I mean "is done" as in: I've finished drawing all the 5 issues last saturday.

Issue #2 is releasing april 7 and the story only gets better as it goes on ;)
Ny next project is going to be "Giant-Size Amazing Spider-Man: Chameleon Conspiracy" . The script should arrive this week, so that's exciting.
I haven't drawn an official Spider_Man comic book since "Spectacular Spider-Man" for Marvel UK ages ago!

If you haven't heard about NFTs you are lucky! It's been all over lately and thought I give it a try.
In lame terms, buying a NFT is like owning an original in paper but digital, you'd be the owner and could do whatever you want with it, sell it, exchange it or just keep it in your gallery. And everything is backed by the ETH blockchain.
It's a new concept but I think it has a lot of potential for digital art.
But look it up for yourselves because I couldn't explain it further xD

(The colors I apply here are just rough to use as a references for when I do the final ones on paper using Copics)
Putting together a scene like this is always fun but a bit complicated because you have to make sure both poses fit together and look cool.
Ok, so you might think this is silly, but as an artist I always tell myself this when I work: "make it look cool" I know, I know, it's silly.
But it's so easy to lose yourself in the technical aspects of a scene like this, trying to make everything fit together, proportions, view angles, faces, hands, feet... you can forget to make the drawing look good, you know, appealing to the eye.
So I'd say don't focus too much on making everything perfect in terms of proportions or anatomy, but search for that "wow" factor which in the end is what artists, and art lovers look for in a piece.
Done on Wacom 22HD with Clip Studio
Also some of you ask me what brushes do I use, it really doesn't matter, everyone uses different stuff. Just use a few and choose the brushes you feel more comfortable with.
That said, I use Clip Studio preset brushes, I do my lineart with "darker pencil" I think it's literally the first one. xD
So as you can see you don't need to use crazy rare brushes you digged through the internet for hours.

Well only change was they changed their name to Santana, instead of Chavez, If you know you know.... otherwise you'll find out through the series ;)

Hi everybody!
I was messing around in an old hard drive and found a lot of my old work. I thought I could share it with you since most of you, most likely, follow me for my more recent work starting at Dynamite.
Before that I was drawing random projects I got from DeviantArt, a lot of potential but sadly not enough money to get eyes on it.
Most of them were literally funded by the writters themselves. Brave people but it's a hard industry...
This will show you that, when people ask us (artists that is) "How did you learn to draw?" and we always say "practice, practice and more practice".... well, this is the proof!
I'ts a never ending learning process...
So in order:
Unbeatable #1-2: was my first graphic novel with Matthias Wolf as the writter/producer. Colors by the great @teo_gonzalez_colorist
Les Aventuriers de l'OAK #1-2: This was for a french publisher, Kantik. It was a lot of fun but sadly they disappeared before publishing issue #2.
Black Lotus Empire: This was a great project such cool designs!
C.U.P.I.D.S. such cool characters designs and story
Ferrous Bloom: somewhat of a Blade Runner vibe with an old school cop with a cool car haha Here I improved masively my car drawing skills!
Gutters: I don't even remember what this is! I guess it was something for DC but, seriously, I don't have any recollection of it!
JINNRISE: A cover I did for IDW for a comicbook series I never heard of before!

It comes 4 weeks late, so no wonder why the series keeps being pushed back...
Ami just told me the new release date is March, I think this could be the one! I've already drawn 3 issues so I don't see how it could be pushed again.
