Night Guest (temporary name) Preview #3 - Tentacle pet

Unlike the usual tentacle scenarios, this one is tame and she has full control. This intro sequence is just her teasing the player before approaching him.

Creature sounds are a very hard type of sfx to come by (and more so producing one) and I was looking for something weird but at least somewhere on the cute side. Definitely no growls or gurgles like one would usually do for a tentacle creature. Something that you could imagine being in one's house.

[WIP] Night Guest (temporary name) #2 - She walks in

This is the beginning of the intro where she walks in and starts teasing the player with the help of her "home plant". The plant undressing her is just one of many things it will do throrought the scene.

Initially she would just walk up to it and it would start reaching for her to grab her, but this didn't seem natural and the viewer had a tough time grasping that something erotic is going on. So I added an animation where she "feeds" it and it has a clear reaction to it.

I usually prefer clothing not being changed in my scenes because I access certain parts of the attire with triggers - panties up-down, skirt up-down, undresses etc. Still, before this scene I left it to player's discretion on whether to use their own outfit and break the scripting or play along with it.

But the latter required you to do manual steps to keep my script-woven outfit. This time I made this as easy as possible of an experience for you to keep the intended outfit, because this time it is so much more important for the visual flow of the story.

The scripting will do everything for you, you just have to select your own look and my scripting (with the power of VAMS tools) will re-apply the outfit and reset it's physics to make it compatible for what's to come next.

P.S. will probably bring this into other scenes when I have time! This is very handy.

The Tale of Vegas Being Broken

I've heard this for a while now, and frequent enough to make a public post about it once again for people who think that running the updater and scanning for dependencies is an ancient art that has been lost with time.

I've tested it on my machine on a clean VAM and asked a couple of people to test it on theirs. Physics don't break.

You haven't updated your VAM and\or VAMStory. End of story.

Make sure you have latest VAM and all the dependencies, or else my scenes won't function. I thought this was obvious :)

P.S. 99% of bug reports I get are due to people having VAM version issue or dependency issue. So from this data you can actually with 99% probability tell what is wrong with your experience whenever you are having trouble! :) If you see VAM update, just update. If you see VAMStory update, get it. Don't wait for anything. Whenever you download a release or an update to a release, re-scan dependencies and get them.

She is definitely much earlier in development than the previous one. But the initial base gives the right idea, just needs to be tweaked and polished.

Should Sex in Vegas get better lighting in the future?

It's wildly outdated. But first of all let me tell you this: so is the environment. So changing 2 spots for 2 point lights would yield us not as good results as my overhaul for the Bath.

I could just not ask anyone and update the lighting and keep the old one as an option, but this requires a lot of scripting not just done once, but also with every new pose (and they keep coming all the time). I prefer Sex in Vegas to stay very light logistically so I can fit it much more easily between the bigger releases.

So I think it will just have only 1 option, hence I'm asking. This is not a simple "Majority wins" vote, if I see there are a lot of folks who think they will have bad performance in the scene but are still not a majority on this, I won't do it. 

It is right now much less demanding than my newer stuff, but it was also released at a time when this type of lighting was normal for my scenes. I don't want long time Vegas enjoyers to feel like they are overboard.

Once again, currently it is lit with 2 pixel spotlights and 1 vertex point light. I want to have 2 pixel point lights and leave the vertex untouched.

Definitely Vegas update at the beginning of the month, then a Snippet later, if the work on the next Major Release scene would be going smoothly and I'd feel like I would definitely be making it in time, then I might sneak in another update (Tent, Movie Night or Priestess).

Atmospheric voiced elf-on-elf scene in a dark beautiful environment and acoustics, what happens here stays here! 8 "play" animations total, not counting the Intro sequence:

"Taste" and "Eat" segments will eventually be available in a free demo.

Breast and elf ear-focused "Worhsip" (double animation), foot-focused "Entrust", domination-style "Submit" segments are available at Base Tier.

More intense segments involving erotic magic "Initiation" and "Coitation" are available at Supporter Tier.

[Update] Elven ears tribute

Figured out good settings for making the ears to be able to collide, therefore to be touched! The installation process is as follows, the only thing changed is that the demo scene has these settings already applied, so when by my guide you will be saving them into your new elf ear preset, they will carry on.

Snippet - new type of Minor releases

I will start doing mini (or micro) scenes, usually it's just small ideas that are not fit to be a proper scene. But sometimes it's just parts of existing scenes that I find myself replaying often, so I make them into separate scene-snippets. Snippets can also be just a single Timeline animation.

The first snippet will be the reading animation from Paranormal Affair which I do enjoy greatly, but I will put it onto it's own cozy environment and lighting.

As these are Minor releases, they will happen in-between big scene releases.

- adjusted torso morphs. The waist is less waspy to accomodate her stature.
- added pink tint to the nipples. They are not pure dark anymore.

• replaced the male with another one. The previous one had a corrupted morph preset, making the fingers bend by default.

• updated to freshly released version of VAMMoan 2. Now breathing is enabled during idle poses and doesn't get in the way of direct audio playback (such as AI).

[Update] Bath with MILF

    A major overhaul of the scene aimed at modernizing it visually and more!

    Basic version:

- total overhaul of all lighting presets. Much more atmospheric tone and more logic behind light placement. Old lighting is still there, toggleable, in case new lighting is too heavy for your machine. New lighting is on by default.
- adjusted PluginIdea's water to work with the new look of the scene. It is the default water option now.
- adjusted the smoke particles coming from the cigarette to have proper alpha and color. It is no longer cartoony white.
- redid the curtain. It has new textures and works completely differently. Instead of toggling different meshes of the curtain, now you scale it's length by a slider.
- rescripted all poses to work with VAMMoan 2 instead of relying on my own little moan audio set. The Voice Acting lines are still there and are toggleable, but all the moan and breathing sfx is handled by the plugin. In idle poses there is no breathing to make them Voxta compatible, however VAMMoan 2 will soon be able to support both breathing and AI interactions at the same time. That's when I will update it.
- VAMA Reverb will affect the inside the bath part of the scene.
- added toggleable Music.
- added TV functionality. You can toggle a stool to appear beside the bath with a small laptop on it, in which you can play videos. The scene comes with a default short video.
- UI overhaul. You are now able to control many things via sliders.
- added Underwater mechanic. Simulating soundscape when going underwater, adding visual overlays for more immersive diving to explore the MILF. Right now doesn't affect voices as this is also waiting on some updates to VAMMoan 2 functionality.
- added wall obstructions on the outside letting the thunder's lighting to project more naturally through the window.
- re-allocated VAMA Neighbor's audio sources for better experience.
- hid most of the atoms for less clutter in Edit Mode.

- fixed the male's right hand collision trigger displacement which caused bugs with the "Mommy Box" interaction.
- fixed male's head twitching in some animations.
- fixed female's right hand in several stroking animations.
- smoothened female's head movement in couple of animations.
- fixed the shower divider part of the original Bathroom CUA re-appearing by using another more reliable plugin to disable it.
- disabled finger to mouth interaction due to high bug potential of the mechanic.

    Extended version:

- added two riding animations, combined into a shared segment. They will blend into each other on their own.

Plans for March

Wanted to do 2 Major releases February but couldn't pull it off because No. 1 Fan ate all the time (and was still late).

Instead, March will get 2 Major releases.

First one is Bath update, it is so huge that it is basically a Major release, coming out very soon. Lighting & UI overhaul, curtain overhaul, added new mechanics, poses for Extended etc. Just need to use two daily quotas on Redgifs to upload re-captured footage for all poses.

Second is a new scene. Lots of options, haven't decided yet, but currently leaning towards another threesome scene.

Possibly a small minor update to one of the scenes in between.

Patreon-Discord problems

I've been receiving some reports of problems about people not being able to auto-join Discord right away after subbing, being kicked and invited repeatedly after joining etc.

One thing that is common about these reports is that the situation was solved before I could even reply. This is some Patreon-Discord link shenannigans going on, just be patient and it will calm down. So don't worry, keep calm and do VAM. :)
