February Book Club Review - Surprising!!
Added 2022-02-27 14:01:02 +0000 UTCFor February, our book choice was The Song of Achilles by Madeline Miller - I really enjoyed it! While much of the book is about war, it's actually a really beautiful love story. Who would have guessed it! It felt pretty quick, even though some of the names and characters can be a bit confusing at first.

2022-02-28 15:48:22 +0000 UTCI liked this one too. Romance books are not a genre I'm really into but this one stayed just on the right side of going full blown romance for me. A really interesting take on a classic story from the point of view a minor character. The last couple of chapters were pretty heart wrenching.... 😭

I thought it was a lot more interesting and unique than other romance books! I don’t think it’s a book that I would have read without book club, and I ended up really liking it! So thank you! I think it was a great choice for book club!
