Underwater Fun

Hi friends! I am having a very busy holiday season. I had a shopping trip to Chile that was successful and then Argentina won the World Cup! 🇦🇷 🥳🥰 So it’s been a crazy week.

I’m back and bringing you some fun underwater GoPro adventures. I do miss many things about Costa Rica but Argentina definitely has its own set of qualities that I am really enjoying.

I hope you all are having a wonderful holiday season! ❤️

On Top of a Mountain in Patagonia

Hello friends! I’m so happy to be settled in a long term place where I can start posting regularly again. I loved my travels throughout October and November but it made it hard to produce content and stay on top of my platforms.

In this video I show you the view from the summit I conquered near Bariloche, Argentina and enjoy the very brisk climate Nude and Free!

Enjoy! 😘

Cooking Local Cuisine in Patagonia

Hey friends, I’m finally back with another nude cooking video. These were the two busiest months of my life, and I’m happy to finally be settled into a long term rental where I can work on a schedule I am used to and stop living out of suitcases.

In this video, I prepare fresh local pasta with seitan Milanese. 🤤 And since when in Rome you should do as the Romans do (And there are more Italians here than any other place other than Italy 😉) I have a rare bottle of red wine with it.

Join me for the first of many vegan dishes prepared from Patagonia! People said I would have a hard time being vegan here, but there are so many options it’s ridiculous. And this has been my experience around the world.

The fact is, if you want to do your part to help stop climate change and make the world more compassionate, you can. Anywhere. Even in the middle of the number one meat exporting country on Earth. 🥰

Sunset yoga by a stunning lake in Patagonia

My friends, thanks for your patience over this last month. I am in Patagonia now and should be settled into a long term stay in the next week where I will finally be able to produce large amounts of content again.

This past month has been constant travel, relatives and friends fighting for my time, and hardly having a moment to think. I’m now at a destination I have dreamed of for many years.

I filmed this at 9:30pm. Long days down here this time of year, and they are only getting longer. You aren’t going to believe the sights that are coming. I appreciate you all. 🥰

Relaxing at the Hot Springs

While I was in Portland, my friends and I had the chance to go to local hot springs about two hours away. It was an amazing day, full of fall colors, snow capped mountains and incredible relaxation.

The PNW is such a lovely part of the US. If I had to live in that country, that would be one of my few potential locations.

They have the most amazing vegan food in Portland, public nudity is legal and accepted and every conceivable type of person calls that place home.

I’m in Argentina now and have so much more to show you in my next post!

Rock Climbing in Portland

Hello friends, this has been a very busy month for me and I owe you all an apology for uploading so infrequently. I have tons of content on my devices but have had no time for editing between visiting my family in Florida and collaborating with my friends in Oregon.

But starting with my very long flights tomorrow, I’m going to get all of this wonderful content edited into videos for you all.

In the meantime I hope you enjoy this rock climbing video my friend filmed at a nearby gym in Portland. ❤️

Yoga in a Snow Melt River

Strength and flexibility in nature. I need it now more than ever. I’m excited to be heading back into cold weather after a year in the tropics.

I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for your patience and support through these last few weeks. I know my posts have been scarce. I was living in a house with construction going on almost the entire time and my family has been very demanding of my time. I’ve checked in as often as I can manage, but it’s not up to the level of dedication to my work I expect of myself. I am so grateful for your understanding. ❤️

Family time is important, but I’ve learned through this experience that most folks don’t take my work seriously and think I can just back burner it whenever I like. I don’t see it that way at all. I am happy to be on my own again and have so much in store for you. I have buckets of content filmed and now I have the time to edit and publish it.

I appreciate you all so much. 🥰

Bath and Snack Time

Hello, my lovely supporters. Thank you for your patience while I was visiting with friends and family. I’m currently in the states and have a few more stops here to make before I head out to Argentina! 🇦🇷

In this video, I take a bath while showing off some healthy snack options available to plant based eaters.

Lots of great content coming to the wall very soon! ❤️

Waterfall Swim

In this video I take a relaxing swim in one of the countless gorgeous waterfalls here in Costa Rica.

I love how soothing the sound and the water is. Swimming in a chlorinated pool just doesn’t compare to this. 🥰

Beach House Workout

Also from my time near Nosara, this workout shows off some of the other moves I like to practice in my workouts, but I can’t show them nude or Patreon would be upset. 😊

So I am wearing a bikini in this video, but it still is so much fun I think!

Playing at the Beach

Come with me for a journey over the volcanic rocks of Nosara Beach, in Costa Rica. The waves of the pacific slamming into these young pieces of Earth made for some beautiful visuals and a very fun and wet adventure. 🥰

A story about the kindness of strangers

Hi there friends. In this video I share a story that happened to me recently, where some random strangers delivered my groceries after a severe storm washed out the road the food delivery driver was coming down.

This is a lovely little tale of what the people in Costa Rica are like compared to most western countries. ❤️

Time in Nature

My favorite thing in the world is nature therapy. This could be long, strenuous hikes in the remote places of the world, or just chilling by the lake, being my free self.

The sounds and smells of nature are healing to the stressed out mind. Loud engines, horns, construction noise and sirens cause the opposite effect. If you are a city slicker, make it a point to get out regularly. Your nervous system will thank you. 😊

As for me, I will always be a nature gal who chooses to live in sparsely populated areas for as long as my work allows me to do so.

So I thank you so deeply for your support that allows me to thrive in the environment I love most.

Many more posts on the way soon! 🥰

Dancing to “Nu Shooz - I can’t wait”

One thing I absolutely love as a method of stress relief is putting on some goofy 80’s music and just cutting loose.

Not only does it make you feel good and young and carefree, but it burns calories, raises our heart rate and is exercise all to its own. 🥰

In the stressful times, make sure you are taking breaks from your worries and your fears to do something that makes you feel alive. ❤️

Poolside Workout with Naomi

In this video I do one of my favorite things in the world: working out in the nude while jamming to music that gets me going.

I love songs that actually say something about the emptiness of a consumerist lifestyle, and the egotistical behaviors that result. Many times people love these songs and may not necessarily agree with the true meaning the artist intended. 😊

I hope you all will try something similar to this! It doesn’t have to be nearly as intense, but the freedom, liberation and happiness that comes from moving our bodies while enjoying music that makes us feel good are so beneficial to our mental health. ❤️

My Favorite Food

Today another vlog about my favorite food. It’s one of the most common questions I get asked, as people see just how passionate I am about plant foods and are curious.

In this video I break down why my favorite, the sweet potato is so amazing. I also discuss the more fun foods I will eat as treats on occasion. 🤤

Plant foods in their pure form from Mother Nature are the best for us, as well as our only planet. ❤️🌍

Exploring Mountain Rivers

In this video I play in a rushing mountain river that at high altitude. The water is frigid but so refreshing. This was also near Cherripo, Costa Rica’s tallest mountain.

Connecting with nature in our birthday suits is a lovely way to remember where we came from, and maybe through that experience remember how we should cherish this fragile planet we all live on. ❤️

Dancing at the Mountain House

I can’t overemphasize how much I love dancing for exercise and to relieve stress. I want to push this point until I have all of you trying this to make yourselves feel good!

You can wear clothes and do it in your bedroom with the shades drawn if it makes you more comfortable. Just do it. 🥰

I filmed this at a house I was staying at in the high country of Costa Rica. The house sat at 6200 feet, or a thousand feet higher than Denver. So it did get chilly at times, but moving our bodies makes being nude comfortable and liberating in almost any climate. ❤️

Birthday Waterfall Hike

In this video we explore some more of Costa Rica’s stunning nature attractions. This is the Cloud Bridge trail system near Cherripo, Costa Rica’s tallest mountain.

I show off a lot of the nature to be found here as well as get nude at a beautiful waterfall. Have an adventure with me!

Yoga in the Jungle

I filmed this while staying at a house in the southern jungle of Costa Rica. This area was in the mountains but only about 20 minutes from the beach so the weather was perfect almost all the time. Never too hot or too cold, and lots of rain so everything was lush and green year round. 😻

I do some more advanced poses in this than the beginner routine I shared before. For those of you with a bit of skill, give these a try.

Modify the poses if you’re not quite there yet. As my favorite instructor says, “If you are breathing deep and you’re feeling something, you’re doing the pose perfectly.” ❤️

As usual, I’m chatting throughout and engaging in some meditative breathing exercises. I highly suggest growing food and incorporating a mindfulness practice for optimal mental health. ❤️

I make jelly out of red dragonfruit (pitaya) and use fresh, local, whole bread with some extra twists to make it more fun! I hope you love this treat as much as I do. 🥰

Playing Mortal Kombat

As much as I’m a fitness and nature enthusiast, I also enjoy sitting down with an entertaining video game when I get the time. My dad loved this franchise so I naturally developed a love for many of the characters and think Netherrealm is doing some of the most creative storytelling in modern gaming.
