all NPCs except Gortash, Orin, Mystra, Viconia, Mirie
- NPC_VO_All_Tieflings = contains all tieflings NPCs
- NPC_VO_Druids = contains all druid NPCs
- NPC_VO_SharessCaress_tavern = contains NPC of SharessCaress bordel
- NPC_VO_SharFollowers — contains NPC of NPC of House of Grief except Viconia and Mirie
NPC (all NPCs are separated) — all NPCs are separated
2) If you want heads/hair be available for Tav download NPC_VO_Tav
3) If you want armor be available for Tav download NPC_VO_Tav_Armor
4) NPC_VO_Patches includes pacthes. Currently it contains Patch for Alfira Joins the Party Mod.
The order should look like this. The main file is first and after the Main File everything else.
COMMON ISSUES:
- Floating heads/hairs
Set animation to high in settings
NOT COMPATIBILE WITH
- Any body mod that you install as loose file (for example SBBF mod), if you installed body mod as pak its fine. And yes its compatible with Unique Tav since Unique Tav made as .pak format

I feel bad for disliking Lakrissa’s vanilla look so much but I do lol. This seems better. Will she still be armed when she works as a barmaid, like she is in her vanilla (wearing armor and holding a spear)?

From what I've noticed: Cal (Rolan's buddy) has his entire lower half of the face black, Bex (wife of the packing tieflings couple near Aradin)

The only not safe thing to do is removing Main File and Update File if you using hair/head/armor from this mod. My reason to hide has nothing to do with mod issues I just I dont like my mods and npc mod especially so I decided to hide it and change some stuff.

Sorry to bother you—I just noticed you've hidden the mod on Nexus and was wondering if I should wait for an update or if it’s fine to use the version I downloaded a week ago. I’ve paused my playthrough right before Gortash’s inauguration and was planning to add the mod to my BG3 manager. If there’s an update coming today or tomorrow, I’d rather wait than risk updating midgame (or is that not risky?). So... should I hold off for the update? Thank you for your wonderful work!

I use Mizoras Face for my actual Tav. There are slight clipping issues with it I suppose. Earrings are a little bit to high, and if Tav cloeses her/his eyes, the lashes are a little bit waggy? Is there a way to maybe fix this to make her more perfectly? <3 Thank you so much for all your work and effort. Highly appreciate!

Alfira wont get horns due to hair and headwear, komira wont get horns cause she's an elf in this mod and dammon looks fine as hornless tiefling. I tried default horns on him but I didnt like it so I made him hornless.

If Im not wrong you also need to moderate this group (and moderation is pain in the ass for me) 3. I dont have a huge audience. Im just a guy that makes some stuff and sometimes people download. :)

In a very good way of seeing (from what I can assume) a human and tiefling with Arabella being the result! It was quite the sight! Also: Glad to know I'm not the only one dealing with that weird gender/chest glitch with Lia in the Emerald Grove! I absolutely hate that glitch so I will definitely be using this VO on her and her siblings!

Are those included in the oak files and can be found somewhere in game such as the tutorial chest? And are they available separately from the NPC appearance change by chance? I am going to pick and choose certain NPCs to apply the overhaul too, but some have outfits I'd love to use (for tav) but not change that particular NPC

And yes I can just quickly add this custom body to the armor so for example when you equip Mystra dress Tav's body will change (it has bigger boobs than default body lol), and when you unequip dress it will return to Tav's original body.

I’ve read all the updates and comments and I would still love to have the option to download heads for my Tavs 🖤 but one thing I do not understand: you said the outfits were made for the body models you’ve created for NPCs but they are still wearable by Tav if they have the body. Does it mean the outfits will automatically change the Tav’s body on equip or do we require an additional body mod for the outfit to even work?

2024-08-02 00:48:32 +0000 UTCYep, like I said everything made for this mod: heads, hair and clothes. I can add hair without problems to Player. I can add heads (though they dont have working piercing or beard) to Player. But adding armor for Player is quite difficult. Since I made that most npc have unique custom bodies and the clothes are made fit their bodies. So yeah... you need to refit these clothes for default body Player or use the body that this npc is using.
