BTS May

Heyo Symphonians (I'm just going with it),

So, about 4 chapters left in the series. May turn into 5, but probably not. Only, I ran into a big problem. I have the next chapter written and part of the one after that, but my computer started to run into issues last week. I did my normal maintenance as I'm pretty tech-savvy, but the errors continued and I couldn't figure it out.

So, like any guy who thinks they know computers but is completely lost, I took it to BestBuy, who called me a few days later to IMMEDIATELY (their caps, not mine) pick up my computer. It's the craziest thing, but they said there was a full on colony of spiders living in my computer.

And they broke the damn thing.

So, I went online that same night and burned a massive hole in my wallet ordering everything I need to replace it. My wife, lovely person that she is, foresaw that I would have issues with my computer one day and got me a pseudo-laptop that's pretty fancy, but it's greatly going to slow my writing down. I won't lie, I'm pretty spoiled with a three-monitor helix setup in my office. It's what my advance money from my publisher went towards, re-investment at its finest.

So, shitty, I know. And bad timing at that.

Every chapters already plotted and my beta-readers are ready to knock them out with me, but there's a slight slowdown which is frustrating. Rather than look on it negatively, I've chosen to view my week(ish) off as my vacation from finishing the book, then, I just won't take one. I'll finish Book 4, start editing 3/4, then TBatS we come.

For those of you in the Tier 2+ range, you should get your merchandise in a little over a month. If you run into any issues whatsoever, please let me know and I'll be happy to yell at Patreon for you.

Otherwise, and aside from my eSports team getting ranked in the top 20 in the nation, my promotion at work (teaching), and a possible large bonus coming my way (high-scoring students), things are continuing apace.
