GoF Island V0.0991 (Bug Fixes)

Fartician's 2nd special was fixed so it does not repeat infinitely
Zyla's intro caught scene has been fixed (it was skipping part of the scene that wasn't supposed to be skipped)
Several enemy attacks have had their damaged reduced
Zyla's stat adjustments are now slightly higher than the enemy's stats.
A crystal ball has been added in the DEV room that triggers a switch. When the switch is on and move selector is on, battles in the DEV room will have the player fully healed each turn and have greatly increased defenses (for players that just want to see the scenes)
Other minor changes
