2025-06-12 21:32:08 +0000 UTCAlso, just a few things now that I've watched the whole reaction! The dude who plays Gabe, his name is Jack Wolfe. He was on Season Two of the Netflix show Shadow & Bone as Wylan (I highly recommend) and has also done other bits of musical theatre, though this is the most recent. As for this version of the musical, this version was on the West End last year and got such good reviews, hence the proshot. The original Broadway production is actually from 2008/2009. Aaron Tveit played Gabe and absolutely smashed it. It was nominated for the Tonys and won a few, but was beaten out by Billy Elliot for Best Musical. However, I'm personally hoping that this reprise in popularity will bring it back to Broadway as a revival soon!
