Urrutia Pattern Question
Added 2024-10-23 23:29:23 +0000 UTCDo you fellas want the gloves to go under the sleeves for the 7 piece version? Or over the sleeves like the comics (The 7 piece tutorial will be showing how to sew over the sleeve gloves, however the process is the same for under the sleeve for the most part)
Examples= my last definitive suit had the gloves go under the sleeves, but in my newest post you can see my long gloves that will go over the sleeves. I may have to sew a loop that goes around my thumb to keep the sleeves from slipping

Over the sleeves is goated imo, especially if done right. Been dying to make a classic suit like that.

2024-10-23 23:32:46 +0000 UTCI think under is a cleaner look. Over might be easier to put on, but I think it will be harder to hide as opposed to the sleeve going to the wrist and the glove starting a bit above the wrist but under the sleeve
