Projections can be heavy on our systems and pretty annoying to deal with. Here is a shield for them.
It lasts around 3 days if you use the audio.

Im sick of feeling imprisoned by others' projections, like the above user said, when people project and assume the know what im thinking or feeling, its almost as if I have no choice but to either be the thing people assume I am, or be its binary opposite, when the truth of me is neither! Im just minding my business over here.... HUmans in general need to learn about energetic non interference. Thank you for this one!

Because those projection can influence us even if like me you revult and do the opposite of what people expect/ project. For example people think I'm cocky and arrogant base on how I carry myself which isn't true at all. But sometimes It manifest into me acting stuck yo around those people because I'm revult against their projections. If someone assume I'm confident it causes me to be more shy and reclused too. Hope this helps with all that

I don't like talking too much about the details of attacks and protections because I can end up influencing people to manifest their own problems with the concept used, or make existing ones worse. Some cases are really bad, some cases, not really.

For example, let's say you have people at work who don't like you, and they start spreading gossip about you that is untrue. Would this field protect you from that others perceiving you as the rumors/gossip intended? Would people see you for who you really are and prevent that energy/thought forms from adhering to you?
