💡 Important Notes

  • Different Seed values make a huge difference in generation results. Some characters may be duplicated and changing the seed value will help.

So, what are Veo and Flow?

  • Veo is Google's state-of-the-art AI model for generating high-quality video from text and image prompts. They've just announced Veo 3, which looks incredibly powerful! It's especially impressive because it can generate realistic audio and video combined. No more silent video generations! The results are impressive but at the crazy price-tag it might be worth waiting a few more months to see how the industry reacts.

  • Flow is a brand-new AI filmmaking tool from Google Labs, designed to help you create cinematic scenes and stories using Veo. It’s built with creatives in mind, allowing you to iterate and build out your ideas. The features advertised are impressive, if only they were available to users right away. In the video we showcase what's currently unavailable despite being locked behind a paywall. If only Google would release finished products...

Want to try them out and animate your own images?

You can dive into Flow and start creating! Flow includes features like "Frames to Video" (not available) allowing you to upload your images and bring them to life with Veo. Since you can't actually use this feature yet, a workaround is using Veo 2 in Google's AI Studio portal which has less restrictions and more features, despite being completely FREE.

Access to Flow and the latest Veo models (including for image animation) is available through the Google AI Plans. You can find details about their pricing here:

FramePack Generation Examples (Reference Image + Prompts)

In this video, we showcase the power of FramePack for creating stunning image-to-video generations. FramePack runs on Nvidia GPUs from the 30xx series and up, requiring as little as 6GB of VRAM.

This video compilation features examples generated using an RTX 4090, where each video takes roughly 1-2 minutes per second to render. We've included the prompts used for these generations as well. In our testing, FramePack (powered by Hunyuan 13B) excels with real-world scenarios, 3D and 2D animations, camera prompts, and much more, showcasing its versatility. Although these videos were generated at 30FPS, we sped them up by 20% in Premiere Pro for the compilation (as FramePack often creates a slow-motion effect in its output).

How to Install:

Download the latest version of FramePack by visiting the official GitHub page:

Extract the files from the 7-zip file to a hard drive with atleast 40GB of storage.


Navigate to the FramePack folder and click on "update.bat", then once the update finishes, click on "run.bat" (will download required models ~39GB on first run).



Congrats! FramePack will open in your browser and you will then be able to start generating.

Here's our latest workflow for using Gemini 2.0 Flash in ComfyUI. While you can use Gemini 2.0 Flash in Google's AI Studio, this workflow allows you to harness the image generation and editing capabilities of Gemini natively in your ComfyUI instance. You can combine this with other node setups to take your generations to the next level.

⚙️Quick Start:


 1. Install missing custom nodes and load your images. (You can reference the images in your prompt by describing scenarios like, "Use the logo from the first image, and put it on the hat in the second image". Gemini will understand different images.)

2. Give a prompt to either edit or generate an image.

3. Input your API key into the⭐API Key node. Google Gemini 2.0 Flash is completely free to use. Obtain an API key from here: https://aistudio.google.com/apikey

4. Hit "Run" to send your prompt and receive your generation results.

📝Easy Guide: Installing Triton, Sage Attention, and Teacache for ComfyUI Portable (Windows)

👉🏾Prerequisites

GPU Compatibility: 

  • RTX 40xx (Ada) and RTX 30xx (Ampere): Fully supported.

  • RTX 50xx (Blackwell): Support is very new and requires the latest software.

  • RTX 20xx (Turing) and older: Limited compatibility – you may experience issues.

📂Step 1: Check Your ComfyUI Setup

  • Open your ComfyUI directory.

  • Check if there’s a folder named python_embeded inside it.

  • (If you previously installed extensions using Triton, you might already see a libs folder inside python_embeded. If not, don’t worry—we’ll add it later.)

👩🏾‍💻Step 2: Install Triton

Triton is required for SageAttention to work properly. There are two options here:

1️⃣ Standard Installation:

  • Open a Command Prompt (Win + R → type cmd → hit Enter).

  • Navigate to your ComfyUI folder using the command:

cd path\to\ComfyUI_windows_portable

(Replace path\to\ComfyUI_windows_portable with your actual folder location.)

  • Run the following command to install Triton:

python_embeded\python.exe -m pip install -U triton-windows

  • Note: If the package “triton-windows” isn’t found on PyPI, download the appropriate wheel—e.g., triton-3.2.0-cp312-cp312-win_amd64.whl—from here, place it in your ComfyUI folder, and install it with:

python_embeded\python.exe -m pip install path\to\triton-3.2.0-cp312-cp312-win_amd64.whl

(Replace path\to\... with the actual file path.)

2️⃣ Pre-release Version (if needed):

If you need the pre-release version (Triton 3.3), use:

python_embeded\python.exe -m pip install -U --pre triton-windows

👨🏾‍💻Step 3: Install Sage Attention

Run this command in the same Command Prompt window:

python_embeded\python.exe -m pip install -U sageattention

Note: If you see a deprecation warning about loading an egg (e.g., sageattention-2.0.1-py3.12-win-amd64.egg), it’s recommended to first upgrade pip:

python_embeded\python.exe -m pip install --upgrade pip

Then force a reinstall if necessary:

python_embeded\python.exe -m pip install --force-reinstall sageattention

🔍Step 4: Install Teacache

Teacache is an optional but useful caching tool that speeds up processing.

Note: You can now install it via the ComfyUI Manager. Open the Manager, go to the "Custom Nodes Manager", search for “comfyui-teacache”, and install it.

or click "Install via Git URL" with https://github.com/welltop-cn/ComfyUI-TeaCache

📂Step 5: Add Missing libs and include Folders

If Triton doesn’t work right away, you may need to add libs and include manually:

  • Download the required files:

  • Extract the downloaded ZIP and place the include and libs folders inside:

    📁ComfyUI_windows_portable\python_embeded\

    🚨 Important: Ensure you place them correctly:

    • ✅ python_embeded\libs (not python_embeded\Lib)

    • ✅ python_embeded\include

🚦Step 6: Verify Installation

  • Open ComfyUI and try running an Sage Attention workflow: https://www.patreon.com/posts/black-mixtures-2-124117186

  • If you experience issues, go back and make sure:

    • Triton installed correctly (triton-windows shows up in pip list)

    • Your libs and include folders are in the right place.

🔨Troubleshooting

  • Command Not Found?
    Ensure you’re running commands from inside the ComfyUI directory.

  • Sage Attention Not Working?
    Reinstall it using:

python_embeded\python.exe -m pip install --force-reinstall sageattention

  • Triton Compilation Errors?

    • Make sure you have Visual C++ Redistributable installed:

  • Click "run anyway" if you receive a pop up from Windows Defender. (There's no viruses in this file. You can verify the code by right-clicking and opening with notepad. As I'm not a programmer, this was written using LLMs based on this text guide article)

  • I recommend starting with these options (as the others are more experimental):

CLIP_L vs. T5xxl: A Non-Technical Guide for Image Generation (Written for users who want practical advice, not computer science degrees)

The Short Answer:
CLIP_L and T5xxl are tools that help AI "understand" your text prompts. Think of them as two assistants with different specialties:

  • CLIP_L= Hashtags focuses on keywords: objects, colors, styles.

  • T5xxl = Storyteller (focuses on narratives: context, moods, relationships).

Why Do Token Limits Matter?

Tokens are the building blocks of text that AI models like CLIP and T5 use to process language. Think of them as "chunks" of words or parts of words, similar to how hashtags break down ideas into concise phrases. For example:

  • CLIP_L: Uses Byte-Pair Encoding (BPE) to split text into tokens. A word like "jumps" might become two tokens: (jump) and (s).

  • T5xxl: Uses SentencePiece, which handles rare words more gracefully and supports longer sequences (up to 512 tokens)

Tokens limits are the maximum amount of tokens that the CLIP_L or T5xxl can process before it starts to paraphrase, which can lead to details being lost.

CLIP_L (77 tokens):

CLIP works like a keyword detector. It connects words to images but has a short attention span.

Example: “A neon-lit robot, cyberpunk alley, raining, 8k” ✅

  • What to avoid: Long sentences like “In a dystopian future where robots roam the streets, there’s a neon-lit alley…” ❌

*Tip: Use commas, not paragraphs. Prioritize what you see.

T5xxl (512 tokens):

Example: “A lonely robot walks through cyberpunk alley at night. Neon signs flicker, reflecting on wet pavement. The scene feels dystopian but hopeful.” ✅

*Tip: Add emotions, backstories, or abstract ideas (e.g., “melancholic,” “inspired by 1980s sci-fi”).

How to Use Them Together

Most AI tools (like Flux) combine both. Here’s how to optimize:

1. Start with CLIP_L:
List the essentials (objects, colors, style).
Example: sunset over mountains, oil painting, golden hues, Van Gogh style.

2. Expand with T5xxl:
Add context to refine the mood or logic.
Example: The painting evokes a serene yet dramatic atmosphere, with bold brushstrokes mimicking Van Gogh’s "Starry Night"


You can make CLIP_L and T5xxl prompts with another tool like ChatGPT or Claude 3.5 Sonnet. Here's an example output from our custom agent (linked below):

  • Use the linked ComfyUI-Inpaint-CropAndStitch node if you receive an OLD warning.

  • You can download missing nodes and models using the ComfyUI Manager

  • Make sure to download the ComfyUI-42lux.zip file attached to this post and extract it to your ComfyUI/custom_nodes folder. The node developer removed a set of nodes from Github and if you're still missing nodes, this pack should resolve this issue.
