Solo Leveling Ep. 23

First off, apologies for the English audio. We were a bit exhausted and completely spaced, not realizing it was in English until the episode was almost over.

Things go from tense to full-on chaos. The Korean hunter team ventures deeper into the ant nest, relying on Baek’s clairvoyance to locate the Queen Ant. They actually kill her with Cha’s sword skills—but the win is short-lived. The scene shifts abruptly when the brutal and intimidating Black Ant shows up, slaughters a group of Japanese S-Rank hunters, and even eats parts of the Queen’s body in a terrifying flex of dominance. Before anyone can recover, he hunts down the healer who keeps saving them and murders him mid-heal.

Then the real chaos begins: the Black Ant declares an open hunt for the “king of humans.” Hunters panic, and troops falter—until Jinwoo’s Shadow Army emerges from their hiding spots, and Jinwoo himself magically appears in the nest, turning the tide. Wild episode.

Produce 101 Season 2 Ep. 2 Part 1

We finish up the intro performances and rankings with some familiar faces, some surprising performances, and some babies that got us in our feels.

We open with Jan‑di at a super sketchy photoshoot and getting rescued by a mysterious new guy — who turns out to be a famous model and doing a full-on Clark Kent thing at school, complete with glasses and fake innocence. He offers her a gig at one of his shoots, but Jun‑pyo already planned a weekend trip for them. Jan‑di lies and says it’s Ga‑eul’s birthday, which doesn't really sit right with him.

Things blow up when that photoshoot ends with Jan‑di on the cover of a magazine — next to the new guy — and Jun‑pyo loses it. She basically tells him she’s done, and he disappears, not even showing up at school anymore.

Then out of nowhere, a red card shows up in Jan‑di’s locker and she starts getting attacked, but somehow the new guy is always there to save her — way too convenient. It all gets even more suspicious when he takes her to his place and we find out Jun‑pyo’s mom hired him to mess with her. When he tries to get Jan‑di to choose him over Jun‑pyo and she refuses? Yeah, he straight-up kidnaps her. We end the episode with her tied up and Jun‑pyo getting a threatening message about it.

Also, some very cute Ga‑eul and Yi‑jung moments sprinkled in — little reprieve from the chaos.

Squid Game Season 3 Ep. 4 | Twitch Stream Reaction

Episode 4 ramps up the darkness in a huge way. We’ve moved into the “Jump Rope” game, and things already feel twisted — the Front Man calls Gi-hun into his chamber and hands him a dagger… and the most cruel offer: if he kills all the other players except the baby in their sleep, the baby and he alone will be allowed to live and take the prize. Oh, and the Front Man? Turns out he’s actually Player 001 — that moment slaps.

Gi-hun’s pretty much the only one still clinging to some moral compass, but now he has this dagger and a choice to make — the weight of it all is staggering.

Solo Leveling Ep. 21 & 22

In Episode 21, we get some heart-swelling moments as Jinwoo visits his mom in the hospital and gives her the Elixir of Life—healing her illness and her neck scar in a single beautiful scene that hits you right in the feels. Meanwhile, the Hunters' Association is gearing up for the upcoming Jeju Island raid, tension is building, and there’s this undercurrent of “everyone better be ready.”

Then in Episode 22, things shift into high gear. Jinwoo unexpectedly steps into the ring during a spar between Korean and Japanese S-Rank hunters and absolutely dominates Goto—his strength is undeniable. But even though he’s keeping his powers on the down-low, there's no hiding now. He chooses not to join the Jeju raid to stay with his mom, but chaos erupts when the raid begins without him—now he’s gotta step back in.

This video started off suspiciously slow, but sure enough, we got a fun drop, some beautiful vocals, and some really cute scenes.

Be Your Knight Ep. 1 & 2

We started watching this one after K-Cordies gave the go for us to move onto a new mini-drama for Tuesdays, and we were excited to see our male lead from the last show again — but oh, he was doing so much more in this one. We’re only two episodes in and he’s already serving brooding stares, lethal close-ups, and that ‘I know exactly what I’m doing to your soul’ energy. And the way he looks at her? Ma’am. Arrest him.

The first couple episodes are basically chaos: we’ve got misunderstandings, accidental situations that force them into each other’s space, and him just… being way too intense for someone we barely know. He’ll be leaning in like he’s about to confess and then turn it into some sharp, almost cocky line — and we’re just sitting there like, ‘Sir, you’re a singer, not an assassin, relax.’

Free and I did not survive the combination of that voice, the smirks, and the way he switches from aloof idol to unexpectedly vulnerable. We pressed play thinking we’d be safe, and now we’re two episodes in, deep in denial, fully invested, and blaming him for everything.

Produce 101 Season 2 Ep. 1 Part 2

The last hour is where the rankings start to take shape. After more trainees perform in front of the judges, we see a mix of jaw-dropping stages and some painfully awkward ones. The trainers aren’t holding back either — there’s praise when it’s deserved, but also brutal honesty that has a few trainees looking like they want to sink through the floor. By the end, all the guys get their initial grade from A to F, and you can already tell who’s feeling the pressure to prove they belong in that top class.

Episode 10 starts off cute with Valentine’s Day vibes, but things go downhill fast. Jandi and Junpyo get caught by his mom, and it’s immediately clear she’s not here for them being together. She tries to pay off Jandi’s family to make her go away, and when that doesn’t work, she plays dirty — shutting down their business completely. Suddenly, Jandi and her family are scrambling to make ends meet, taking on every odd job they can find. Between awkward run-ins with Junpyo and his controlling mother’s power moves, this episode turns from sweet to stressful real quick.

Squid Game Season 3 Ep. 3 | Twitch Stream Reaction

Episode 3 slows things down before the next game, centering on Mama (Geum-ja) as she finally lets go of the grief and guilt over sacrificing her son to save Jun-hee and her baby. Meanwhile, Junho continues closing in on the island’s location, and back on the mainland, the investigation heats up when evidence surfaces that the boat captain is in on the games. We’re also introduced to a new batch of sick and twisted VIPs, ready for their next show. The episode ends with the start of “Jump Rope,” where we only get a glimpse as Gi-hun helps Jun-hee’s baby across before the screen cuts to black.
