Conquering the Chief in Squamish

The Canadian adventures have begun and for this video check out the view from the second peak of this trail in Squamish, BC.

I do a bit of a yoga session with clothes and then strip once I feel comfortable in the space. This place was very busy in the early section but after the the first of three peaks the crowds thin out significantly.

I had to use my entire body to navigate this trail. Chains, ladders, bouldering, scrambling, it had it all. I love when trails make us utilize all of our limbs and think on our feet. 💕

PNW photo shoot

Hello friends and thank you for your patience during these last few weeks of family time. I had some wonderful times with my loved ones and now I’m on my own again in the Vancouver, BC area and ready to make gorgeous content for all of you lovely humans again.

This is a photo set from my visit to this region last year, but on the US side near Portland. This is one of my favorite areas of Earth honestly. Lush forests are my happy place.

Look for many more posts in the coming days. ❤️

Hot/Cold Therapy in the Atacama Desert of Chile 🇨🇱

After a long week of exploring the incredible nature attractions surrounding San Pedro de Atacama, I ended my travels with a soak in the jacuzzi alternating with cold therapy in the pool.

Being late fall in Chile at the time, it was quite brisk, but the benefits of putting your muscles through hot and cold therapy back to back are well-established. 🥰

Of course I can’t help but be me and flash at the end. 😂

Naomi’s Best Workout Video

I’ve shared quite a few exercise videos here, but I think this is my favorite. I rented a house in the jungle of the Nicoya Peninsula in Costa Rica. I had monkeys in my trees every other day. Giant iguanas swam in my pool.

One day I decided to film one of my sweaty jungle workouts. There’s something primal about absorbing the energy of the jungle and using it to push my body to the max. This isn’t a performance for the camera so much as it is a look at what a typical workout looks like around my house. 😍

Have fun and cut loose my friends. Life is too short and too hard not to! 🥰

Nude Swimming with my GoPro in Santiago

For today’s video I bring you a custom request I received for underwater content that truly pushed my limits. It’s nearly winter in Chile 🇨🇱 and this water was absolutely freezing! But I deliver on my promises so I did my best to complete my work despite the brutal cold. 🥶

It took me a long while in the sauna afterwards to thaw from this! 😂

I think it turned out beautifully though. 😍

Some slow-motion fun under a lagoon waterfall

Good morning friends. I’m bringing you something unique today. One of the places I stayed at in my Costa Rica travels had a gorgeous lagoon with natural water to swim in, and I had a lot of fun with my GoPro in that thing.

I hope this video inspires you to slow down and enjoy the simple sensations of life. 🥰

Singing Megan by Bayside in the Shower

A bit of a different video. When I’m in the shower, I sing, often. 😁

When I’m singing, it’s a sign that I’m at my happiest. Everything sounds better with the acoustics of the shower, and it just feels good to express and not care how anyone else receives it.

Enjoy. 💕

Nude Workout on Chile’s stunning coast

Join me for a natural and naked kettle bell workout overlooking the magical Pacific Ocean on the coast of Chile. This house I stayed at was truly something special and quite affordable in the off season.

There’s something so liberating about shedding our restrictive clothes and pushing our bodies in the great outdoors. I hope those of you who can will follow along.

Nude Yoga at my favorite Costa Rican house

I’ve stayed at many nice places in my travels, but this one I’m doing this yoga session from today was my all time favorite. It was such a gorgeous property in the rolling green hills surrounding the Arenal volcano. I’m usually a Mate drinker as my long term followers will know, but when I lived here, the local organic coffee was so good I started the day with it instead.

I begin with a talk about my coffee and then move into a slow, deliberate yoga session that you can hopefully follow along with. Wake up those muscles and joints with me, friends. 💕

Food Delivery Day in Costa Rica

As you may have guessed from my nude cooking videos, I’m a huge foodie. I think one of the biggest tragedies of our times, especially in western countries is how cut off we are from our food supply, the process of growing it, the people who grow it, etc.

While the US does have many small organic produce farms and a few large ones, generally they only grow animal products and junk food crops like GMO corn or soy.

In Costa Rica, and all of Latin America really, the connection to good is so much more tangible. You meet the people who grow it. They deliver it to your house. Use talk to them every week at the local Féria (farmers market).

Our disconnection from our food is one of many things that has destroyed our collective sense of community. And I don’t think it was an accident.

Enjoy this fun food tour of what was dropped off at my house one early sunny morning in the jungle. ❤️

Flashing some Flamingos

I’m editing several more videos to drop here in the next few days, but for now, enjoy this video of me being free in front of some giant flamingos at the salt flats of the Atacama Desert.

I’ve seen some unique landscapes in my day but this was something extremely unique.

You will see several more new projects by the end of the week, friends. I’m very grateful for your support and patience as I juggle so much. ❤️

Workout with my van, “The Defiant”

I got a lot of positive feedback on the van content I shared so here’s some more. This workout is not without clothes because I was in a crowded campground at the time, but it’s still fun and shows that just because you live in a vehicle, it doesn’t mean you can’t get your exercise in!

I hope you all are enjoying the content and feel free to message me here anytime!

Nudist Laundry Day

One of my favorite parts of living a nudist lifestyle is doing all the random mundane chores folks usually do, but without clothes.

If I’m washing all my dirty clothes, then I’m washing ALL my dirty clothes, you know? 😁

More Desert Yoga

I told you guys I had a huge amount of content dropping soon, and now I’m delivering. Enjoy this stunning yoga session from the springtime Utah desert near Canyonlands.

This is from my VanLife days and I remember this trip so fondly. It was still chilly but warm in the sun. I worked out and hiked during the day then drank hard seltzer and jammed out to Guns and Roses at night.

Good times!

Discovering a Hidden Waterfall

Things like this make me miss Costa Rica. As we head into winter here in Chile 🇨🇱, I find myself longing for the tropics at times. I discovered this hidden gem right across the street from my neighborhood.

I lived in the southern mountains near Playa Dominical, a stunning region full of natural wonders, and this was to be found on a neighborhood walk with the help of a very friendly local.

This world is vast and stunning, my friends. Protecting her should be our greatest priority. ❤️

Tour of my old van, “The Defiant”

Something special for you today, my lovely humans. This is a tour of my old home, a campervan I converted into a living space which I lovingly named “The Defiant” after my favorite Star Trek ship. And also the name fits my personality. 😆

I lived in this beauty for nearly three years. I traveled all over the US in it, braved freezing temperatures, blizzards and insane thunderstorms in it, and saw so many hidden gems the US has to offer.

I highly recommend trying this lifestyle. I never felt so free. I wasn’t even using social media at the time. It’s an important part of who I am and how I became me so I felt it was important to share here.

Yoga in the Desert

There is nothing quite like doing yoga in the sun sin ropa (without clothes)!

I like to show off the nature of places I’ve visited as intros and outros sometimes. And share some funky underground music I appreciate.

I hope you enjoy this flow and are inspired to join along. ❤️

Intense Nude At-Home Workout to Tool

Hello friends, in this video I destress my body and mind with a no-equipment high intensity workout. We don’t need a gym membership or expensive equipment. A few feet of space and the determination to take care of our bodies are all that is required. 💕

More workouts on the way. I know I’ve been promising a content dump for a while but I finally have it all edited!

Thank you all so much for your support. ❤️

Volcanic region of Chile photo set

Hello friends, I’ve been exploring some of the most beautiful nature of all my travels. The areas surroundinging the Araucanian region of Chile! 🇨🇱

Like in Costa Rica, when you have volcanic soil the plant life looks amazing, there is tons of diversity and the food is too good to miss. 🥰

I want to post here more, but honestly the engagement here is quite low.

Does the page look good?

Is the content what you expected?

The more feedback and engagement I receive, the more I will contribute here. There is a lot of content here now going back to when I started but I get so many Patrons that I never hear from, or see a comments or likes from. And then they are gone.

I value your input and am open to however I can improve the experience here. ❤️

Join me for a full Pilates routine where you can hear the instructor and follow along with me if you feel inclined to do so. Let’s get our heart rates up together. 😊

Chile is a spectacular place! I am constantly more impressed by the beauty of this wonderful place and the kindness of the people here. You will be seeing it up close and personal in the coming days. 😻

Nature photos from Chilean Patagonia

Hello friends. I have arrived at a house with Starlink finally and will be updated Patreon with full length videos very soon. Internet in this region is quite bad usually.

Two of these photos are from Torres Del Paine national park and the waterfall pic is from Puyehue national park.

Chile has been a wonderful experience full of friendly people. A welcome change from the harshness of Argentina. Look for new uploads from me soon!

Getting Back Into Working Out

As promised, more frequent uploads going forward on my Patreon. The last couple months I was feeling the weight of traveling constantly through Argentina, which is not very tourist friendly. Harsh, hard people for the most part. I didn’t feel very accepted.

Add all that to overworking and stressing about the constantly changing landscape for doing this work and the never good news for how human civilization is going, and it was a recipe for a mental health episode.

If you’re struggling, I want you to know I love you and I stand in solidarity with you. None of us are okay with everything awful that is happening around us, nor the negative effects of so much screen time and unnatural lifestyles and environments.

I’m sharing this video because it’s vulnerable. I don’t feel like I’m in optimal shape, because I was laying on the couch for weeks recuperating and cheating on my diet. But I think it’s important to show that we are human and we all get off track and when we do, we just need to get back on. ❤️

The Effects of Burnout

Hello friends. It’s been a while since I posted here, but I’m about to be back on track. I have three videos cut and ready to go for you guys.

As most of you know, I run several platforms, Patreon only being one of them. Over the past few weeks, I have experienced burnout at a level I never thought possible.

This video goes into detail of that experience. Look for a few more posts coming in the near future. Thank you for your patience and understanding. ❤️

Washington Hike

I finally got around to fully editing this video of a beautiful hike I took while I was in Portland this past November.

If I had to live in any city in the US, Portland would be it. It has all the delicious vegan cuisine I could ever hope for, very unique people and absolutely stunning nature surrounding it.

The hikes are spectacular and plentiful. I hope you enjoy this journey through nature. 🥰

Avocado Sandwich at Laguna Torre, El Chalten

I’m finally able to share the adventures I’ve been on lately. These wild places in the world are indeed amazing, but very remote with bad internet. Expect many more goodies in the coming days.

In this video, I enjoy my reward of a bagel spread with fresh avocado at Laguna Torre, one of the few main hikes of El Chalten, Argentina, Patagonia. It’s about a 20 kilometer journey through beautiful forests and beside raging rivers.

It was a crowded spot as you can see in the distant background, but I found a more secluded spot so I could enjoy a topless lunch and be in this amazing place in my natural form. I hope you enjoy this special moment with me. ❤️

A Dip in a Glacial River

Here is the full version of my recovery swim in a glacial river after my hike to Laguna De Los Tres / Mount Fitzroy in Parque National Los Glaciares.

This is one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen, and I’ve been around. 😊

The hike was brutal. 20+ kilometers and the end is straight up for a long stretch. This felt so good on my aching muscles.

Water this cold is jolting but it has such healing properties if we just go for it. Enjoy my friends!
