Sorry for lack up updates
Added 2021-04-11 22:24:04 +0000 UTCClosing on a house in Five days, moving in ten. Once my set's back in order I'll be finishing up the videos for the year as I just have live segments of them to do now....but that might take a bit as one of the rooms we're moving into needs carpeting before it can be occupied.
On top of...other repair priorities.
Bright side? Lots of updated info regarding ONE set of vids as timely news keeps popping.
Downside? Getting the house in full order will mean releases will be delayed until June. Will try to do it sooner if possible, but I did give advanced warning months ago that might be the case. If that happens, I'll try and lay out a schedule that gets stuff out twice a week, but my PC is once more being a pain with regards to rendering videos and software compatibility...so It might mean I have to weather a version upgrade before that can go through.
Once we have our internet in order, we might try streaming a bit. Alexis, John and I are trying to find a copy of Paper mario the thousand year Door, and that and the new pokemon snap have been tossed around as options. We were considering persona 5 the Royal (with cheese), but we came to realize the 'high school simulator' parts of that might be a bit monotonous for streams. Plus, John finally got in the Street Fighter Miniatures game we ordered from the kickstarter when we moved in together, and He's been desperate to play that. we'll see.
UPDATE: Yeeeeeaaaaa~h, there's more work to be done here than we thought. We're going to have to get *all* the carpet replaced--Not just carpeting Alexis' room as we believed before--and on top of it costing more, the places we've talked to so far won't have availability until June to do it, meaning I won't be able to record until After that, so We're now delayed until July at the *earliest*. Plus, more traffic passes by than we thought, and louder than we experienced when checking out the place. So Soundproofing the main Room and our Library where my Set will be will be required before we can really try to stream without significant bleedover. I've got sound-reducing blackout curtains on order which we hope will help once I install railings and hang them up, but it might require replacing the windows at some point in the future to truly deafen what we can hear.
