I'M BACK FROM DOKOMI!

Like the title says, I'm back from THE German con - where I had a great time and was even able to meet some of you! π I'm still a bit tired due to the trip, so I decided to treat myself with some easy studies for Courting Fire (my endhawks fic on Twitter). It's gala outfits, y'all! β¨οΈ I'm having so much fun drawing over these silhouettes, and I highly recommend this method if you've never tried it. Can't wait to show you the final result! Maybe I'll even sketch some interaction my stupid lovebirds had during that part of the story, we'll see π
On another note: since fortunately DoKomi went well enough for my finances, I'm entertaining the idea of pausing payments for August here on Patreon, to take a long overdue vacation during that month. I've been on the brink of a burnout for quite some time, and I guess it would be best to rest a bit before it becomes unbearable π I don't think I'll be able to stop working completely (I do want to start editing tf out of Courting Fire and make some plans for the cover + illustrations), but I'll try my best to touch some grass? sand? and take my eyes off a screen as much as possible. I'll let you know what I decide later on during this month! I'll surely write a proper post to explain everything to those of you who don't know what pausing Patreon means. In the meantime, stay tuned for some more art and July's poll! Mwah π

It's really helpful to start this way to understand the general pose and build you wanna give to characters, especially if its a lineup like this. π Anyway, I did have lots of fun at DoKomi! And it inspired me so much to see all the creations made by other artists, especially regarding more personal/original projects. So of course I'm coming back, I just need to recharge my batteries a bit π This way, hopefully, I'll be able to create even more intriguing stuff! π
