Hi everyone! This is what I've been working on for the past 2 weeks:
- New features added to the old Engine Simulator codebase which will be available to Patrons only (these changes are in a non-public branch for now). These were needed for my next video where I demonstrate unequal length headers and cross-plane vs flat-plane V8s. Expect a release soon!
- Started the new Engine Simulator codebase. It's not publicly available but I'll be showing progress in either biweekly or monthly devlogs
- A major automotive magazine has reached out to me and we're working together on a feature. I don't want to reveal too much about this since it's not public yet but it should bring more exposure to the project
- Many other collaborations are also underway/completed. Check out fillman86's YouTube channel where I make 2 appearances in 2 of his recent videos: https://www.youtube.com/user/wheresthejumpbutton/videos
Have a great day!

Hi everyone and welcome to new supporters! Some of you have already reached out to me asking that I use a handle or pseudonym when listing you in the credits of my videos. I'll be releasing some videos soon and if you'd prefer that I use a name other than your (EDIT) Patreon display name, please DM me and I'll be sure that your handle of choice appears in the credits. Thanks guys!

Hi all, in the interest of transparency I'd like to provide you regular status updates about the project. I've been urged by those who know about this industry to set up a corporation and trademark all branding as soon as possible, which I've begun. Your contributions will be extremely helpful as the fees that go into this can be substantial. I'd like to get to programming as soon as possible but it's critical that things like this be dealt with early to prevent issues later on.
As a side note, getting to a point where a decent build is available is some ways off. I can't give an exact estimate right now but it will take some time. I just want to be very clear about this since I don't want to be seen as just another Kickstarter indie-game scam. If you're concerned about the wait, feel free to cancel your pledge and rejoin later on when more progress is shown. Ultimately, it's about whatever works best for you. Thanks everyone!

Hi everyone and thank you very much for your contributions! As stated in my video, Engine Simulator currently exists as a free prototype available on my GitHub page: https://github.com/ange-yaghi/engine-sim
Considering the overwhelming support I've received for this project, I am going to begin development on the real Engine Simulator game immediately and once there is a build available for this, you will all receive a link to download and try it. Please message me if you have any questions or concerns. I noticed some people deleting their pledges shortly after becoming a member (though apparently this is normal) so if you have any feedback, please let me know.
Thanks again!
