As most of you already know, our current test build has been experiencing frequent crashes, and I'm really sorry for that. We’re currently working on fixing the issues, but with the upcoming DLC—which is expected to break many of the systems again—it may take some time.
In the meantime, I’ll be posting an older version of the Mod featuring the Calradia map and without the new systems, since those are currently causing most of the problems. The Hellenics, however, will still be included. We’re currently focusing on getting at least the Europe map fixed for now, so that you can still play on it.
Once again, I’m very sorry for the inconvenience. We’re doing our best to get everything resolved as soon as possible.

LOTS of new map stuff. (sea crossings, beautification, more settlements etc etc. all done by the genius of Snorri!)
new slave system. similar to hearths but provide 0 militia, and will try to escape and form bandit parties. slaves will slowly get converted to hearth via manumission. selling prisoners is much more profitable, just look for town with bound villages with very high hearth growth (indicating labor shortages) and those towns will pay the most for slaves.
many updates to existing troops
new garamantes troops
experimental changes to javelins and slings. slings have accuracy lowered by 20. javelin shafts have had weight increased by 1kg.
new scenes for some keeps and taverns (Snorri).
changed Carthage leading clan to Barcid and clan leader to Hannibal.
edited some equipment stats.
removed most imperial era equipment (just for the punic war version, they will return in the imperial era version eventually)
added 29 celtic clans
added veneti (client state of rome)
added Hiberia faction

changed hellenic culture tournament equipment
implemented historicalbannericons mod
started changing names to more historical and removing calradian names.
new equipment! some new weapons, shields and armors.
added code to generate lords/ladies for each clan until they have 20+ members in each clan (lots of faction strength).
a metric ton of fixes and other minor changes.

HIGHLY BETA - will require active feedback regarding balance prior to official launch
Updated for 1.2.8
-Requires RBM with combat module enabled (make sure troop overhaul is inactive and pass shoulder shields is enabled in RBM settings)
-Tweaked all item values to work with RBM
-Revised all troop trees, inspired by TWB and DRM
-Aux trees temporary disabled, will be reenabled shortly once balance is tested
-Germanic Faction + assets (Tunics, Mail, Helms, Pants, Swords, Shields) by Garrettich replacing Sturgia
-New musculata, cavalry offcier helm, pants, calcei, and cavalry geaves for Rome set by Garrettich
-New legate outfit sets by GulagEnabler - replacing clan leaders and faction leaders
-Celt faction temporarily replaced with germanic assets to bring them in-line with other factions, this will be reworked moving forward
-Updated scripts by LL Muse
-Disabled vanilla troops in encyclopedia
-A lot more but we forgot

Update 3.1.4 for Bannerlord 1.0.1
Just updates to make the mod compatible with the latest release, major shout out to LL Muse for making the time.
Build will be on Patreon first for testing, as Kilo will be traveling from 11/16-11/21 and won't have a way to fix critical bugs if we missed something. If all goes well by the 21st, we'll upload to the Nexus and test if it is functional on the Steam workshop. Thank you for your patience during the delay!

-Fix for Dacian flags not displaying alphas correctly

- Removed extra kingdoms - this is likely to be very close to the public build. They'll be added back in with more goodies very soon.
- Requires a new game - only use if you are interested.
- Most t1/t2 troops will only use spears - with exception for where it makes sense. Really want to hear about balance regarding this.
- Specialist key "H" was rebound to "Ctrl + M" to address some concerns.
- Other faction specialists should provide higher party bonuses to come close to Rome.
- Praetorian shields, both Oval and Scutum. They'll switch to which ever depending on if they are mounted or on foot.
- New oval shields, generic, lord (around 3 tiers, to be fully implemented later), emperor, and cultured based. After the public build is released, special auxiliary troops will be added in the following test build.
- New Spatha variant
