The battle between the Zero Division and the Schutzstaffel was a major point of disappointment in the manga - but the anime completely changed that.
Before episode 24 aired, I released a video looking at the fight in full and talking about how it could've been fixed. Now, the tables have turned, and we're looking at everything new for the Zero Division in this battle instead!

Uryu was supposed to play a major role in the TYBW Arc...but somewhere along the line, he mostly disappeared from view.
However, the TYBW anime is changing that. Uryu's character arc and his role in the story have been transformed so far, and we're only halfway through. The question is, has the anime fixed Uryu's character arc? Or if it's too early to tell, is it on the right track?

Some interesting new information has come to light as a result of Bleach EX, detailing some insights into the expanded scenes from the TYBW anime.
The first scene we're looking at is, of course, the conversation between Aizen and Yhwach in Muken - thanks to this new info, we have a better idea of Yhwach's goal and thoughts when confronting the fallen Captain, and how Aizen's newfound power and skill over his fused zanpakuto helped him confound the Quincy King.
It's always a lot of fun taking a look at these two villains - especially together. Enjoy!
