2022-01-22 14:21:45 +0000 UTCI always make peasents pasta, the same as commercial dried pasta, just semolina, water and a litle bit of salt, rolled by hand, cut with a Pizza wheel and hung over a clothes airer to dry. One day might get a Pasta rolling attachment for the Kenwood to speed it up a bit and save my arms from aching. Already have attachments for the meat mincer to make pasta shapes like Penne and Bows. Once completely dry will store for months in an airtight container. A 40℃ oven speeds that up.
