Update:
The version linked down below (v0.3.0.5) is likely to be the final small bug fix update for this released version of Rewind, so I've gone ahead and changed out the download links to reflect the newest (and most stable version) of the game as it stands right now. This update includes some battle system optimizations that were intended to go live at a later date, but since they were already working in the developer build, I went ahead and included them. It's nothing mind-blowing, but we have consistent damage number displays, some basic sprite movement (for attacking and dodging and so forth), and a lot of general code changes that help things run a bit smoother. I encourage everyone to switch over to this version if you're actively playing, but if you've already played through the new content on a previous build, there's nothing substantially new here.

It's been forever, but it's finally done. This update brings story dungeons and general wild dungeons into the game world. That's it. I've noticed a trend of devs putting in the number of coding lines they added in their release notes, which seems silly to me, but my number is 40k, give or take a few, along with quite a lot of lines removed for efficiency. It's been a rough ride, guys.
A special note for people playing on Android: Android is notoriously wonky, and this release is the first time I've made a separate compressed Android version (it's a reasonable size now), so I expect that this current version will have problems that do not exist in other versions. If you come across issues related to image loading or general game crashes, drop by the discord channel and let me know, or you can post about it in comments below.

Additions:
- Story Dungeon 1 added to main storyline (accessed at home after chicken is dead, requires level 10+).
- Dungeons added to exploration (11 total).
- 17 new enemies added to fill dungeons.
- 24 new items added to fill dungeons.

- Soul Box can now upgrade to level 7.
- 5 new recipes (with no added effects at this time).

Changes:
- Chance to find items in explorations now increases by 1% every day.
- Additions and optimization for the battle code.
- Soul Box now sells any item in your inventory not placed into the soul box at your death (the money transfers into Soul Wallet at the stipulated rate).
- Some early title levels are now more difficult to obtain (not by a lot).
- Increased the scaling values of level ups.
- Capped the bonus xp given by enemies higher level than the player (maximum
calculated level difference is now 10).
- You can now throw away food that is not poisonous.
Corrections:
- Extensive corrections have been made to the call/return stack. This corrects a variety of instability and save file issues.
- The bonus from the 'Adventurer' title (from God Ragus) is now applied correctly.
- Having the tent upgrade no longer blocks unseen Lani content.
- Lani's 3rd level of massage content is no longer erroneously blocked by bad coding.

So, a quick word on expectations for both this release and the future. This is the last update before Lani pops that cherry. She can remain pure for a little longer in our hearts. This is also the last update before the battle system gets a full overhaul. It can remain janky for a little longer in our hearts. This update DOES include a great deal of lore, info about mom and dad, Gods, some more attempts at animation, a new character, and a pretty long additional death loop in the first story dungeon (which varies depending on who is in your party). Some of you will really enjoy it, and some of you will be disappointed that there's no plowing of the catgirl in fifteen different positions. I know. I promise that I'm working on it.
For the future:
Version 0.3.1 (the next numbered version after the inevitable bug update patches) will be the first in a long line of 'content addition and polish' updates. These updates are each targeted at one system of the game for polish, and one character for relationship progress (these also overlap in some places). The first such update has already been decided: training, battling, and leveling are going to be revamped, and Lani is going to bed. The updates after that are less set in stone. Once everything settles down with bug reports slowing down, I'll post up a detailed roadmap of what every 'polish' update will look like, how long it'll take, etc, and I'll add in a poll for all of you to have a voice in the game's direction.
