GoF Island EA and Free version bug fixes

- 'Defeat Monster Girls Quest' should not get stuck when following Sky anymore. Also, an infinite loop related to the Pub was also fixed.
- All enemies should be updated with proper invincibility states (Weird scenarios such as enemies healing when they should be defeated and thus avoiding defeat should not occur now with the currently developed enemies). These invincibility fixes are VERY prone to causing other bugs, however. If anyone notices pictures lingering, weird actions happening at the start of battle like an enemy immediately attacking, etc, please report it in the bug reports channel on the Discord! The QuickFixes key item may be able to help with lingering pictures.
Also, as a reminder, please remember to use separate save files when using the DEV room! Activating the buttons in the DEV room that unlock content/enemies in the DEV room turn on various switches and change variable values than can make normal story progression, battles, or other things buggy, or just simply not work anymore!
