“May” the Force Be With You ✨

It’s been a while since I last posted here… since April, in fact. And that pause wasn’t just a content break. I’ve been moving through the biggest shift of my life in the past decade.

This change has been heavy, complicated, and deeply human. But slowly, I’ve been finding my way back to myself… through breath, through sweat, through nature, through my little nerdy joys, sci-fi marathons, local musicians, replaying Mass Effect for the 6th time lol... and through this space with you.

Right now, I’m hiking with my family. I wanted to end May in movement, surrounded by love, grounded in something real, and reconnecting with something I’ve missed so much—time with Mother Nature and time with myself.

So here’s my little end-of-month gift. A soft, naked return to form. A reminder that even when things fall apart, the force still surrounds us. The body still calls us back. The stars still shine even when we’re lost in space.

Thank you for still being here. For holding space while I go through my own personal Kobayashi Maru. For sticking with me while I reprogram my life like a droid that finally deleted an old protocol.

Let the force guide us forward. Engage warp. Step into June with curiosity, courage, and maybe a little booty... I mean beauty... on your screen.
