In the second part of our series on Marxism and Human Relations we explore the myths about Marxism put out by reactionaries. We particularly pay close attention to the myths about how Marxists view family relations.

In this episode Alex and Kit examine the latest ludicrous buffoonery from the EU regarding the Ukraine war. They also look at why Keir Starmer is not long for this political world and the latest outbursts from Agent Mason and other luminaries of the British left.

Debunking Anti-Communism Part 2 - The Case Of Solzhenitzyn

In this episode we look at the life and crimes of a certain Alexander Solzhenitzyn. Beloved by the Russian compradors and their American masters Solzhenitzyn made his career by endlessly repeating wild claims about the USSR, including the infamous "80 million dead" lie, which were ultimately derived from Nazi era propaganda. We look at Solzhenitzyn's life and ask what he really believed in and why he was happier in a broken, weakened and defeated Russia of the 1990s than the Soviet Union.

The Regime Change Business

In this episode we look at the recent changes carried out by Trump within the US government bureaucracy with a focus on his cutting USAID and the NED down to size. The argument we make here is that this is in fact a change in the machinery of the US imperialists but does not, and indeed cannot, mean they are abandoning imperialism.

In the latest episode of 'Decline & Fall' Alex and Kit look at the threats made by Trump to carry out further genocide in Gaza. This includes an examination of the British role in training the PLA as a colonial police force and the pressure being placed by Trump on the Arab comprador regimes.

Debunking Anti-Communism - Part 1

In this new series we look at the most common anti communist myths and set about debunking them. This first episode explains the premise of the series and what we hope to achieve by doing it. We also look at the anti-communism of the Soviet leadership after 1953 and how this is reflected in the contradictory positions taken by the modern Russian leadership.

Marxism and Human Relationships - Part 1

In this new series we will be examining how the decaying nature of the imperialist nation is impacting upon our most fundamental human relationships. In this opening episode we explore the purpose of this series and what the Marxist method can do to aid us in analysing the cultural sphere. Interview With Dan Kovalik

In this episode I spoke to American activist and writer Dan Kovalik regarding his experiences in Lebanon and Syria. We cover the latest threats made by Trump against Gaza and how the ceasefire deal is seen across West Asia. We also discuss Dan's recent visits to Lebanon and Syria and how the struggles of both countries are playing out.

This week Kit and Alex examine the latest analysis of NATO's military and industrial failures. They then turn to examine the the chaos in Washington D.C. and where all this might be leading to in the tactics of US imperialism. We also look at the scandals starting to engulf Keir Starmer and what this means in the context of the ongoing British economic decay.

In the latest episode of 'Decline & Fall' Alex and Kit look at the change in tactics the Trump gang are engaging in and how this is playing out in places like the Balkans and Ukraine. They also examine the bizarre tweets of Rory Stewart, a man who demands that the US continue pretending to be concerned with the liberal nostrums of the post cold war era. The hosts conclude that this all marks a shift to a more open and crude form of US power where the mask gets dropped for good.

A Tribute To Harpal Brar

In this episode I pay a political tribute to Comrade Harpal Brar the founder of my party, the CPGB-ML, who passed away last weekend at the age of 85. In doing so we discuss the vital nature of his work opposing and exposing revisionism, Trotskyism and social democracy. Towards the end of the episode we also get into the recent victory of President Lukashenko in the Belarusian election.

Trump Has No Ukraine Plan & The NVIDIA Collapse

In this episode we look at the reality facing Donald Trump when it comes to Ukraine and how he really doesn't seem to have any sort of clear plan to end the war. In reality he is stuck within the structural constraints of the US imperialist system and has no clear way out of them or any real desire to escape them given the consequences he would face if he did. We then move to discuss the NVIDIA stock price collapse and look at deepseek might mean for the US tech companies.

The Decline of Hollywood and US Delusions Over China

In this episode we begin by talking about the way in which Hollywood has suffered a collapse in creativity due to monopolisation using the career of Ridley Scott as a case study. We then move to a discussion of the recent contradictory and deluded statements about China made by (now confirmed) Secretary of State Marco Rubio and what this tells us about the potential policy choices of the 2nd Trump regime.

In the latest episode of 'Decline and Fall' Kit and Alex look at the end of the Biden era and the changes in US imperial strategy under Trump. In doing so they look at the censorship favoured by the Democrats as well as the potential end of the color revolution machine. They conclude by looking at the very real dangers represented by the Trump administration.

Joe Biden - A Political Obituary

In this episode conduct a political obituary on the sordid career of Joseph Robinette Biden. Whilst I do not have the time to cover all of his many crimes I am able to demonstrate that Biden is one of the most disgusting reactionaries in the US imperialist system whose career has been marked by his rabid imperialism and anti working class actions.

Starmers 100 Year Fraud

In this episode I examined the recent antics of Keir Starmer in Kiev. Whilst he was there our illustrious Prime Minister signed a 100 year "understanding" with the Kiev regime. This of course is a gigantic amount of cynical garbage and in this episode I go through why this is.

Peace In Gaza?

In this programme we consider the reasons for the apparent switch in tactics by the US imperialists when it comes to the war on Gaza. In doing so we go back and look at the reasons why the war has lasted 15 months and why the peace deal being talked about now is a recognition that the US cannot sustain the two wars its proxy forces are fighting.

Kit and Alex explore the themes of the film, how it compares to other war on terror era cultural products.

Stalin On The Anglo-Russian Committee

How did the British General Strike of 1926 play into the debates within the CPSU(b)? In 1926 the Soviet response to the chance of revolution in Britain caused another division within the CPSU (b) between the minority (led by Trotsky & Zinoviev) and the majority (led at the time by Stalin & Bukharin). In response to Trotsky's criticisms of Soviet policy on the British trade unions Stalin outlines the Leninist approach to working within reactionary trade unions, in looking at this we examine how these issues still divide Marxist-Leninists from Trotskyites to this day.
