She finally noticed what kind of damage the old pigs lard was doing to her body. She could feel the stress and pressure building up underneath her skin caused by the lard. She could actually feel her skin getting stretched out and getting tighter after every few gulps of lard. The lard has even reached her ladyparts as you can see.
I think the fat is still making her hotter as she gains the weight in all the right places!
