New Year / New Branding / New way of Arting!

Hello! o/
First, I wanna say thank you to those who have been with me for this year, and Thank you to all the people I've met during, or who have just found me!

While I have been drawing and taking commissions since 2006 - only very seriously in the last 3 years as a full time job. I've learned a lot, tried new things - some good and some failed.

In September, while my Husband and I were moving into our new house, I severely irritated my wrist/hand and brought back my Carpal Tunnel / Tennis Elbow (Tendonitis). I've had 2 RSIs (Repetitive Stress Injury) in my hands since the first time CT was diagnosed, but I've been able to deal and work with them till now. I had to take 2 months off, less than the 6 suggested by a doctor - but I will absolutely go insane lol. Since I started drawing again, I've been taking it slow and going easy, giving lots of breaks and stretches and listening to my arm when the day is up. 

This has lead me to a lot of time to think about how my current work situation is, and some changes to make to hit my goals this upcoming year. 

As it stands each month:
- OC Pinup Poll / Variants
- Supporter OC Poll
- 7 Flat colored Pinups
- Commissions/YCHs/Spins/PYPs/Character Designs

So - my big goal for this year was to work on my comics, which never happened. Never got out of the notebook, lol. By the time I finished pledge art, the monthly illustrations, some commissions or YCHs for extra money - it was a new month again.
So, I'm cutting back where I can. Instead of 2 full illustrations with variants each month - it will just be one.
Instead of the vote for which of my OCs, I'm going to start sketching out the pile of ideas I have and people can vote on the idea they'd like to see come to fruition - Both SFW and NSFW. I've also got a mind to do smaller and simpler fanarts and spins when able, but not promised every month.

This way I will be able to save some time to work on my Comics - as well as various little projects for worldbuilding and races i've made.  

I want to do more studies as well, something I just haven't had time with the workload each month. I've had that feeling of stagnation, not really growing in one direction or another.  Something I'd like to change to better myself as an artist. 

Also - I'm going to lean into my namesake when it comes to branding! Cactus stuff! I tried going an adventurer route with my love of DND but it didn't stick as much as I hoped -So, new Tier Art, banner, Icon and graphics for streams!


I want to keep you all in the loop as things change and get updated, or when things come up. The best up-to-date news for those who care is available through my discord.
