If you're curious as to the setup, there are two or three lights, plus the one on top, the camera/teleprompter setup is on the near right, and I dump all of the computer stuff off-screen on the floor.

OK, I've been a little quiet, spent the last week in the UK. So, first, I just caught up with the discord accesses, so if you think you should be on the discord server ($5+) but don't have an invitation link, shoot me a message, I must have missed you.
The trip was quite productive, though not directly in terms of videos, it was more in terms of who I met. There will be a couple of shorter interviews and a general overview video coming out of it, (Plus a UHST of the British Army Aviation Museum), but on the plus side, I have significantly opened up the options of where/when I can film. Honestly, more places than I have vacation time to get to in the next two or three years, so this bodes well for the future.
Was lovely meeting those of you who found me (And in the case of Thijs, that was at least four times, so it obviously wasn't hard to track me down!), and I'll see you next year.
In the meantime, the next place I'm fairly sure I'll be is the D-Day event in Ohio next month (On Wargaming business), and I expect I'll be at the US Air Force Museum on my own time (Likely 14 August) just before that, if you're in the area, with probably a pub session IVO Cleveland that evening.

May is actually something of a month from hell. Just got back from a week away with the Army, I spent much of this week doing an overview video of the vehicles of the French campaign for the World War 2 channel (another "behind my desk" one) which I presume will go out i the next week or two, and next week I'm off for another week away with the Army. (Raleigh, NC, if anyone's around for a pub session).
Hopefully then I'll be able to attack the French campaign, but if not, if it's too late, likely going back to a switchology video. Just enough time to recover before the Aquino weekend in Toronto, pause before Bovington, then hopefully the downhill stretch. That should allow the pledges to rack up enough to get a 'plane ticket somewhere for filming. Maybe Munster before it semi-closes for rebuild, we'll see.
Summer is busy, shall we say.
