v0.15 Changelog

I still haven't been able to get back into the habit of weekly progress reports, mostly as there's just not much to say, I don't like spoiling future events and that leaves little room for things to write about, I'm trying to pad this changelog with words as we speak!
Anyway, v0.15 is now complete, it contains 4 new Acts and a small extension to Act 65 as it was a little shorter than usual, along with some juicy content I'm sure you'll all love.
