Last Update before Video

     Hello friends! I am hopeful that this will be the last update of this kind. As many of you know, I’m moving into my own place so that I can completely focus on producing videos. This move will happen in two weeks, and I’m extremely excited. Unfortunately, the time leading up to this move has not been my most productive. I’m still working on the next “how it feels” video nearly every day, but I’m only managing to work half the hours that I wish I were. There is no doubt in my mind that my productivity will double or triple once I get my own place, and I hope to surprise all of you with my upcoming video output. 

     This next part, however, is sure to surprise no one: this Sniper video is easily the most difficult production I’ve ever made. I seem to have some sort of affliction where I have to outdo myself with every next video, and it’s starting to scare me! Honestly, I’ve completely lost track of total-hours-worked on this video. Sniper is a very important class for me, and this script has what I believe to be the most cohesive theme/message in the series. I shudder to try and put a number on how many edits I’ve made to the script over the months… in fact, just recently I spent over 10 hours rewriting a few paragraphs in a way that required me to throw out two clips of finished footage (including the above keyboard head-smash). To be quite honest, the script has been the biggest challenge since Sniper rarely interacts with the other classes (since he’s either shooting faraway people who don’t see him or dying to people who surprise him up close). This dynamic has made the script more personal than the others, and communicating my personal experiences in a way that everyone can understand has been a grueling, but rewarding, challenge. 

     Never before has it been this hard to communicate my ideas clearly, and your patience means more than anything to me. The video is 75% done and will be finished shortly after I move. I can’t wait to let it free and stream/chill with you guys afterwards. Until then!
