ACFGTTM) Old Man Vs Tomo!

--AN) The promised Tomo --

As the pegasus flapped their wings above Tomoya, she sat there with Remim, Shion, Shuna, and the rest, all standing behind her. All except Souka, who was still hugging her pillow.

Kaijin was already kneeling on the ground, but Tomoya just say in her stone chair with a smile on her lips as she watched as the pegasus that carried the king of dwarves on its backland. At the same time, three leaves floated by. Treyni appeared in front of Tomoya. “Dwarven King, why did you come to the Jura Forest!?

“I have come to see his one.” The dwarven king Gazel replied.

“It’s fine, Treyni. I have been waiting for him.” Tomoya stood up and patted Treyni’s shoulder.

“But, Tomoya-sama. As the master of the forest it….” Treyni had a finger pressed against her lips.

“Treyni, it’s fine. Your lovely voice should not go to waste on old men.” Tomoya said in a teasing tone.

“How dare you speak of His Majesty in such a way!?” One of the dwarven knights yelled out.

“I only said, old men, I never spoke a word of your ruler. Why are you jumping the gun?” Tomoya’s lips curled up into a grin. “Gazel, I think you should teach your men a lesson if they are looking down on you.”

“Bahahahaha!” Gazel burst out laughing. “You are truly interesting! You have only just appeared and already have the approval of the protector of the forest. Good! Now…. Fight me!”

“I don’t mind, but you are up there in age. Are you sure you can handle it? I don’t want you to throw your hip out.” Tomoya presed her lips together she found her own words amusing but was trying to hold in her laughter.

“Pfft!” Treyni, of all people, was the one who couldn’t hold it in. But her out burst only lasted a second before she quickly composed herself but that was all it took for the others to burst out laughing as well.

“How dare you!” The knights, of course, all got angry and pulled out their swords.

“Did I say you could draw your weapons!?” Gazel was not happy, but he also did not wish to have a large-scale fight going on here. “Little Fox, you should be a little more respectful to the old.”

“I think showing up unannounced is also pretty disrespectful, don’t you think? Especially when you bring an entire squad with you. It’s as if you are ready to wipe us out if you see fit. What right do you have to even do such a thing when you are treading on other’s land?”  this was one thing that Tomoya hated about this man. He was too arrogant and thought he was could do as he pleased even in a place he had no claim on.

Gazel had no words. Because what Tomoya said was true. He only showed up with so many in case the monsters here were a threat. Now that it had been laid out and said so bluntly, made him realize he had made a big mistake. But even so, as the king of his kingdom, he refused to look weak. “I have my reasons.”

“Then draw your sword, old man. Let me give you a reason to go home.” Tomoya was not happy in the slightest. “But if I do win. I want you to recognize Jura Forest as its own entity.”

“Heh…. Alright. I would not have it any other way. If you win, I will recognize Jura Forest as its own kingdom.” Gazel liked people with guts.  He drew his sword and redied himself.

“Then I will oversee the fight.” Treyni stepped up. “You may begin!”

*Boom!*

Gazel’s brow was full of sweat as he looked up at the crazed smile on Tomoya’s face. He was currently kneeling in a crater with his hands over his head and his sword blocking the sword that had hammered down on him. If he had not moved as quickly as he did, he would have been cut in half. No… he knew Tomoya had allowed him to block the attack. “You!? Who are you really!?”

“Me? Just your friendly neighborhood fox girl.” Tomoya was cheering her mind. She had finally got to use that saying!

“Hah…. Hahahahaha! I like you! Good! I see you not only are straight forward but also someone I can trust. If you wanted to kill me just now you could have but you didn’t.” Gazel stood up as Tomoya eased her pressure and pulled her sword back.

With her sword resting on her shoulder, she looked at Treyni, who nodded and announced: “Winner, Tomoya-sama!”

“Now, old man, shall we go knock a few back and talk specifics?” Tomoya patted Gazel on the shoulder even though she was about one to two feet shorter than him.

“Haha! Sounds good! You guys wait here. I want to speak with my new friend here.” Gazel happily marched forward, walking toward town with Tomoya smiling and shaking her head. She disliked the guy’s way of doing things, but she respected him for his bluntness. He was not a man to mince words most of the time. She had put him on the spot earlier, but he dodged her words with a simple response. But she also knew that if she had not known Gazel’s true intentions, she might have gone all out and killed everyone here.
