It's not just the clothing I'm going to update, I'm also going to redo blindfolds and gags. I've never been entirely happy with them. Tri count is too high in some relative to the amount of detail and frankly others are just plain bad.
The tape will fit the face much better than before, including lips. For the level 2 and 3 versions I'm going to change the profile of the jaw and cheeks, so it will look more realistic.
The current versions are just models placed strategically and don't take the face into account at all. It's hard to line it up properly in Unity and doesn't look nearly as good as it should.

Just finished the Bikini models yesterday. The change isn't as big as with other clothing, but there were some rope clipping issues. The bikini bottom is also used as the basis for underwear, as none of the original model wore any.

After some fun work with Blender's sculpting tools, I've got Ashley's rope clipping issues under control. I'm pleased with how nice this looks, the ropes look tighter now.
The next challenge is to export it to Maya, bind and skin it to her rig, then export the results to Unity. Hopefully that process goes off without a hitch. Wish me luck!

Tie Me Up 0.7.2 is now officially out!
This is the first of a series of major graphics updates to the game, which will bring the game’s visuals more in line with what I want when the game goes gold.
All characters have new body proportions, making them less noodly around the torso. The rope models have been adjusted accordingly. I feel that they’re still a bit too skinny, but in the interest of moving forward, I’ll revisit them at some later date in the future.
All animations should be working, but if any don’t, please report it to me so I can add it to the list. Some models will have clipping issues through clothing; I’m aware of some of them, but feel free to point them out to me anyway.
The carrying bug is now worse than ever and it’s broken for all characters. I’m sorry about that, I haven’t had time to look at it. I’ll fix it as soon as I get a chance, but with the amount of work I have to do for the next update, I’m not sure when I’ll have time.
All of the ropes will clip through clothing. Fixing that is the focus of the next update. I’m going to modify the clothing models to conform to the ropes, giving TMU a more realistic look.

Great news! Tie Me Up 0.7.2 Patreon 2 is now out!
The version has some fixes in it, but mainly it has the new player model. I’ve also lowered the camera somewhat to give you a better of view your character. If it’s still too high/low, let me know in suggestions so I can tweak it further.
I’ve encountered some more difficulties fixing character models, but I’m slowly getting things under control. I’ve got two more characters to get ready and then I’m going to make the next public release.

Got the modelling work done, now to export her to Unity and set up the prefabs!
She's got Ashley's underwear on in the screenshots, but she'll have her proper clothes in-game. I'm just using Ashley's bikini as a base for the other characters.
I'll admit she doesn't look bad in stripes, though.

Good news! Version 0.7.2 Patreon 1 is now live!
Thanks to Pontikue, this update contains a number of bug fixes, but the biggest change is Ashley now has better body proportions. It’s still not perfect, but it is better than the original. I plan on adjusting things further someday in the future, but the amount of work it can take means I’m going to use these proportions for the time being. I’d like to plow ahead with the graphics updates so I can spend more time later on gameplay, features and code.
This is the first of a few updates. I’m going to update the remaining characters as fast as I can.

Just about done. I've got one more loop around her torso and then I need to adjust the chest ropes.
Once that's done, I'm going to get the new ropes in-game. That means I'll build a Patreon early-access version.
The new ropes will only fit the naked model correctly, they won't fit over clothes. Some bondage games solve this by resizing the ropes so they ride on top of the clothing. I've tried a simple rescale and it doesn't work well in this case.
So Tie Me Up will do something better. I'm going to modify the clothing models so the ropes compress the cloth. This will give the game a much nicer, more realistic look. >: D

I'm commissioning some clothing models from someone so we have more than just skirts in game.
This is an early version of some cargo pants. I'm also planning on having shorts and hot pants made.
No textures yet, but I hope to have a cloth version and a shiny leather version, in a few different colours.

Finally! It's been months since the last update!
New rope rope models are in as well as a completely new set of animations! I really hope you guys enjoy them, it's some of my best work to date!
Unfortunately I didn't have time to do much work on the code, so there aren't many bug fixes in this release. There are rope clipping issues as well, but they are temporary.
For the next update, I'm going to focus further on graphics, bringing the game's visuals more in line with what they should be.
Character body proportions will be fixed, making them look more realistic. Rope clipping issues will be fixed by making new clothing models that conform to the ropes, giving Tie Me Up's bondage a much more realistic look than some other bondage games out there. I also plan on adding shorts and pants as new outfits to the game.
I hope you all enjoy this update! You've been very patient and this took longer than I thought it would.
As for Patreon users, the new stuff I'm working on won't need to be released all at once. That means I can return to releasing special Patreon versions. Sorry about that.

Now that the hard part is over, I'm going to start preparing the update. I need to rig the models with the new ropes, set up LODs, make new prefabs and replace all the existing models in-game with the new prefabs.

I'm very, very sorry about the long wait. It's been very busy since the last update, both with animation work and with my day job. It seems I just can't get a break.
That said, I've only got three animations left to do and then the next update will be released soon after that (I need to change the character models and animation controllers for the new content to work).
I know I've been bleeding subscribers, and frankly I don't blame anyone for that. This is a long time to go without updates.
For those who stuck with me, I'm forever grateful to you. For those who left, I hope to see you again after the update. Hopefully I can redeem myself.

Most of the work needed is done, at least until the ground cools off enough to lay down anhydrous. Until then, I'm back up and running.
Level 1, 2, 3 and most of 6 animations are done. I'm currently working on Level 4.
I'm hoping to get these all done before the end of the month so I can release a new update.

I'm currently working my day job, which doesn't leave me with much time to work on TMU. We've only just started and taken off the first couple fields. There is much more to be done. I'm sneaking in an hour or so for development work when I can.
I think I'm going to delay the next release for TMU until later. I'll aim for next month (fingers crossed!).
The thing is, I only have to finish Level 3 (one animation left!), 4, 5 and one Level 6 animation and then I'm done all the standing animations. Once I get into it, it won't take that much more to finish and it will let me make the next update a big one.
This means the next update will be a bit of a wait, but you guys are awesome and deserve something big. I want to roll out the new rope models (with their performance-enhancing LODs!) and the new animations ASAP. It's going to be a major update with new animations for all tie levels. >: D
I'm sorry about the long wait. TMU is never going to be abandoned, but sometimes delayed. I really hope you guys love what's coming down the pipes!

Farming is starting up tomorrow to the sounds of things, which means I'll be working long hours at my day job again. Development most certainly won't stop, I'll squeeze in time wherever I can.
I'm going to focus on animation work as I still have a ways to go on the new ones. Once I get all the standing animations done, I'll be able to roll out the new rope models along with the new animations.
I tried to get the new models to work with the old animations, but the amount of work it would take just isn't worth it. I'd rather spend that time working on new stuff.
I might try to get a new release out mid to late next month if I can.
I want to apologize to everyone on Patreon. I haven't been keeping up with posting new content here, which I do regret. I'm always going to be thankful for everyone's support.

Good news everyone! Tie Me Up 0.7 has just been released!
I’m sorry for the long wait on this one. I hope you like it!
I’ve added a new level to the game. The old street level has been removed and replaced by a better suburban map which has six houses on it. The two big houses haven’t been finished yet, but the other houses have floor plans. Nothing is furnished yet and the lighting work hasn’t been done yet, but at least it’s playable. It may run slow on some computers. I apologize for that, it’s not optimized yet. I promise to keep working on that level (as well as the Office level) and I’ll make things better in the future.
There are numerous bug fixes, see the changelog for the full list.
Autostruggling is back, as well as a slider that lets you set how difficult it is to struggle free. Zero is the default, but you can make it easier from there. The horrible (sexy?) bug where you’re tied too tight to get free has been fixed and the game is now using Capt. Davy’s formula. Thank you Capt. Davy! You’re the best mathemagician!

This release includes a new option to add a bonus to your escape chances, a new in-game menu and some major changes to the Office level that should improve framerates (special thanks to Pontikue!).

I've just uploaded a new early access version!
In this release I've fixed the buggy escape chance formula and I've switched over to the one suggested by Capt Davy. This should be much more fair. The old formula had a typo in it that caused stamina to decreased escape chances far too much. My bad.
