Top Flight do anything to fall out of favor with Tony Khan? Dante specifically was one of Tony's favorites and now they aren't even making it onto ROH ppvs.

Not that I've heard. They've appeared pretty regularly on AEW TV this year, they just aren't getting the same type of push they were before.

After the Nxt Europe update fightful released, do you think the discourse that Nxt uk “killed” the uk Independents ,could be put to bed? Or is there still some truth to that?

No, it won't. There was some serious and significant harm done to the UK and European independents by WWE UK. It worked out for some people, and it didn't for many others. Having rolled right into the pandemic after that was tough too. I think people will be more cautious this time around.

With the job that you do, do you think that if you were doing this during the Monday night period you’d have loved or hated the world of wrestling more?

Pro wrestling is my number one love. I would be very happy covering the NFL or NBA or even entertainment, but I wanted to to cover pro wrestling. Regardless of era, learning about pro wrestling is what I wanted to do. It would have definitely been more difficult in that era. Social media didn't exist, kayfabe was much more protected, it was tougher to debunk fake stories. I have a great respect for people who covered it at a high level then.
