Celebration Of The Wanamaker Organ, March 22nd, 2025

A compilation of footage from the final day of concerts - March 22, 2025 in the John Wanamaker Building, Center City Philadelphia... a full day of music on the Wanamaker organ, and thousands of people came out to hear it played by a rotation of organists from 9am to 7pm. Wanamaker Grand Court Organ performance by Peter Richard Conte.

FranLab Fun Day Update!

It was announced this week that the Wanamaker Organ will play ALL DAY on Saturday the 22nd, beginning at 9am and ending at 6:30pm, with a rotation of organists throughout the day. The finale will begin at 5pm with master organist Peter Richard Conte that will run to 6:30pm. I intend to make the most of it, and you can too - Who knows if seating will be provided or anything else, so I recommend that you bring your own portable chair and provisions. See you there!

Everything Must Go! And so this is the last week for who knows how long before we can hear the organ again. I intend to make the most of it, and you can too - I'll be there for the last day of concerts on Saturday March 22nd at 12pm.
