Uh, hello.
Just wanted to check in and say hello to new Patrons and not so new. Thanks so much for helping my little channel grow and keeping me fed. I am as always, eternally grateful. I'm working really hard on the next video, which might take a little while because it's a big game with a lot to get through, but i'm super excited about it because it's a game that is important to me and that I've put off making a video about for far too long. That game is....(drumroll)...

VAMPIRE: THE MASQUERADE: BLOODLINES

With rumblings of a possible reboot, I figure I might as well stop putting it off and revisit this beast. So, I hope you guys like it and don't mind the wait. I've been playing for a few days now and never really understood how much content I missed on my first playthroughs and how much other stuff you could do with patches. Anyways, should be a good time. If any of you have any suggestions for reviews or other miscellaneous stuff you'd like to see on here, feel free to throw them in the comments! New year, just as grim.

Hey everyone! I noticed a bunch of new patrons on here and i'm freaking out! Thanks so much to all of you for helping me out and supporting my channel. You have no idea what it means to me! I hope I can continue to make ya proud and give you some laughs, some creeps, and maybe even some weeps. These last couple months have been really difficult and uncertain, but the support you guys have given me makes me feel like it's really been worth it and I might be able to make this silly thing I do on the internet, ya know, productive, worthwhile, etc. I spent a lot of time in my life having no idea what I wanted to do with myself, and doing this is the one thing in my 28 years that feels fulfilling in that regard, and pulls from all the things I enjoy doing. It's a dumb, irresponsible thing, but ya'll make me think it might be kinda not dumb. So, thanks again to all of you. Just so this isn't entirely me thanking you, i'll let ya all know, i'm simultaneously working on a video for F.E.A.R. 2 and Return of the Obra Dinn (thanks for the gift!). So, look out for the those in the coming weeks! Oh, also, thanks for all the love for that track I threw up on Youtube. I don't know a whole lot about music and most of what I do is just a very specific sorta replication of sounds I like, so it's cool that it sorta resonated with a few of you. Okay, i'm going to get back to work now! I made a lot of progress with my channel in 2018, and hopefully I do even more in 2019. Glad to know I've got some creepies aboard this grim train.

Evening...wait..no..it's like 10am. Morning, creepiessss
I just wanted to stop by and once again thank all of you. I don't think I make it apparent enough how literally you guys save me. Like, every month your support keeps me from drowning. Well, the drowning bit wasn't literal, it was a figurative drowning. You know what I mean! I just hope you all know that I appreciate you. I wanted to get a video out in time for Halloween spooky time, but it's turning out to be a bigger project than I anticipated. Since ya'll are in my secret circle I can let you know it was supposed to be about Dark Seed (finally), but after I played it I didn't know if it would be quite enough material, so I figured i'd do both of the Dark Seed games in one video, but then I had a lot more to say about the second one so now it's going to be like a big thing that I might need another week or so to properly do. Anywho, I'm working super hard on it, and can't wait to see what you guys think! Hope you all have a good spooky month.

Update/Intro Tampering

Hey creepies! (has that caught on yet? I'm trying) Anywho, thanks so much for being there. I appreciate every one of you. You are my heroes. Just wanted to let you know that I’m working on big, ambitious (by my standards) video about The Silver Case Remaster that might take a little longer than usual. Plus, I suddenly became consumed with discomfort about the way my videos opened and spent an absurd amount of time slightly tweaking a new intro that I’m still not satisfied with, that is literally like 5 seconds and didn't deserve that much time. But, it's snappier and hopefully less annoying but still shows what I’m about. So, sorry about the wait, but I’m pretty excited about how it will turn out! :) I'm hoping to have it done well before the month is out. Also, thanks again to the sweet creepy who gifted me the game!

Just wanted to post the last little vid, which I actually wrote like a month or two ago but just got around to piecing together. I have enough written for like 6 or 7 of these so expect to see them popping up between game reviews. Speaking of which, I am working on one now, meaning i'm playing a bunch of games and waiting for one to inspire me. Right now i'm thinking an older one since I've spent so much time with current titles. Although, it would probably help my channel out a bit if I played some more new stuff, but I love obscure shit too much to abandon that. Are there any good( perhaps even spooky) games that have come out recently? Maybe I can just kind of flip flop between new and retro. As usual I have no idea what i'm doing. Thanks for believing in me!

Update and Thanks

Firstly, I'd like to thank all my new patrons and those who upped their pledge recently. You guys are amazing and actively saving me! Haha. It's very slowly looking like taking a lower paying job to spend more time on my channel might one day NOT be the biggest mistake I've made. So, seriously, thank you. Secondly, I was on a roll, getting content out for a bit (well, it was a roll for me). But, somewhere in between moving my PC over to a place I was housitting and then trying to clean it, I managed to horrifically corrupt my OS. This led to a good three days of trying to repair a deeply corrupt PC with spotty internet, no original OS disc, and deepening anxiety as a result of being unproductive. But, after a lot of pacing back and forth, watching bars move, transferring shit I downloaded from my phone to my PC, and half watching Investigation Discovery, I'm back to work. If you watched my last video (very few did) you'll know my next video is about Observer and I expect it to be as long if not longer than my Soma review. I have a lot I want to do with it, so hopefully I don't try your patience too much with it. Anyway, just wanted to let ya know, I'm working hard to make your pledge...ya know...worth it. :P Send me review suggestions or suggestions for videos I can do under the Doxaphobia moniker. I wanna use those to sort of pad out reviews and be a little more open as far as subject and format. Thanks again. Stay grim. GB

Hey there, just want to once again apologize for the slack, but assure you it's for good reason. I've been trying to change employment so I can have more time to devote to my channel and to the new channel I made. Hey guys, just wanted to pop in and say thanks for you support and also apologize about the lack of a video lately. I had to funnel all my time into an art show of sorts that I did for Comic-Con, which I sort of just did to see if I could, ya know? And it didn't go nearly as awful as i'd expected it to. Hello, Patrons! I've noticed a lot of new faces! Both in my nightmares and on my Patreon page. Firstly, thanks so much for your support. You have no idea what a help it's been. It's because of you guys that I was able to afford a nice little camera. I'm sure it became noticable in the last couple videos that I wasn't using a phone to record things. I am so gosh dang grateful to you all. I just wanted to update you that I'm about 2/3 done with a review about the 1996 adventure game; Mummy: Tomb of The Pharoah. I'm also gonna try to put out a few more Talkthrough vidoes and a video under the Doxaphobia banner that I had all but abandoned, but I figure it would be a good place for more "opinion piece" type videos. The one I'm writing currently is about the Outlast franchise, specifically Outlast 2. I'm also working on some art that will be on sale during Comic Con. Hey guys, just wanted to remind you guys how awesome you are for helping me out. I'm hard at work trying to finish writing my next video on the game Cryostasis. I think it's going to be one of the least embarrassing things I've done. You guys really help me out a lot and I do use your support to help improve my channel. So, sorry for the long gap between content. It's been a pretty rough couple of weeks for me that included a beloved pet being on her deathbed and my apartment flooding. Hey everyone! firstly, I'm so grateful for everything you've done for me. Secondly, just wanted to let you know I changed the pledges to be a monthly payment of whatever you pledged. I used to have it on a "Per video" basis because I was unsure if I would even get something out each month, but I think i'm capable of that now and plus there was one month where I put out two and it charged you guys twice, which is kind of shitty. Anyway, thanks again for your help. It means so much to me :) I'll try to put out a few Let's Play type videos in the absense of my full review videos because they are much easier to edit. Hi, um, so I am working on a video right now, that I've decided to sort of rewrite in the middle of editing because I hated it, and then I started to hate all the videos and then I started thinking about deleting some of them and then I had a crisis where I wondered whether I should Just pack it all in, I mean, for pete’s peppers, I haven’t even done them drawings I was supposed to do for my Patreon subscribers. Thing is, I've been genuinely trying to put out better stuff. So, it’s taking longer for me to be satisfied with them, and plus, you know, other stuff like my other jobs and depressing Tinder encounters, OH PLUS there was this other video I for some reason became consumed with making a reality, but it has nothing to do with video games so halfway through it, I was like, “Will anyone even care about this?” I dunno. Point is, i’m working really hard to get something out within the month. This one video a month thing has sort of bugged me, I always wanted to do at least two, but it hasn’t been playing out like that. On a positive note, yesterday I reached 800 subscribers which is...terrifying, but also pretty cool. I guess I just wanted you to know, that you are not forgotten. <3

Hey guys, well this was certainly the most difficult video I've made yet, mostly because this is one of the most difficult games I've played.
