It will be getting more than just a few poses next time! The scene's lighting was done when I had a potato PC and looks bad nowadays. However, I will still leave the option to use old lighting because the new one is more taxing on the performance.

Story-based interactive scene, setting the first step into actual, however small, but gameplay for this patreon! Reactive behaviour logic of the characters, voiced dialogue and fun silly comedy atmosphere!
Basic version of the scene features the whole story sequence (with a spicy ending) + 2 poses: Table ride, Table spoon. Extended version of the scene adds additional 2 poses to the post-story sequence: Leg up stand, Table behind.

All the gameplay is in! Interactive sequence (with behavioral logic), story, "fun" poses, etc. Needs AI voice acting, some minor timeline tweaks, minor bug fixes, some soundscape additions, overall polishing.
The scene is ~2 days away, 3 days if something unexpected. I'm sorry for delays guys, this one is 4 scenes amount of work! Hopefully you will enjoy it! Many cool ideas made it in :)
Upd: 65 is the total number of Timeline anims I made for this scene, plus 10-15 I ended up not using :)
This is the part of the scene where you will get to interact with the stewardess in order to figure out how to seduce her. She is scripted to do her routine of 3 actions she will switch between on her own (do not show in the footage the full routine so that we keep things short), and you can call her to you from any spot. She will bring you the glass and the wine and fill it, and you can ask her to refill it at any time. Not to mention story-specific interactions.
The huge amount of scripting for the stewardess's behavior is done. This is by far the biggest part of the job, "rest is easy".
The scripting keeps track of her state, i.e. what animation is she currently in, and therefore decides which exit transitions, walk loops and enter transitions should she play at any given time.
This is finally functional! Obviously animations will be adjusted, particles and sounds added where they should be etc. But this is something we haven't had before for sure!
Remains to be done: - finish the story sequence - add "gameplay" poses - overall scene buff up: SFX, VFX, UX etc. etc.
I'm aiming for this weekend, though can't be 100% sure with mega-projects like these.
Old news since I've done this mechanic long time ago in this scene's development, but this is still a very nice tool for the reactivity of the story.
Good progress on the scene overall, my illness gets in the way but I have already done more animation than any regular scene (and we haven't even gotten to the "gameplay" part), so I have high hopes of being able to finish it fairly soon.
One thing I haven't talked about yet is that I want the "gameplay" to be earned here, so you would have to actually pay a little bit of attention in order to progress. Nothing hard though, just a little bit to spice things up to make intimacy more earned as opposed to just clicking a button.
Usually we get what we get in a CUA character. And we can attach anything to it in Unity before packing it for VAM. But what if you want to attach a completely different animated mesh and have trigger control of all CUAs involved? I have found a way to attach things in VAM not just to a CUA Control node, but to specific bones in the rig. Take this lady, give her wings and a tail and we have a nice background NPC succubus for some infernal-themed scene.
Looking forward to developing Project NPC when I have some free time between making scenes.

Haven for Thought might have given you the wrong idea, but this is how she's supposed to sound. The service doesn't like my samples so it takes me a lot of iterations to get true Bael out of it. But I want her speaking in the plane scene.

This is getting complex! We need several state machines and many relays to determine which animation should be played when calling or ending pathfinding routine. But don't worry, it's not like you're reading this from a person who has set up pseudo-pathfinding system with 300+ logic bricks 3 years ago...
Anyway, we will be using Bateson's "cybernetic explanation" here to determine the right animation to play. So that you guys can have the stewardess both autonomous and reactive at the same time while you will be figuring out how to progress the story.
I have a few other tricks up my sleeve for this one, looks like we can have a dynamic music system here so that it blends to different version of the track depending on the situation (action, dialogue, idle etc.). Very fun scene to work at and to me that's promising.
Pathfinding first stable version being released means No.1 Fan goes full production. The biggest challenge was to figure out a workflow how to make it work with timelines animated with different bone structure (since we are not using poses for this anymore).
But I have found a way and now the progress will be steady if the illness won't best me.
I've been around long enough to realize that you guys are here for the journey, experiences and value a good idea above everything else, but having characters actually move between interactions is magical, don't you think?
It has come to my attention some use these and other automatic stimulation devices. I don't have any, and I won't buy any. However, if you need some adjustments for a scene, feel free to tell me in #scene-help.
I will implement whatever needs to be done, but you guys need to be the ones play testing it and giving feedback.
So if some of my scenes are giving you trouble with your devices, I can make changes from my side if you are willing to cooperate.

No one can see inside, yet she can see the crowds outside, creating this fun "safe exhibitionism" scenario. Since last month was all about updates, I want to release two new scenes this month. One of them I have already shown the preview of, but it is most likely going to be the second release.
One I'm working on right now I will show you a preview as soon as some details are set in stone. It is something smaller scale but fun. Also taking into account that we don't currently have CPU patch, so I'm doing something that should play well for you guys at this time.
There is a lot of new tech solutions arriving for vam, not only pathfinding but also some powerful tools that new vams will bring. Some of my bigger ideas have to wait, not for a long time anymore, fortunately.
So I told you before that my stance was to currently stay at .03 . And now there is another .08 patch, fixing, as meshed says, another very critical security issue.
So receiving feedback from TBD I gave it another thought and decided I can not encourage people staying at an older version and taking security risks. No one tells us exactly what those risks are, but I guess that is understandable. I will be switching my scene making to latest version of VAM.
And you are required to have your VAM at a latest version to ensure my scenes work. This is the first thing (as always) I will be checking during your bug report.
Please note! This is a long term advice, as of right now I can not guarantee that all my scenes currently work. Tentacle one has a fix and will be rolling out when the 3 post limit on Hub allows me to. This weekend I will be testing all of my scenes to ensure they all work and plug some holes if they exist.
But seeing how more and more vulnerabilities are being found lately I simply can not take the easy route and encourage you to take risks for my scenes.
Just please be patient if something doesn't work, and please report if you find that something doesn't!

First of all, Pathfinding plugin is finally use-able! Now I can start getting the hang of it and integrate it into my scenes. To be completely honest with you, it was starting to get a little bit boring without it.
As for the most likely candidate for the next scene: You are a music idol on board of a private jet. The hot stewardess gives you the looks but you are not sure why. Then you decide to put your see-through glasses on and you might learn something about her just enough to ignite the spark...

Basic version:
- 3 new Idle animations: Sleep for each girl and Sit Below for Girl 2. This addition focuses on making one or both of them being unaware of what is happening on the couch.

- 2 new threesome animations done by request focusing on the girls interacting with each other. Making Out and Cross Fingering.
P.S. let me know what do you think about the Making Out kissing animation. I never realized how complex an animation has to be to just make 2 people kiss (which is probably why you can't find a lot of them on the Hub). Let me know if you think that I've succeeded or not!
I would like to stress yet again that I am at VAM 1.22.03 . It was brought to my attention that Her Hentai Fantasy doesn't work on 1.22.07 . Here is why. Latest update was a disaster, it requires pretty much every single plugin to be updated. And in case of HHF, the plugin that lets me animate tentacles is. Some plugin authors may be simply absent to update their plugins in time, so we can only hope for someone else to pick them up and update them.
Latest update has built a brickwall between post .07 and pre .07 VAM. Not to mention that we are two months in and there is still no CPU Optimization patch update.
So I am staying at 1.22.03 for now, where I can get tools to build scenes without worry, where I don't have to guess which of my scenes work or don't. Where I get CPU Patch.
It will be quite a while until .07 is actually playable, because so many plugin authors need to update their plugins.
But to be completely fair with you, in this new reality due to the shit patch you should have both .03 and .07 . Make a "light" .03 install where you only put content that doesn't work on .07 . Make .07 your "primary" vam, where you put those hundreds of gigs of content you have gathered. After all, even I will have to switch to .07 if PluginIdea fixes bugs in their pathfinding and lets me create with that. But at least for some while there won't be a way to fix old scenes to work with .07 . If you encounter that, make a second install. This is the reality we were put into.
As for this month, I had little time to work in the middle of it due to IRL. But this last week we have I plan to utilize to max. Definitely updates (scenes and looks), possibly a scene (I say possibly because it may be a little late and come out first days of next month).
VAM is a weird world where one can't simply put on a hood. Without hair clipping through it that is. But in this magical evening everything is possible!
Basic version: - fixed her hand clipping through the table in Intro sequence - hair & clothing colliders now cover the entire bed - added toggleable clothing options: stockings, underwear and robe. All enabled by default - added Cowgirl #5. - added Standing #6.
- added new animation type: Spoon positions, opening the section by two animations.
Extended version: - fixed critical bug where roleplay choices leading to "normal" playthrough of the scene do not end up in the camera progressing - when in cuck mode, stockings, underwear and robe will be toggled on or off in a random combination each new session - added a mechanic that doesn't let you have direct visual access to the room with the girl when in cuck mode. No cheating! - updated VAMLive to v.4, now the sound propagation will be natural
- redesigned moan sound values to compensate for new situation with VAMLive. Tell me in DM or in the comments if you feel like the loudness needs to be re-adjusted when inside or outside her room.
Don't forget to rescan for dependencies!
