Chapter 71

"B-" Raven's retort was cut off by Naruto putting a finger on her lips. She groaned as she heard her emotions berating her.

"Shh," Naruto said, running his finger along the slit of her lips. She reflexively parted them and her tongue flicked out, licking the tip of his finger.

"Good," Naruto purred. "You might be a bit rusty after the months but at least you still remember what I taught you."

Bringing a second finger upwards, he thrust them into Raven's mouth, feeling his dick harden quickly as she ran her rough tongue across his fingers, the wet muscle coating the digits in a sheen of slimy saliva. He'd forgotten how good her tongue felt. Even from his fingers alone, he felt mild tingles of pleasure run from his fingers down his spine.

"Still as dirty as last time, aren't you?" Naruto asked, his free hand rubbing her entrance through her clothes, making her pant. "Only my fingers and you're already drooling. You must really miss me."

Raven's face glowed red and she could feel the arousal from her emotions as well. As well as the jig passion was dancing. Her hands went to pull down his joggers. She noted with perverse joy that he wasn't wearing anything underneath and was fully hard. She heard Naruto chuckle as he moved his fingers in and out of her mouth lazily.

"As you can see, I've missed you as well." Naruto said, shuddering when he felt Raven's cool hands grasp his heated member and her cheeks hollow as she added suction to the fingers in her mouth. "Easy, you'll be putting my dick in your mouth soon enough. No need to go hard now."

Raven let out a slight whine when he took his fingers out, her tongue reaching out as if to lick them before they left it's range. Naruto sighed happily. The months of constant intercourse and training her in the ways of carnal satiation really paid off. She may act cold to others and even him outside, but she became a whole different creature when he got her going.

"Let's take a good look at you." Naruto said. Getting what he meant, Raven got off the bed and slowly wiggled her hips as she undressed. Her face was still beet red but it didn't stop her from turning to give him a show of her shapely backside and push her chest out when she pulled her leotard down.

Naruto swallowed as he took a good look at Raven's nude form. There were only a few partners he'd had that he could say matched her when it came to appearance. Her grey skin lightly shone with sweat and her purple eyes looked to glow as she made eye contact with him and he watched as a bead of sweat went down her firm breasts to her slight abs before going downwards and disappearing in her small bush.

At nineteen, she already outmatched many women in terms of figure and beauty. He licked his lips at the mental image of how she'd look when she fully entered womanhood. She'd be turning a lot of eyes but in the end, they could all look but none could touch. She was his and no one else's.

Raven felt herself flush further as Naruto stared at her and took satisfaction in being able to leave him stunned by her body. 'He should be. After all, he's the only one who'll ever get to see me like this.'

Naruto hummed appreciatively. "Someone's been taking care of herself. I told you physical conditioning helped too, rather than flying around and tossing spells. Now come here."

Raven got back on the bed, crawling towards him on all fours, lowering her upper body slightly to let him see her butt wiggle left and right as she approached him. She got another chuckle as a reward and yelped slightly as he got up and smacked her on the ass, clearly enjoying the sight of its jiggling after every hit.

"I should have brought some toys with me." Naruto muttered, making Raven's eyes widen. "You still remember the tail one right?"

Raven didn't respond. How could she forget it? He'd made her cut a hole in her suit to wear it constantly. Only her cloak had kept it hidden and Beastboy had come close to finding out multiple times. Naruto chuckled at her.

"What a slut you are, wearing something like that everywhere just because someone told you to. But it's too late for regrets. We'll use them next time. Now come here, I want to taste you again." Naruto ordered.

Raven excitedly nodded, laying on Naruto's body and shoving her weeping pussy into his face. She grasped his erection, her mouth watering at the memory of how sucking him off felt. How did she hold off for over a month without calling him. They hadn't done anything yet and she already felt ready to burst.

Chapter 70

Shaking her head to clear her mind, she spoke again. "My emotions are acting up again."

"..oh."

"Yeah."

"So?"

Raven grit her teeth, causing her mirror to crack. "So, I need you to come over and help me out with putting them at ease."

"Don't you just meditate when this happens?"

"It's not working. Not anymore. Apparently, they've decided there are more enjoyable ways to calm themselves than mediation."

She heard an amused snort on the other side. "It's not funny, you idiot."

"No, it actually is. Alright, I'll be over soon. Just give me a moment to tell the old man I'm leaving."

"Do you really think you need to tell him? It's an in and out thing. Twenty minute adventure."

"Life's a lot different when you're a member of a magical justice league, Raven. I can't just leave anytime I feel like it. And do you really think we'll be done in twenty minutes?"

Raven blushed, blowing up the lights in her room and leaving her in the dark. "Just get here soon."

"Hehe, alright."

'I hate him so much sometimes.' Raven thought, hanging up the phone and conjuring a small light to read a book while she waited. Halfway through, her mind went back to her first time meeting Naruto.

g part demon himself, she felt a bit of a connection to him. Even though he refused to say who his demon parent was regardless of how much he was asked. It was what drew her to him in the first place. She remembered meeting him a few months after the events with her father. The disappearance of the gem got rid of her inner demon and signified her freedom from her father's influence but it didn't get rid of the split emotions.

With time, they grew even more unruly, especially without a demon to cow them to submission. Eventually, meditation wasn't as effective and she was forced to seek out another hopefully, effective method.

In the short period where the team split to see to their respective lives, Raven went on with her journey. That was what led her to Naruto, Dr Fate's twenty year old student who suffered from a similar problem but managed to save himself from insanity. That was good to hear but how he did it was another story.

Somehow, he'd been able to go into her mind and communicate with the rest of her emotions, coming to an agreement with them. Unfortunately, it involved letting them take over at intervals. She had little problems with it but she could do without feeling slothful for hours or punching the air till her arms hurt or soundproofing her room to engage in furious masturbation sessions.

It didn't help that passion had been the first to take over when the agreement had been made and she'd nearly jumped him. She'd left out of sheer embarrassment and didn't call him for a while. But he did.

And in time, they grew closer and he'd ended up assisting her in satisfying her more fleshly urges whenever they met or she called him. But they hadn't done anything in months and her emotions were starting to get restless again.

"Boo."

Raven jumped and sent an arcane blast at the laughing figure behind her only for him to cancel it out with a counter spell. A brighter ball of light appeared in front of him, giving her a good look at blond hair, white teeth and twinkling blue eyes.

"One day, Naruto. One day you'll prank the wrong person." Raven glared at him, feeling her emotions perk up at his name. Damnit people, try not to be so eager.

"It's not my fault you turned off the lights," Naruto defended himself. "You were begging to be scared."

"The lights blew up. Because of my emotions. Which you're here to help me with."

"You know, you can at least sound a bit excited about it," Naruto rolled his eyes. "I can hear the seven in your head bouncing around. Except rage. Hi, knowledge."

'Hello, Naruto.' Raven palmed her forehead when Naruto grinned at her. "Do I want to know how you can hear them?"

Naruto waved his arms, his fingers emitting sparkles into the air to spell 'magic'

Raven sighed again. "Whatever, let's just get this done."

Naruto raised an eyebrow. "Wow, no foreplay or dirty talk? It's like you've forgotten everything since the last time we met."

Raven blushed, refusing to meet him in the eyes. "It's just for relief this time." She muttered.

Naruto smirked at her, his eyes narrowing. Ah, he'd forgotten how attractive she looked when she got flustered.

"Now that won't do, Raven," Naruto tutted, shaking his head. "I had to spend a lot of time convincing the old man to give me tomorrow off. And I plan on spending it all with you."

Raven's eyes widened. "Wait, tomorrow?"

Naruto grinned at her. "That's right, we're going tonight and the whole of tomorrow."

Raven shook her head, remembering the state he left her in the previous times. "What if I'm needed?"

"They'll make do without you."

"Someone's going to come looking for me. They'll come knocking."

"Tell them you're busy."

"What if they barge in?"

"Then we'll give them a free show" Naruto gave her his brightest smile, getting her to blush again, willing her heart to slow down. When had he taken off his shirt?

Chapter 69

"We live in a world where they hate a man for killing dozens and still hate the man who kills the man who kills dozens." Starfire continued. "Even their own defenders, soldiers, required to kill are seen in a negative light for their acts even though it is done for their benefit."

"Look around you, Raven. The commoners have come out, they are watching you, recording your actions. What you do will change how you, us and many are seen."

"Many humans are guilty of hypocrisy. Us too. If you kill him, you will be condemned. By closeness, so will we. They will hate us, seek to capture us. The league will be your enemy and those of us who defend you will be considered enemies as well. All because you want to satisfy your desire to punish at the wrong time."

Rage stared at her for a few moments before turning around. True to Starfire's words, many people had begun to come out and film the proceedings from a closer distance now that the battle was over. From what some of them were saying, she knew they'd seen everything. Heard everything. Raven's life wouldn't be fun for a while.

Starfire sighed in relief when her friend's eyes reverted back to their default purple. Raven stared at her before sighing.

"I have to call someone." She muttered, flying off in the direction of the tower. Starfire watched her leave, ignoring Robin rushing past her to take the unconscious Mumbo for medical care. Shortly after, Beastboy came flying out of the hat, just as unconscious.

Sighing, she picked up the bodies of both her teammates and made for the tower as well. She just hoped Robin wouldn't try confronting Raven when he got back.

Raven listened to the phone ring, ignoring Robin's calls for her to come out. She was in no mood to try to defend herself or listen to his rants about morality. Her emotions were calmer but she could still feel the tension even from outside her mind.

Eventually, someone picked up the phone. "Raven?"

"Naruto."

"Ah, you remember my name? I thought you'd forgotten I exist after the last time-"

"I need your help." Raven interrupted him before he could go down memory lane.

"I'm guessing it has to do with your little session with Mumbo?"

Raven paused. Huh, the news must have traveled fast if it managed to reach Naruto in a night. "You've heard of it, huh."

"Of course, it's difficult not to hear of a teen titan putting on an eldritch horror show, tentacles and all and nearly killing a villain. Poor guy, he'll probably land in the same ward as the light guy."

Raven rolled her eyes, unable to feel guilty for the man's plight. "He allied himself with the Church of Blood."

"You should have finished the job then. gods know those bastards need less members regardless of how powerful or weak."

"He got the mark too."

The line went silent. "The same mark Slade got?"

"A less powerful one, but similar. It's probably gone now, I think I destroyed that hand."

"See, that's the thing Raven. You really should have finished the job. The mark isn't drawn on the flesh. It's embedded into one's very soul. It marks you as Tr-"

"Don't say it." Raven warned, getting an irritated sigh.

"If you want someone who'll only say what you want to hear, hang up and call a politician. Anyways, it marks you as Trigon's agent. The first of the souls he'll consume when he arrives. The dude would simply go to his realm when he dies."

Raven blinked. "So he'd die regardless? What's the point in killing him then? Wouldn't it mean the same thing?"

"The mark's a fragment of Trigon's being. An infinitesimal fragment, but a fragment nonetheless. The closest thing I can use to explain it is the cultivation process of grafting."

"Like cutting a piece of a tree and attaching it to another to grow the desired crop?"

"Exactly. That mark grows in power over time and by the time he arrives, he eats it and gains back what he lost and more. Until then, the wielders of the mark grow in power over time and practice. It grows at the same rate as they do. I'm not going to lie to you, Mumbo's only going to get more powerful even if he does nothing but sit in a chair and recite nursery rhymes till your dad comes knocking."

Raven rubbed her head, grateful for her emotion's sudden quietness. They were probably listening to the lecture as well.

"But he can't come to this realm without me. And I've banished him once and lost the gem."

"But you're still his daughter. They're going to use you as a vessel rather than a gateway for his arrival. That's why they still want you."

Raven sighed. "I.. thanks, but that's not why I called."

"Huh, what for then?"

Raven paused, her mind went back to the last time she'd gotten his help and her face burned.

Chapter 68

Rage grinned as she continued to torment the man. Every attack he managed to send her way only served to amuse her as she either blocked or deflected them. She moaned happily, feeding on the man's fear and pain. Why didn't Raven enjoy feeding on emotions? This was ecstacy.

Mumbo's breathing was ragged and he felt his heart pounding loudly in his ears when the demon stopped her barrage. His eyes widened when he felt a rapidly approaching object and he swiftly turned, making a hasty barrier in time for a crumpled car to crash into him at bullet speed. The force destroyed his shield and sent him flying into the fire he'd created himself. He screamed in pain, trying to extinguish the flames.

Rage laughed at the sight. "Oh, Azar! You bitch! You actually got burnt by your own flames. Is your control that weak even with the mark? Slade could stand in the middle of a bonfire as though it were a pool of water."

Mumbo grit his teeth, finally managing to extinguish the fire before it could burn through his skin. He glared at the demon and drew more power from the mark, sending another ball of fire at her. He felt like screaming when she batted it away casually. Not even bothering to humor him with a defensive spell.

'When they said she'd be difficult to face, I thought she'd just be more difficult to put down!' He thought bitterly, feeling his wounds sting. 'Not that I'd be facing a crazy demon unaffected by the mark! Did Slade really beat her like this?'

"Slade faced a scared girl, idiot." Rage responded, surprising the man. "And even then, he still used caution. Unlike you. Dumbass."

'This isn't worth it,' Mumbo thought, slowly panicking when he saw the fire he'd made slowly being eaten by the shadows extending from the demon's cloak. 'I have to leave.'

"Going somewhere, Mumbo?" Rage asked, seeing the man planning to flee. "And here I thought we were enjoying ourselves."

A tendril quickly shot out of her cloak,

wrapping around Mumbo's knee and squeezed until a crunching sound was heard, followed by his scream.

"Stay, let's chat a bit more about why you think my dad should come back." Rage grinned, feeding on the man's agony. "I'm not satisfied with your answer."

Another tendril wrapped around the man's body, raising him to her level and piercing his hand, going through where the mark was. Another scream rang out, this time attracting everyone's attention. Cinderblock had fallen unconscious after Mumbo's hand had been pierced.

"You see, Raven doesn't support your notion that dear dad should come over. And neither do I." Rage said, snaking the tendril around the man's neck. "I like not being used as a portal to welcome a dimension conquering demon."

"So when I see someone like you, bitter, sad, mediocre, choose to follow a path of villainy rather than simply giving up and ending his own existence, acting against what I believe in, it makes me angry."

The sharp tip of the tendril came to rest on the terrified man's neck. Rage licked her lips, her smooth thighs rubbing together in delight at the man's terror.

"You seem to be too cowardly to grant yourself death, seeing as how you probably know you'll be dying if the church succeeds in their goal."The tip slid across his neck, drawing a little blood. "Don't worry, I'll help you out."

She chuckled at the man's whimper. "Oh, but that's the thing. You don't want to die. None of you do."

"You're all so afraid of death but you go around doing the most foolish things. Robbing banks, vandalizing our tower, even trying to kill us. "

"You do it because you feel that no matter how far you push us, we'll never return the favor."

"And you know what that is?" The point came back to press against the man's neck, drawing another whimper.

Rage smiled. "Normal. And normal means average. Average means mediocre. All of you choose to follow the same path, refusing to consider all the consequences. That makes it normal. Mediocre."

"Mediocrity is a sign of apathy. And apathy is death."

The tip drew back, poised to pierce into the man's neck in a motion. "And as such, you've set yourself to die, Mumbo. Don't worry, it won't hurt...for long."

"Raven, stop!"

Rage turned to give Robin a venomous glare. "Stay out of this, Robin!"

Robin flinched, realising who was in control of the body. He quickly gathered his nerves and continued. "If you do this, you become no better than the same people we fight against. You're better than that. Better than them."

Rage raised an eyebrow, clearly unimpressed with his words.

"What he means to say, Friend Raven is that while there are benefits to killing this man, there are consequences as well" Starfire spoke in her native tongue, having taught it to none other than Raven.

Chapter 67

"Slade tried what you're doing and in the end, he didn't win, Mumbo." Raven told him. "And he got his power from the direct source. Believe me, you won't go as far as he did."

"Ah, but Slade didn't have the extra backing of magic now, did he?" Mumbo waved his finger. "You'll find a more challenging adversary in me."

Raven highly doubted it. No person alive had been able to push her or the titans to the limits of their physical, emotional and mental thresholds as Slade did. Even after his second and final demise, his shadow still hung over them, especially Robin.

But none of that mattered. She could feel Rage scratching at her mind, insisting to be freed to tear this man limb from limb. She could also feel the others fighting to restrain her. All the conflict going on in her head gave her a splitting headache that only grew worse as she was forced to listen to the magician's cackling.

Wordlessly, she launched another set of tendrils at the magician. The man laughed infuriatingly as he effortlessly destroyed each one before sending his own barrage of attacks at her. Raven grit her teeth as she felt each flame sap her power even further. This couldn't go on.

But it did, minute after minute dragged out and Raven was left panting and lightheaded, resisting the urge to pass out as she felt the drain taking its toll on her. Mumbo, not free of his own injuries, laughed at her.

"Ah, can't go on, I see, " The man grinned. "Don't worry, Raven. I'm sure the Church's going to treat you well, at least until it's time to fulfill your destiny."

Walking towards her, he willed the circle to close in on them both. "Now, let's get you home. Daddy's waiting."

The mark on his glove glowed with power as he reached out to drain the final traces of her magic and render her unconscious. This battle had been a lot more draining and time consuming than he'd thought it'd be. What a frightening girl. He wouldn't want to face her if she somehow got the chance to reach her peak.

He'd nearly touched her when he felt her power spike suddenly and was forced to jump back swiftly to avoid being impaled by his own shadow. His eyes widened as the spikes followed him, shooting out of each place his form cast a shadow on the ground

"I won't be seeing dear old dad, thank you very much." A much deeper voice spoke. Mumbo's eyes widened in realisation and he tensed. He'd been warned about this and prepared accordingly. He wouldn't want to go half assed into a fight against the being that sent Dr. Light to Arkham Asylum.

"I was hoping you wouldn't come out." He mumbled. The girl clearly heard him and turned to face him, giving him a clear view of four red eyes and a sharp toothed grin. He gulped in mild fright, feeling sweat gather on the side of his head. He unconsciously drew on more power from the mark to intensify the flames.

"Oh come on, when you're fighting Raven, you're a badass but you see me and become a bitch?" Rage grinned at him. "That's flattering but it'll get you nowhere tonight."

"Unfortunately for you," Mumbo started, speaking slowly so as not to stutter. "I've prepared accordingly for this confrontation."

"Ah, but your fear says otherwise." Rage grinned, surprising the man. "Because you know whatever measures you took won't be enough. Nothing you ever do is ever enough. Because you're still just an underprivileged magician who just so happened to find a conjurer's hat by chance."

Mumbo's features contorted in anger and he let loose another ball of fire at the grinning demon. His eyes widened when she extinguished it with a casual wave of her hand.

"I hope your 'measures' don't all involve that mark." Rage's grin widened. "You won't get far if it is. You'll go even less far when I burn it off your hand."

With that said, another group of tendrils, larger than the previous sets, shot at him. Mumbo barely dodged the first one only to recoil as a spike shot out from his shadow and grazed his side. He'd never felt so grateful for the bond. That would have probably pierced through his skin if not for Cinderblock's resilience.

"You've been so eager to dodge since the beginning of this little battle. You should be happy I'm giving you the chance to put on a show," Rage mocked. "Now dodge some more, dance for me!"

Mumbo yelped as he jumped out of the way of multiple tendrils and spikes, each one faster than the last. He could feel himself rapidly tire out. Even with the enhanced resilience, he could feel each one that managed to strike him break skin and draw blood.

Chapter 66

"And Cinderblock's somehow immune to my magic now. Everything I've used on it bounced off."

Robin didn't get the chance to respond as he jumped over Cinderblock's foot and tossed an explosive bird-a-rang at Cinderblock, the weapon succeeding at doing little more than taking off two of its fingers. The beast lunged at him again. It's fingers had already reconstructed themselves.

Robin frowned at the sight. Mumbo Jumbo's increased physical stats and his ability to use magic without his wand was connected to Cinderblock's immunity to magic and increased durability and regeneration. He hadn't seen any artefact or device that could provide any clues.

This was why he and his mentor hated magic. You could understand a program, analyse a machine's mechanism, damage or shut down a device but magic didn't have such weaknesses. Even spells could be used to deceive as they didn't necessarily mean the spell cast would be what was chanted. He could admit its power but he hated fighting magicians above everything else.

"Don't ignore me! Alakazam!" The magician yelled, launching a group of glowing cards at a surprised Raven who quickly formed a black barrier to block them. She noted with a little irritation that each card dealt more damage than the last.

'At this rate, the barrier wouldn't hold against the jack card, much less the king.' She thought, willing her cloak to flap and carry her into the air right as the last cards destroyed the wall she'd been standing behind. She frowned at the property damage. This had to end fast.

She quickly formed a portal under Mumbo's feet, surprising the magician when he appeared in front of her. She placed her hand on his head and forced her own magic into him, nullifying his ability to use magic and blasting him into a car.

"Now, it's over." Raven said, approaching the downed man. Her eyes widened as she was forced to dodge a fireball emanating a disturbingly familiar energy.

The incinedary arts, while easy to cast, were one of the more difficult schools of magic to control. Fire was a wild mistress that knew no allies and it's intoxicating power could plunge an unprepared or weak willed user into madness. The only people who freely used fire were the more powerful magi.

And demons.

Her eyes narrowed. Multiple cars crumpled in response to her rage. That was where the familiarity came from. She'd recognise the magic in the fireball anywhere, she'd encountered it many times. That was why he was able to use magic without spells. That was how he and Cinderblock somehow managed to grow more powerful proportionally.

A mutual bond. He gained Cinderblock's durability and strength and in return, Cinderblock gained the additional immunity to magical attacks. A very useful spell but the drawbacks were many and it required a special procedure to exchange essences unknown to none but high ranking members of the Church of Blood.

"To think you'd go to them of all people." Raven hissed at him. "What could possibly lead you to go to Blood?"

Mumbo grinned maliciously, getting up from his position, his eyes radiating a sickly yellow glow. "They made me a deal, girl. A deal they fulfilled their part of. A deal I'm also going to fulfill my part of."

"You do know about their ultimate goal, don't you?" Raven glared at him. The man cackled madly and fired a jet of flames at her, prompting her to swiftly create another barrier. The fires temporarily obscured her vision, preventing her from noticing Mumbo rushing towards her with his fist outstretched.

The magician grinned when his fist made contact with Raven's face, sending her flying. "Of course I know about it, girl. I just don't care!"

Raven swiftly got up and from the shade of her cloak, multiple tendrils shot towards the man, aiming to stab into his major circuit points. The man danced around each one, destroying them with a purging flame that gathered in his hand.

"And you feel the world's better off enslaved by a demon? Is that really it, Mumbo?" Raven asked, assaulting the man with a barrage of attacks. She could hear Robin's pained grunts in the distance. No doubt Cinderblock had only grown in power alongside Mumbo.

Out of the corner of her eye, she saw the concrete giant pick Starfire out of the sky and smash her headfirst into the asphalt. Beastboy was gone. Fully taken by the hat.

"Is it really any different from how we currently are, girl? In a way, it'd be better. No needless fighting and betrayal to gain a finite position of power, no more mad scramble for material gains." Mumbo said and snapped his fingers.

A circle of flame surrounded the two magic users. The remaining three momentarily paused their battle to observe the phenomenon. Raven frowned at the fire, feeling her power being slowly sapped from her. Whatever doubts she had were gone now. He had the mark of Skath. Albeit a weaker one.

Chapter 65

Mumbo dodged a birdarang thrown at him and chuckled. "You'll have to do better than that, Boy Wonder."

Raven sighed at the man's words. Robin hated being called that and yet, refused to change to something else, despite nearing twenty years. You'd think someone who kept insisting that he wanted independence from his mentor would at least change his identity.

Mumbo caught her staring and grinned at her. "Not going to help your friends, Raven? Or has the magician run out of tricks?"

Her irritation caused a light to blow up near Cinderblock's head, surprising the concrete monster enough for Starfire to temporarily blind it with a barrage of starbolts and Robin to force its legs together with a pair of specially prepared bolas. The beast roared as it began to tip over.

Mumbo sent a transmogrification spell at the Boy Wonder, forcing him to dodge and create an opening for the magician to close in and kick him in the side with surprising strength, sending him flying back a few meters. Before he could gloat, Mumbo was forced to move as starbolts were sent his way by the angry Tamaranean.

The man chuckled as he tossed his hat at Starfire, causing the alien to dodge instinctively only to surprise her by appearing out of the hat and stunning her with a lightning spell. The man twisted mid air, dodging a black raven that flew past him, mouth wide open and pointed his hat opening at the pale teenager, surprising her again as a jet of scalding hot water rushed towards her.

Raven jumped to the side, avoiding the attack and sent a paralysis spell towards the man. The spell fluttered out of existence as it came in contact with a ward the man created with a hand gesture. Okay, this was far too strange. Chantless spells, his hat had access to more places than his own realm, dodging starbolts and a spell in mid air. Something was up.

"Where's your wand?" Raven asked. Mumbo shrugged dismissively and jumped out of the way of a tail smash before casting a spell on Beastboy, turning him into a chicken.

"You're not the only ones who improve in the face of adversity, Raven. You can say I simply grew past the need for one." He responded. "Now if you'll excuse me, Hocus Pocus!"

Raven and the rest of the titans watched as the binds on Cinderblock's legs disappeared and the monster got on its feet, as fresh as it had been before the fight started before it roared and charged at Robin.

"There's no growing past the need for your source of power, Mumbo. That wand is who you are. Without it, you're nothing." Raven shot back harshly. Mumbo scowled at her, kicking away the frantic chicken pecking at his boot.

"Perhaps a greater demonstration is in order," He muttered. Sighting the same group of civilians who'd refused to leave even after their brush with death, he grinned. "And I just happened to find my lucky volunteers."

Raven quickly formed a black barrier around them, just in time to block whatever spell Mumbo had been planning to cast. The man's grin remained, confusing her. Much to her surprise, the civilians, suddenly blank eyed, started to walk through the barrier.

Mumbo laughed. "My, I do love it when people volunteer for a performance. If only everyone was so willing.

"Azarath Metrion Zinthos." Raven chanted, encasing the civilians once again in her magic and teleporting them to a safe distance. She didn't need to see them to know they'd been freed from whatever spell Mumbo had cast on them.

The man frowned at her. "You'll pay for that, Raven." Dodging a tail swipe from a now restored Beastboy, he tossed his hat at the teenager and the boy let out a panicked scream as he felt himself get pulled into the realm within.

"A little help here, Star!" Beastboy called out to his teammate. He'd been taken for a ride in the hat world and he had no intention of enduring that place again. "I can't stop this thing."

Looking to buy time, he transformed into the largest animal he could think of and a few buildings were destroyed as a brachiosaurus appeared. Raven heard Robin's anguished scream at the sight and held back a smirk. He'd be forced to call his mentor to pay for repairs after this was done.

"Starfire, go help Beastboy," Robin ordered his teammate, dodging a stray swing from Cinderblock. "There's no telling when we'll be able to get him out if he gets pulled in completely."

Starfire nodded and left him alone to face Cinderblock. Robin turned to Raven. "Raven, deal with Mumbo quickly and come help me take out Cinderblock."

Raven deadpanned. "If you haven't noticed Robin, Mumbo's been doing more than party tricks." Pausing to deflect a spell from the laughing magician who danced out of the way of her attacks, she turned back to Robin.

Chapter 64

With her declaration, she kissed him and came hard on his dick, triggering his own release. She squealed loudly into his mouth as she felt his semen shoot directly into her womb and the excess intermingle with her fluids.

The two of them stayed in their position, continuing their lip lock as they both came down from their respective highs.

Kara was the first to break away, withdrawing from their kiss and resting her head on his shoulder. The next moments were spent in silence with Kara luxuriating in her being filled and Naruto choosing to enjoy the feeling of being inside Kara, feeling her pulse around his length and her walls caress him with each breath she took.

"Were.." Naruto licked his lips. "Were you serious about that?"

Kara raised her head to look at him. "About Starfire? I was. It's mostly because I'm curious about doing it with a female too, not because I'm ready to share you with someone."

"No, not that. About..you know, loving me." He said. Kara's eyes widened and she turned away. "Kara please."

"I was." She said. "I always have. Ever since you took me out of Krypton. I always had these feelings for you but didn't think too much about them."

"But now I have. And I've thought about them well. I understand them. And it's love. I love you, Naruto. More than I can say." She smiled at him, slightly teary eyed.

Naruto stared at her, looking more surprised than she'd ever seen. "I..I can't say I understand love myself but you have a special place in my heart, Kara. A place nobody else has. I don't know enough about it to say it's love but I'm willing to find out. With you."

Kara laughed happily and kissed him again, this time more out of joy than raw passion. The two remained in their position for many more moments before Naruto broke the silence again.

"So.. you're ready for another round?"

Kara feigned thinking it over before shaking her head and getting off Naruto's semi hard member, shivering at the feeling of their intermingled fluids running down their legs.

"Nope, I get the feeling I'd enjoy this more on a moon." She smirked at Naruto's deadpan.

"Whatever. At least come get these off me." He said, shaking his hands to tell her about the cuffs.

Kara stared at him for a few moments before shaking her head again. "I might get in the mood again and I want to do what I want. If you really want to be free, find a way to do it yourself. Be seeing you."

With a cackle, she flew out of the room, leaving clothes and the still cuffed bounty hunter.

Naruto sighed.

'For someone who claims to love me, she's acting very hateful right now.’

Raven grunted as her back hit a wall courtesy of a blow from Cinderblock. The mutated monster had once again been broken out of its prison, this time by Mumbo Jumbo. She shook her head to clear her slightly blurry vision and raised her head to look at the ongoing fight. Things weren't going so well.

Whatever Mumbo had done to Cinderblock, it had increased the creature's durability and given it either an immunity or high resistance to magical attacks. Everything she'd used against it had done nothing but annoy it further. The non magic users weren't having fun themselves either.

Robin and Starfire were constantly attacking the beast, failing to deal incapacitating damage to it but also rendering it unable to do anything but endure. Beastboy was busy with Mumbo, being the only one with a versatile enough skillset to avoid the man's transmogrification spells. Although he wasn't having a good time seeing as how Mumbo effortlessly dodged or tanked everything he could send his way.

Cyborg was unconscious. Mumbo had cast a surprisingly harmful spell on him, forcefully shutting down his systems. He'd be out of commission until the energies fully left him and even then, he wouldn't be at his peak for days. Raven sighed. This wasn't a good night.

She just wanted to go back to the tower and meditate till she slept. For some reason her emotions had been agitated since last month.

Her hand glowed with power and a nearby car moved to block a group of idiot civilians from a stray starbolt that bounced off Cinderblock's body. Why they chose to record the fight from a distance rather than run to safety was something she'd never understand.

'Come to think of it, Mumbo's not with his wand, yet he's casting spells.' Raven thought, eyeing the cackling magician. 'And not just party tricks and transformation spells, actual harmful spells. What's going on?'

Chapter 63

After a few moments, she got off and grinned at his dishevelled form. He was sweating as much as her in the heat of the room, having neglected to turn on the cooling systems. Her grin widened when she saw him staring at her crotch, watching with aroused fascination as droplets of her release fell from the fully soaked panties.

"You like what you see?" She asked, playing with the cloth, pulling it down enough to make her small hair visible then dragging it up again."That's how wet I am right now. And trust me, it's even better inside."

Naruto groaned at her words.

"Just think about it, Naruto." She said, sticking a hand into her panties and fingering herself with two digits. "Fucking me right now. How it feels to be inside my wet…hot.. tight.. pussy."

Naruto glared at her, feeling his erection grow to painful levels. Damnit, it'd gotten too much. He had to fuck her.

"..okay."

Kara paused her motions to stare at him. "I'm sorry, I didn't quite hear you."

"I said okay. Yes. We can do the three months. I'll even pay for the whole moon." He said hastily, causing Kara to smile at him.

"And for that, I'm going to ride you like I've never ridden you before." She said, tearing off her panties and flying over to him. Quickly positioning herself above him, she took hold of his member and guided it to her entrance before dropping down.

"By the nine.." Naruto muttered, feeling his eyes roll back. Kara wasn't lying when she said it was better inside. He'd fucked her multiple times but each time managed to feel different from the last and he could say this was the best yet. He could feel his dick scraping across too tight walls which would prove difficult to fuck if it weren't for her excessive lubrication.

"Rao, I should do this more often." Kara groaned out, absently rocking her hips with her eyes closed. She could feel every part of him. Every vein, each throb and his unnatural heat. "You're so large and hot and.."

She trailer off when Naruto bucked his hips upward, thrusting into her as best as he could. Opening her eyes, she gave him a lustful smile and began to bounce on him, taking delight in each laboured breath that escaped him.

Steadily increasing her pace, she continued to ride him, shoving one of her breasts into his mouth again and listening to the wet sounds of slapping flesh and sloshing fluids. The benefits of advanced hearing meant she could hear the finer details of intercourse, making the experience more stimulating for her than many others.

"Ngh, feels good, doesn't it?" She said shakily. " A lot better than what that princess could offer you."

She felt Naruto's heartbeat spike in surprise. "I know she came on to you. Honorary citizenship, letting you sleep in her chambers, the sounds coming from her room every night we go to Tamarand."

Naruto released her breast to speak. "Kara-"

She interrupted him by shoving her breasts in his face again. "No, I'm not angry. You haven't seen her since we got together. Such a good lover, but we can't leave her hanging."

Increasing her pace, she tilted herself forward, angling the dick in her to rub against her most sensitive area. "Maybe we'll-mmm, we'll call her over. Make her watch me do more to you than she ever could. We might even get her to join us. Wouldn't you like that? Fucking the two of us at once?"

Slamming down onto him hard, she groaned loudly as she felt herself orgasm, her fluids escaping her plugged hole and soaking Naruto's groin. Not waiting for her orgasm to die out, she continued bouncing on him.

"Kryptonian and Tamaranean. Both of us giving you the best of two worlds. Wouldn't you like that?" She continued.

Naruto wanted to speak but she muffled him by pushing her breast against his mouth with more force so instead, he gave his agreement in the form of a hard suck on her nipple.

"I know you do." She smiled at him and wrapped her arms around his neck. "And you can get her to join us. I know you can. And you can enjoy us both, knowing you're not cheating."

Naruto squeezed his eyes shut as he felt his orgasm approaching. He wanted nothing more at this moment than to break free of these cuffs and force her down on him till he came. Kara's pace increased again, a sign of her latest incoming orgasm.

"You won't cheat on me and I won't cheat on you." Kara said hysterically, losing herself in the moment. She threw her head back and her pace became erratic, only growing wilder as she felt Naruto's incoming orgasm with hers.

"I won't cheat on you because I!"

She slammed down on him hard.

"Love!"

The next thrust came even harder.

"You!"

Chapter 62

Doing a twirl to face him, Kara bounced slightly, letting her bountiful breasts sway up and down with her motions. A pleased smile graced her face when she saw Naruto follow their motions.

Her smile widened as she saw Naruto's eyes roaming over her body. He'd done it multiple times, mostly as a way of telling if she kept up with her training and examining her to know what new forms she had to learn but this time, she saw hints of appraisal in his eyes. And it made her happy.

She'd always harboured strong feelings for him since she was fourteen. At first, it had simply been hero worship for saving her, but as time went by and they grew closer, that hero worship became something more.

She'd begun to desire him in a different way. She'd lost count of how many times she touched herself to the mental image of him and it had only grown to the point where even making contact with him while fighting or training sent pleasurable tingles down her spine.

And ten years after he'd saved her, she was convinced she was well and truly in love with him. Of course they were in a relationship now, but they were both doing it with the initial intentions of seeing if being together could work out. Where she wasn't sure if Naruto felt the same, she knew she didn't have or want to spend her life with anyone other than him.

But this wasn't the time for confessions of love. She wanted to kick back and be waited on hand and foot on a moon for more than a month and if tormenting Naruto till he agreed was what it took, then she'd do it. She'd leave him on the edge so many times that by the time he agreed, he'd have enough pent up seed to impregnate a Tetramand.

"You didn't think I'd let you cum now, did you?" She asked, shaking her hips sensually. "I can't reward you for a choice you haven't even made yet."

"Kara.." Naruto tried to speak but she cut him off again.

"It's just three months. And you know what we'll be doing for that amount of time." She said. "Just say yes and I'll treat you to a sneak peek of what I'll be doing to you later on."

Naruto, having given up on freeing himself from the cuffs, watched her dance. Her exposed skin shone with sweat as she slowly twirled and pushed her ass out, showing him the faint outline view of her puffy labia. He licked his lips again and his eyes widened when she began to take off her clothes slowly.

Kara smirked smugly at his expression. The surprised strip tease must have caught him off guard for some reason even though it was obvious she'd get to that in time. She let her shirt, pants and jacket pool at her feet, leaving her in only her panties. She walked towards him again, ignoring his disappointed look at her not taking off the rest and kissed him on the lips.

Breaking away after a moment, she spoke. "If you say yes, I'll take them off and we'll fuck. I'll even let you cum anywhere you want."

Naruto still didn't respond, causing Kara to sit on him and grind against him. He hissed as he felt damp fabric rub against his length and the familiar warmth of her pussy on him. She smirked, moving her hips back and forth and positioning one of her breasts in front of Naruto's mouth, inviting him to suckle on.

She hummed in pleasure when she felt Naruto latch onto her nipple and run his tongue over it as if savouring a flavour only he could appreciate. She picked up the pace of her rocking, feeling his orgasm rear its head again. As was with the first, she left him again, forcing him to groan in displeasure and fight against his cuffs.

"Come on, Naruto." She chuckled at his glare. He wouldn't be kind to her for a while after this. "It's just three months. Is it really worth all this torture?"

When she felt most of his peaking die out, she resumed her initial action. She just hoped he'd accept or peak again soon cause she could feel herself about to cum soon also.

"Damnit, Kara. Why can't you take a month or two?" Naruto asked, his husky voice laced with equal parts arousal, frustration and resignation.

"I offered two months once," Kara responded, unconsciously picking up her own pace. "Don't you remember? And you said no. It feels a bit unfair to do all this work for just two months."

"You-" Kara interrupted him with another kiss as she frantically rocked against him and squealed into his mouth when she finally came. Her legs tightened around his and she arched her back, pushing her head further on him.

Chapter 61

That led to a huge argument that involved him admitting to knowing about the male, insisting that she was better off not going to Earth. He'd felt guilty about it but he'd been more than happy when she relented, trusting in him enough to take his word for it.

Naruto sighed. "Then I'll stick to taking bounties while you kick back on a private moon."

"Not good enough. We are going. Together. We're going to be spending lots of time together, Naruto. With no outside interference."

Naruto's face burned slightly as he got an idea of how he and Kara would be spending their time. Ever since they'd started courting each other, she'd been eager to skip every step he'd heard of and go straight to the pleasures of the flesh.

"H-how about this? The job after this one. Just that one and we'll be sipping Jakyj on a private moon for the rest of the year?"

"This is the last month of the basic calendar year, Naruto" Kara deadpanned. "That's two weeks at best."

"Two weeks then."

"Two months."

"No." He said, turning around and increasing his pace. "We'll be duller than a sedated human by the time those two months of relaxation ends. One month."

"Oh come on, it's not that bad." Kara insisted. "Two months."

Naruto didn't respond, causing Kara to sigh and purposely trail behind him to hide her conniving smile.

Oh, he'd come to see things her way eventually.

(On the ship)

"They are situated at the Gishbiah perfectu- are you listening, Uzumaki?"

"Of course I'm listening. Do you know the coordinat-mmph." Naruto was cut off by Kara straddling him and pulling him into a kiss. He was unpleasantly surprised when he found his fingers bound by nth metal cuffs. The same ones they used to restrain live bounties.

"Kara, what are you doing?"

"Making a deal." Kara said, winking at Naruto as he tried to maintain his composed tone on his call. She swiftly undid his jacket and put a hand in his shirt, rubbing a thumb on his nipple. Naruto gasped at the feeling, something that didn't go unheard by the caller.

'You do not seem interested in this, Uzumaki. We do not tolerate inf-'

Kara cut off the line and continued to play with his nipple, getting a grunt from him. He sighed as he felt her place kisses all over his face going down from his face to his neck, lightly licking his collarbone and going down to his chest.

"Deal?" Naruto groaned, feeling Kara press her ass on his steadily growing erection. "Is this about that vacation thing again?"

"Mmm." Kara purposely moaned throatily, enjoying hearing his breath hitch and took her hands down to his pants. "You see, one month feels like a bit too little time."

Naruto sighed when Kara grabbed his fully erect member through the clothes and began to lightly stroke the length. "You can't be serious…"

"I'm very serious. Three months sounds good, doesn't it?" Kara grinned lewdly, feeling his clothed dick sliding across the space between her asscheeks. Levitating slightly, she positioned herself above the head, rubbing herself on it in a circular pattern.

"I can hear the blood rushing downwards, Naruto." She cooed, lowering herself downwards slightly. "You want to fuck me bad, don't you?"

Naruto didn't respond. Kara's grin widened. "You don't have to answer. Your body's telling me everything."

She undid his pants as well and fished out his dick, licking her lip when it sprouted out of its constraint. Getting off Naruto, she got to her knees in front of him and licked the tip, her tongue scooping off the precum gathered on top. Naruto sighed again, feeling his muscles relax as Kara continued to flick her wet tongue across the sensitive head.

She continued her ministrations for many minutes, her blue eyes glinting as she heard his heartbeat spike and his dick throb. As she felt his oncoming release approaching, she stopped and got up, getting a surprised look for her action.

Naruto glared at her, getting an impish grin in response as she walked away from him, shaking her hips in such a way that he had difficulty taking his eyes away from her. She knew what she did to him. He could feel her smugness even from here.

He had to admit, adulthood was a lot kinder to Kara than it had been to many people he knew. Gone was the skinny fourteen year old girl he'd taken from a dead planet and in her place was a woman of twenty four. A twenty four year old woman who'd filled out a lot better than he thought.

His eyes involuntarily went down her frame and he licked his lips. From her defined muscles to her mouthwatering curves to her thick thighs that led down to long legs, he found himself mesmerized by her form multiple times. It was part of why he avoided staring at her longer than he had to.

Chapter 60

Kara scratched her eye, ignoring her gloves melting slightly as they made contact with the heated orb. "I know.."

"If he's really the father and cares for the kid, he should know better than to rob an important vessel containing a high class person." Naruto said impatiently, wanting nothing more than to draw his rifle and get the job done himself.

They'd both been laying in the mud and trying to ignore the biting of insects for hours, watching and waiting for the moment where their bounty came out to perform his daily rituals of praying out in the open every morning.

Normally, he'd have done this himself but the distance from where he and Kara were required someone with a sharper eye than his so as not to get the wrong person. That and this was how they practiced focusing and accuracy with her heat vision.

The moment has finally come but their target had chosen to bring his child along with him this time, triggering another one of Kara's hesitation fits. Normally, he'd be all for killing them both but Kara wouldn't stop nagging him for even suggesting that.

The only good aspect of this was that they only needed a picture of his corpse so it would be easy to pose as law enforcement to take that. No need to traumatize the child further by the sight of two strangers cutting off their father's head.

"What you don't seem to get, Kara, that his bounty, while not all that high, is high enough to attract many desperate bounty hunters. Bounty hunters willing to kill not just him, but the child and everyone else in this vicinity just to be sure that they got their target."

"So at least take comfort in knowing that while you're possibly condemning one child, you're probably saving dozens of people in return. By the nine, we've been doing this for years." He said.

Kara stayed silent for a moment before closing one eye and out of the open one, a scorching beam of solar energy shot out, zipping through the air and passing through the Korugarian's head. She let out a breath as she watched the body crumble.

Naruto clapped his hands together and got up. "Whew, that went well. Come on, Kara. Let's get our bounty."

Kara followed him, wiping off the mud on her as best as she could and they began their trek down to the small settlement.

"Hey Naruto, have you considered slowing down a bit?" She asked. Naruto turned to her, confused. "You know, not taking job after job and just spending time resting."

"Not really, no. I get rest when I don't get any calls, don't I?" He chuckled, getting Kara to frown at him.

"No, I mean actually taking time away from everything. Like a vacation." She explained

"Oh. I've never really felt the need for a vacation. Why spend time doing nothing when you can spend it doing something more productive?" Naruto shrugged.

"Well I do." Kara said. "And we're going to be taking one. Right after we deliver this bounty."

Naruto laughed. "You can take time off if you want, you know. We don't always have to go around together."

Kara scoffed. "As you are right now? There's every chance you'll meet someone or many people you can't take on by yourself."

She wasn't lying. Apparently, travelling with a Kryptonian fetched yourself the attention of multiple powers, both good and bad.

Apokoliptians, Psions, bounty hunters, nobles looking to add a Kryptonian to their harem, people looking to create a new breed with a Kryptonian, mystics who spouted shit about her having to go to Earth for the greater good and many other things he never imagined experiencing in his lifetime. Come to think of it, it was a miracle he wasn't dead yet.

The last time they'd fought together, she'd taken on an Apokoliptian in a battle that had destroyed multiple planets. A battle he'd been forced to eventually flee so as not to be killed. He was powerful enough to wipe out a moon, sure, but he didn't like the chances of being caught in the crossfire of two people capable of destroying worlds with a punch.

Don't blame him. It had left him more than dumbstruck to see Kara fire beams from her eyes powerful enough to destroy a planet. That had been picked up by multiple governments who'd given her the alias Worldburner.

The defeated Apokoliptian had spoken something about another Kryptonian on earth, this one male doing the same to him, much to Kara's surprise. He'd also told her the male was on Earth, acting as a defender. When Kara had rejoined him, the first thing she'd done was ask if they could go to Earth.

View Post

Chapter 59

They displayed a surprisingly large amount of hubris in spite of being the weakest race he'd seen in his travels. They weren't even the most physically superior species in their own world.

And they treated the Kryptonian with borderline hostility in spite of how much he aided them. If what Lobo had said was true, they'd gone as far as to create a clone of him just so they could have something to kill him with. A part of him respected the Kryptonian for not killing them after that.

Needless to say, he didn't have a high opinion of Earth. If they treated their own protector that way, he didn't want to know how they'd treat someone who wasn't even raised on Earth and had no reason whatsoever to fight for them. At best, she'd receive the same treatment as the male until she messed up by accident.

He knew he didn't have any obligation to help her. He'd saved her life, that should be enough for him to take her to earth, find the male, reunite them and be on his way without feeling any guilt.

After he'd been paid for rescuing the Tamaranean, he'd bought himself a new ship, upgraded it with the equipment of his dreams and most of the remaining money had gone to keeping the girl alive. She was an investment to him now. And he'd be damned if he spent millions on saving someone only for them to end up killed or enslaved by lesser beings.

"But your world's end doesn't have to be the end for you." Naruto started, causing Kara to look at him again. "I won't lie and say I understand what you're going through but I can't just stand by while you fall deeper into grief."

"Whoever saved you did so because they believed you were worth saving. They believed that your survival would be worth their own life. If you're not going to live because you want to, live because they want you to."

"There's a whole universe before you. Krypton will always be a part of you, yes. But at the same time, there's a new chapter opened in your life. One bigger than Krypton."

"And that's an opportunity. An opportunity to live the life whoever saved you wanted you to live. To be something they know they couldn't be if they were the ones to live in your place. To be something more than just the last Kryptonian. Something better."

Kara listened to him speak with wide eyes, committing his words to memory. Her mother's face flashed in the edge of her vision. She knew that she could have chosen to save herself rather than her but chose not to.

"And I'm going to help you. I won't lie, Kara. I'm not a good person. I'm not going to lie about making you a better person than I am. You might end up just like me. Or worse. Or better, depending on you. Eitherway, you won't be the same."

So what if he wasn't a saint? He saved her and went through the trouble of nursing her to health. That was enough for Kara. She didn't have much of a choice anyways. She didn't know anyone else and she doubted everyone would be as good as Naruto was.

"If you want to, I can drop you off on a safe planet with some money. Or we can go around. Together."

Together. With her savior. That sounded nice.

She wanted to shout yes but could only watch Naruto as he continued to speak.

"If you want to come along with me, just nod." Naruto finished and watched her closely. He was pleasantly surprised to get a small nod and rewarded the Kryptonian with a bright smile.

And thus began the adventures of the first Kryptonian bounty hunter.

Ten years later

"See that Korugarian? The one with the patterned hair?"

"Yes, Naruto I can see him clearly."

"That's our person. Take the shot."

"Alright..wait, there's someone else with him. That's a child."

"Doesn't matter, just don't kill the kid. Problem solved."

"But..what if he's the father?"

"I'm very confused. What happened to the girl who said I-want-to-beat-and-kill-people-for-money?"

"She realised beating and killing people for money has consequences on unrelated people."

Naruto dropped his goggles annoyedly and turned to lay on his back in the mud to searchthrough the many pouches on his jacket, he brought out a soiled piece of paper containing a picture and writings. He hated when Kara suddenly developed cold feet when it was time to kill a bounty because of some little interruption like family or innocent people.

Checking to see if he got the right one, he shook it straight and showed it to Kara.

"See this? This is Staal Jinsheh. A member of the group of raiders who robbed the Arjuris-Thagnar vessel and killed Consular Zakzaky. He's got a 230000 bounty on his head."

Chapter 58

Naruto had seen multiple cryostasis chambers. They were used to preserve corpses of important people and criminals who had yet to undergo identification in richer worlds. But from what he could see of what it was connected to, he could tell it was a life support system. There was a Kryptonian alive. Probably kept in a timeless sleep for decades, but alive.

Naruto went to the chamber and wiped the glass. There was someone in it. A teenage girl with yellow hair and pale skin. He could tell from her vital readings that she was alive but not for long. The resources were finite and she'd be lucky if the machines didn't run out of power or resources by the next week.

'Brilliant people they were,' Naruto thought, honestly amazed. 'Nearly thirty years and she's still being kept alive.'

No wonder the psions were so interested in Krypton. They probably somehow managed to find out about this. Damn. He couldn't take her out without figuring out a way to avoid exposing her to the harsh conditions outside. Unless he went back to his ship and took the second life support suit he had.

Naruto sighed.

Two weeks later

Kara Zor-El opened her eyes slowly, gritting her teeth at her body's painful refusal to move. Giving up on attempting to sit up, she slowly turned her head around to look at her surroundings. The last thing she remembered was her mother's crying face as she shoved her into a cryostasis chamber, a comfortable cold, an overwhelming desire to sleep and then, nothing.

But she wasn't in her parent's laboratory. Not anymore. The room she was in was fairly large, metallic and she could hear the slight beeping of whatever she was laying on as it radiated a heat that warmed her bones and relaxed her muscles. Painfully turning her head to the other side, she noticed a man sitting beside her.

He either didn't know or care that she was awake as he looked to be focused on whatever conversation it was that he was having on what she recognized to be a communication device. She took her time to observe him. He was tall and possessed a muscular frame attributed to people who frequently experienced combat.

She attempted to speak but her words only came out as a weak cough that attracted his attention. He looked up at her, giving her a clear view of glowing blue eyes and hair as yellow as hers. For a moment, she wondered if he was a relative. Walking towards her, he pressed something on the..bed? As soon as he did, she felt the warmth recede by a bit.

"It's a heating bed," Naruto continued, noticing her questioning look at the reduction of heat. "It's supposed to be used for people who've been in cryostasis for a long time. Thaws them out from the inside to loosen their muscles and organs."

"It works best when you're asleep. If your muscles relax too much when you're awake, you'll suffocate." He explained. Kara swallowed at his words. She tried to ask where she was again but let out another rough sound.

"I wouldn't try speaking if I were you," He started. "You were placed in cryostasis for over twenty years. You're lucky you're even alive, much less able to open your eyes."

Kara stared at him in surprise. It had been that long? Naruto gave her a smile. "My name's Naruto. I took you from Krypton. You should be happy. You had less than a week left before the chamber ran out of power and you died."

Kara gave him a grateful look that he nodded to.

"I'm sure you know by now that Krypton's destroyed," Naruto said, feeling a bit guilty when he saw the distressed look on her face. "You're the only person I found alive there."

Kara's stomach dropped. She wanted to believe he was lying. To gather the little energy left in her and blast him to Rao's palace. But she knew he wasn't lying. She'd seen the destruction with her own eyes. Her parents. Uncle Jor and little Kal. They were gone. All of them. She made a sound resembling a sob and a hacking cough as tears welled in her eyes.

Naruto sighed at the sight. He'd been the bearer of bad news to grieving people multiple times but it hadn't left him feeling as bad as telling a girl that her world was destroyed and she was the only survivor. He'd have preferred a milder way to break it to her but experience had taught him that there was no better way than to be blunt.

He wanted to comfort her by saying that there was still the likelihood of others being alive but he didn't want to give her false hope.

There was still one on Earth but he wasn't sure if Earth would be a good place for a grieving Kryptonian. From what he'd last heard of the planet, it's natives were backwards people who believed themselves superior to every other race.

Chapter 57

'Bolo isn't deserving of my thanks,' Naruto thought angrily as he glared at the Gordanian that shot him. 'The idiot didn't think to make a notifying system for when the device runs out of power.'

Taking out his blaster again, he dodged the next bolt and fired. The bolt tore through the Gordanian's chest, causing it to drop as well.

Naruto stared at the two for a brief moment. He'd never had any trouble dealing with Gordanians but even with them, this job felt far too easy. Shaking his head, he made his way to the commandeering chamber.

As he reached the door, it opened and a Gordanian charged at him. Naruto sighed and shot it in the head before walking into the chamber and pointing his blaster at the last. Upon seeing him, it raised its hands up and began frantically speaking gibberish.

Naruto frowned and turned on his translating device. As soon as he did, the gibberish started making sense.

"-leave this ship to you!"

"I'm not a raider. Why're you headed for Krypton?" Naruto asked.

"There is something on Krypton. The Psions-"

"Whatever you're going to take there must be valuable if the psions went through the trouble of getting you to alter your plans with the Tamaranean." Naruto mused.

The Gordanian nodded rapidly. "We were tasked to bring it with the Tamaranean. That is all I am aware of."

Naruto hummed and shot it in the head. Pushing the dead body to the floor, he sat down and went on the command board to increase the ship's speed. He'd set his own to follow this one so there was no fear of having to search for his shop afterwards.

He went through the cameras and found the unconscious princess in one of the cells, heavily dosed on sedative gases. Well, that was a job done. Now for him to pursue his own sidequest. He highly doubted there was a person on Krypton. The toxic gases, high radiation and frigid temperature made it uninhabitable to every race.

That and the last surviving Kryptonian people knew of was currently on earth. Word of him fending off Mogul of Warworld had spread fast. But the point was, nobody could survive Krypton. Meaning that they were looking for technology. Kryptonian technology fetched a very high price.

Naruto activated the self-destruct sequence of the ship just as Krypton came within sight and went to retrieve the princess. Upon getting back to his own ship, he made for Krypton's orbit, ignoring the imploding Shuib.

Naruto glanced at Koriand'r as he donned his life support suit. She was relatively uninjured unless one counted the small burns from her touching her cell bars and the only foreign substances in her blood were the sedative gases. She'd wake up in a day or two.

Fastening the radiation filter and turning on the heater in the suit, he went into a launch pad and a few minutes later, he was within Krypton's atmosphere. When he went below the blue clouds, he got a good look at the world.

The landmass had been severely torn apart by natural disasters and he picked up locations of storms powerful enough to tear him to shreds in seconds. Best to miss those places.

Landing and exiting the pod, he looked around. The decaying ruins of once glorious buildings and advanced vehicles made for a very depressing sight. That coupled with the absolute silence made him want to leave as fast as he could.

"The Kryptonians must have been one hell of a race," Naruto muttered. "Makes you wonder how they didn't realize their world was dying in time."

Even amongst the ruins, he could see things more advanced than many worlds possessed. The death of Krypton had led to a recession in many sectors that took years to amend. He could see why. It had been a military and trade superpower in the economy when it was still thriving.

Sighing, he walked around, checking the radar on his wrist for an indicator of anything warmer than steadily freezing ice. Upon reaching the borders of what was once a city, his eyes widened as he was alerted to machine activity. With an excited whoop, he ran in the direction of the blip.

Reaching what looked like a house, he brought out a blaster and destroyed the door, bringing down a small part of the building. Sighing in annoyance, he made his way in, clicking his tongue at the sight of destroyed furniture and made his way further, taking extra care to watch for anything that might indicate a secret passage.

Breaking down a metal door, Naruto was surprised to see what looked like a laboratory. It was a lot warmer than everything else he'd seen, a testament to the sheer heat the functioning machinery gave off. But that wasn't what caught his attention. It was the device in the middle of the room.

Chapter 56

"She will be held in a Shuib." Shuib. A small prison ship used to convey single high class prisoners. It had seven rooms, each one forming a circular formation around two cells in the center. Good to know.

"What path will they be taking? Kihjish-V isn't their typical route to the citadel and I doubt they've constructed any outposts there due to the lantern's interference."

"The Gordanians will be passing through a craagan serah gate." Koji'rar said, getting a sigh from Naruto. The Gordanians created those gates as portals to get to the citadel without having to pass through Thanagarian territory. If he failed to get Koriand'r and leave in time, he'd find himself in the middle of the citadel.

"A craagan serah gate. You're offering me a hisuku-class lightfold engine to intercept a ship headed for a craagan serah gate." Naruto said. The engine and a bit of money didn't feel like a good enough reward for the risk of whatever fate he'd meet if he failed.

"The money will be worth it, that I can promise," Koji'rar said hastily, noticing the bounty hunter's sudden disinterest. "Thirty million credits."

Naruto blinked. Thirty million credits could solve a lot of problems for him. Starting with buying that Thagnarian assault/escape hybrid ship he'd seen on sale. Thirty million and a lightfold engine. All to save some princess.

"Thirty million in a chip. And if you succeed and Koriand'r manages to take over from Komand'r, she might give you honorary citizenship as gratitude. Paid or nor, you'd be doing Tamarand a great favour."

"And if I fail, death would be much preferential to what I'd probably be put through by the Gordanians." Naruto said. "And your dear niece would be lost."

"The pay is perhaps worth more than your very life," Koji'rar said. "And if you end up failing, I can always call someone else to try saving her from the citadel. Perhaps, the unrelenting or the czarnian."

Naruto stared at him. He was clearly the first choice because hiring him would be cheaper than known mercenaries. If he did save her, Koji here could get back the princess and save the money that he'd have given to a more famous mercenary. Not a bad idea but it stung his pride a bit.

His choice made, Naruto stood to his feet and smiled brightly at Koji'rar who took another deep inhale of the stinging smoke. "You've got yourself a deal, Koji."

Six hours later

A slightly charred ship appeared in the void of space, streaks of energy racing around its frame as testament to it's feat of faster than light travel. A few kilometres ahead was a small fleet of large vessels surrounding a prison ship. Each one was headed to a large ring.

Naruto blinked a few times to get his bearings and scanned the fleet in his front for his target. For some reason, the ship was headed in a separate direction from the others. Curious.

"If my knowledge of the mapping out of this sector's correct, it's headed in the direction of Krypton." He muttered. Krypton had been destroyed for decades now. Why would they suddenly decide there was something of interest to find there?

Shrugging, he locked onto the ship's signature, hacking into its detection systems with a software he'd gotten from an associate. As his ship rapidly approached the target, Naruto examined himself, checking to see if he was missing any equipment.

Upon finding nothing missing, he began doing some exercises, watching the other ships disappearing into an invisible portal generated by the ring. When the last was in and only the stray Shuib was left, Naruto set his ship to approach.

Upon reaching a hundred meters above the vessel, the bounty hunter's ship released a narrow tube straight through the roof of the Shuib, killing a Gordanian and surprising the only other one with it. Naruto sighed at the sight. Stealth was already out of the option but he'd been hoping to avoid contact as much as he could.

Hopping down the tube, he brought out a blaster and switched it on. Upon reaching the end, he swiftly opened fire, taking off the head of another. The others were quick to arrive and upon sighting him, opened fire.

"Jsikhsi' juub!"

"Y'olsfutri huigb!"

Naruto yelped slightly when he felt energy pass through his body. This frequency modulating device worked like a charm. He'd have to thank Bolo next time they met. Steadying himself, he rushed towards the other three.

The first one swiftly took out a short blade and swung it at him, blinking in surprise when it's weapon passed through the bounty hunter's body harmlessly. Naruto capitalised on its surprise and thrust his hand forward, the vibrating limb passing through its head and spearing into its brain.

Drawing his hand back, he rushed towards the second as it made to flee and shoved his hand through its chest, destroying the nerve bundles commanding it's ability to move. Just as he was about to make for the other, he jerked back as he felt a bolt slam into his chest, nearly burning through his shirt.

Chapter 55

The man grit his teeth in anger, clearly not wanting to believe whatever it was that had actually happened. "She was given to them as a peace offering by her sister."

"That's not wise at all. Gordanians won't leave forever just because they got a prize. The citadel doesn't take peace offerings, they take tribute." Naruto scoffed. Did that sister really know anything about their enemy race? When the Gordanians realised that they weren't going to be given anything after Starfire, they'd resume their attacks.

"We are all aware of that," Koji'rar sighed. "Maybe even Komand'r. I know her actions are more out of hatred for her sister than an actual desire for peace. We, her relatives, were unable to do anything about it for our ruler's say is supreme."

"You could have challenged her for rulership." Naruto said.

"And what would it change? Even if I won, Koriand'r would not be any less taken and the Gordanians would not be appeased simply because of a change in rulership."

"True. But that doesn't explain why you're here rather than in Tamarand. I imagine you'd be somehow needed there." Naruto said, wiping the sweat off his forehead. This was why he hated coming to planet Mzulft. It had a giant sun, boiling hot rain, perpetual steaming mud, dirt poor citizens and it was a hotspot for the lowest criminals. Even in the Afltamd system, it was considered the poorest planet.

And this cursed jāātra smoke made it worse for him.

"I..am in hiding." Koji'rar admitted, causing Naruto to raise an eyebrow. "Komand'r has been finding ways to get rid of us. She clearly wished to allow the Gordanians to take Tamarand. And she has begun taking steps."

Find new ways to condemn them and have them imprisoned or executed, let them get 'ambushed' by Gordanian forces in a stroke of bad luck or simply assassinate them. There were many ways to get rid of powerful relatives. And Koji'rar had been one of the few or the only one smart or non-patriotic enough to develop suspicions and flee

before he could be proven right.

"Hmm, alright. But it's a bit late for you to be asking me to help save your niece, don't you think?" Naruto asked, grimacing when he heard the blare of a horn signifying a conflict had broken out on the streets.

"Not exactly. They have not reached the citadel yet. If the information I received is correct, then she has been held captive on Kihjish-V for four months alongside multiple others. But she will be moved in a day."

Ah, that explained the conversation with the Bolovaxians. A few of them who were green lanterns were assigned to patrol the same sector that place was in.

Kihjish-V was the moon of a planet he couldn't remember the name of in System Gdis; more known as sector 2. The same sector as some of the less technologically advanced planets such as earth and the now destroyed Krypton.

"That's a three day journey from here, Koji," Naruto said. "Unless I lightfold all the way there, which I can't."

"I anticipated that," Koji'rar said."Which is why I bought a hisuku-class lightfold engine."

Naruto made a sound at the back of his throat in an attempt not to make his surprise too visible. Hisuku-class lightfold engines were rare and for good reason. They were made to create a faster form of lightfold travel via cannoning the ship to achieve faster than light travel. It worked but it tore a weak ship apart in less than an hour.

Consequently, production of the engines were discontinued but the ones produced were still in circulation on the black markets. They were good for making getaways but even traversing the distance between a planet and its moon could tear a lesser ship apart.

He had no idea if he wanted to actually test if his ship could withstand the journey but sector 674 was less than a day's travel away at light speed and he was mildly certain he would survive.

"Where'd you even get one?" Naruto asked, trying to keep the hysteria out of his voice. Koji'rar smiled at him, clearly pleased at having been the one to surprise the other this time.

"That is for me to know. If you are capable of bringing Koriand'r back, it is yours to keep. Along with money." He said, causing Naruto to narrow his eyes.

"You're excessively generous for someone who just wants his niece back," he accused. "Are you planning on starting a new civilization with her or something?"

Koji'rar gave him a disgusted look. "By Xahl, no! Starfire is perhaps the only means of survival Tamarand has left. Loathe as I am to admit it, we're little more than aimless warriors without a leader to command us."

He shook his head. "And she cannot aid us if she is spending her days fighting in gladiatorial arenas and having her grebnacks sampled by anyone with enough money."

"Placing that much faith in a single person might bring about your downfall, Koji." Naruto said and sighed. "Now, what do you know about their travel plans?"

Chapter 54

"I'm more concerned about why you were talking to Bolovaxians before calling me here," Naruto said, gathering energy in the tips of his fingers in preparation to kill. "And why you did so right before arranging a meeting with me."

Bolovaxians were often either law enforcement agents or criminals. And considering either or both were on this shithole of a planet, someone talking to them before meeting up with him raised a few alarms in his head.

"I assure you it has nothing to do with you." The man responded, making a gesture with his hands. Naruto glanced at it and chuckled mockingly.

"This isn't Tamarand," Naruto said. "Peace gestures don't instantly make things peaceful."

"I am aware of that," The man said calmly. "And once again, I tell you it has nothing to do with you, but rather why I have asked to meet with you."

Naruto frowned. He wanted to attack the man but he could see from the necklace that he was royalty. Tamaranean royalty. And unlike many other races, Tamaraneans were warriors through and through. Even members of the royal family were pushed to be even more powerful than their own guardians.

"Alright. I'll humor you," Naruto said and released the energy in his fingers. "Why'd you call me?"

"I am sure you are as aware of why as I am." He said, taking another whiff of the smoke and scooping more of the crimson powder into the small fire. Naruto glared at him for that, earning a wide smile for his troubles.

"Unless you're planning to try seeing if I have a bounty on my head," Naruto started annoyedly. "I don't think I do."

Of course he knew but he made it a point not to admit to anything unless the others confirmed their knowledge themselves.

"Why must all of you always refrain from being honest." The man sighed. ,"I am here to hire your services."

"You've wasted your time then. I'm not a whore." Naruto responded smoothly. The man snorted and beat on his chest to soothe the burning feeling.

"I was not talking about hiring those services." He shouted, getting a grin from Naruto.

"You shouldn't have been so vague. Services can mean a lot of things." Naruto said.

"I meant that I have a contract for you." He corrected himself. Naruto shook his head.

"You've still wasted your time. I'm not a mercenary either."

"Yes you are. It is your part time job after hunting and killing people with money on their heads," The man shot back, making Naruto give him a questioning look. "You are not as inconspicuous as you think. Few people with your success rate manage to stay under the radar for long."

"I can count the number of people who can contact me with my hands," Naruto scowled, getting to another topic. "And you're not on any finger."

"Your friend gave it to me." The man responded, chattering his teeth to let Naruto know who. "His compliance is surprisingly easy to purchase."

"Of course Argix would do that," Naruto said tiredly. That skliim would do anything for money. "And you felt it was better to simply say, 'let us meet' than introduce yourself?"

"I will admit, I am not very aware of how these things are done." The man admitted, a sheepish expression on his face. "I felt it would be detrimental to let you know my identity so early."

"Contacting a bounty hunter with your own personal device in itself is foolish," Naruto said with an eye roll. "You needn't tell me your name, Koji'rar. Researching and tracking you was the first thing I did. It's what we always do."

Koji'rar's eyes widened, making Naruto laugh inwardly. Throwing people's personal information in their face was something he took great enjoyment in. They always looked so surprised. And call it a desire to do a good deed for the day but a part of him wanted to warn Koji about the dangers of treating business with mercenaries like it was something out of an animated picture series.

"And doing that to a mercenary is a lot more harmful," Naruto warned. "They're a very suspicious bunch. Unless you're a spokesman for a greater power, you've got to give them a name even if it's fake. Otherwise, they'll either not show up or kill you when they locate you. Their lives are dangerous enough without having to worry about ambushes."

"I.. will keep that in mind for later." Koji'rar spoke silently. Naruto could understand. He'd seen many people whose knowledge of dealing with bounty hunters and mercenaries stemmed from exaggerated stories.

Naruto nodded and shifted on his seat, eager to get down to business. "Now that that's said, why'd you call me here?"

"I would like to hire your services, as I said before," He said. Naruto didn't say anything, prompting to continue. "My niece, Koriand'r, has been abducted by Gordanians."

"Abducted?" Naruto asked, raising an eyebrow at the obvious lie. Gordanians were slavers, sure, but they were far from subtle enough to kidnap a warrior princess on her own planet. A planet which was on high alert due to the war with that same very race.

Chapter 53

He continued thrusting wildly into her. He felt the world around him fade away as Zatanna's emotions began to overwhelm him. His hips moved on their own as his mind fought a battle for lucidity. In the flood of blinding pleasure and dirty mental cries, he found something else in her mind. Something that gave him a pleasant surprise.

He felt his dick throb even harder and swell painfully in Zatanna's vice like pussy. No doubt she was also experiencing what he was and wasn't having an easy a time as he was. Clamping his eyes shut, he gave into his release.

"Damnit Z!" He yelled at her in a forgotten language, his final thrusts hard enough to create deafening claps. "I'm going to cum!"

Zatanna arched her back when she felt Naruto shout unintelligible words at her before cumming into her, firing ropes of semen directly into her womb. The feeling of being filled coupled with the excess coating her walls kickstarted another orgasm, making her legs tremble as she came hard.

The two remained in their position for several minutes, gently rocking against each other. Eventually, Naruto was the first to move, pulling out of her and moving back slowly.

Zatanna fell to her knees, feeling her legs give out under her. Was it over? Already? No, she wanted to continue.

"Noo." She whined, crawling towards him. "Mooree."

Naruto shook his head at her. "Hell no, Z. It's bad enough that you forced us to meld magics. It's a lot more intense than you think it is especially on the first time. But you've already learned that."

Zatanna frowned at him and turned to stare at his still erect dick. It wouldn't keep standing if it didn't have anything left to give.

"muc ruoy lla em evig."

"Wait, wha-shiiiit!" Naruto grit his teeth as he felt a forced orgasm overtake him, causing his dick to throb wildly. Zatanna quickly opened her mouth wide open, sticking her tongue out as he released all he had, filling her mouth with his seed, coating her tongue and splattering her face and hair.

Naruto stared at her disbelievingly. Who used magic just to get a facial? And she looked so happy too, swallowing what was in her mouth and scooping off the bits on her face to lick up. He'd been planning to get her hooked, not break her completely. Constantine would be pissed if he didn't fix this before tomorrow.

"Khsihd hausydg."

Zatanna didn't notice the spell that hit her until it was too late and she was in a deep sleep. Naruto stared at her form worriedly, he'd have have to ask Matatabi for help with this against his better judgement. Picking her up, he took her out of the room and dropped her on the bed, covering her with a blanket.

"You better be grateful for this, Z. I'm going to be sore by the time I fulfill my dream with Matatabi." He muttered. "And to think I just wanted to sleep."

Muttering a spell to take him into the realm in his gut, he watched as a portal opened in front of him. He didn't have to see behind it to know what was awaiting him.

Turning back to his sleeping friend, he smiled slightly and pecked her on the forehead. "I love you too, Z. Although your dad won't be smiling at me from the great beyond after this."

He sighed. "I just hope Matatabi's gentler this time.”

Uzumaki Naruto walked into a booth, crinkling his nose at the smell of Jāātra dust. A reaction that didn't go unnoticed by the other occupant who chuckled. Sighing, Naruto sat opposite the person and took a quick look outside, searching for suspicious activity amongst the destitute populace and crumbling buildings.

Living for nineteen years, four of which were spent as a bounty hunter, tended to leave one very paranoid. He'd paid multiple times for a lack of vigilance, especially when he was new into the business.

Finding nothing, he turned back to look at the man opposite him, trying and failing to avoid glaring at him for burning the dust. The man's green eyes glowed in the dim light as he grinned, giving Naruto a good look at his reddened teeth.

"You will be used to the smell in time, bounty hunter." He spoke, causing Naruto to frown at him and poke the side of his head. The other man blinked confusedly for a moment before realisation struck him and he pressed a device on the side of his head, causing it to emit a faint glow.

"I apologize. I forget to change the language often. Translating devices are difficult to get accustomed to." The other man spoke again, running a hand through his red hair and taking another deep whiff of the crimson smoke.
